Off the beaten path, it is quiet and beautiful while still be a short drive to Hershey, Dorney Park, Tobias Wildlife Park and all sorts of other attractions. The space
Historic property that has renovated a previously used farm structure into an adorable 1 bedroom cottage. Kitchen and living room areas have high ceilings, bedroom/bath have 6 ft ceilings. Private deck with pond attached to cottage. Cottage is located near historic bank barn and piggery barn (not in use). there is a cabin next door that is also rented as an Airbnb in addition to the owner's separate residence on the property.

Guest access
Guests have access to the cottage and cottage deck. They are also welcome to walk the driveway around the pond. We ask that they not enter the barns or other structures without permission/guidance from the host.

Please note that kitchen and living room area have high ceilings, but bedroom and bath have 6 ft ceilings.

The Cottage is quaint, heralding back to a period of time when people had fewer possessions and less stress.

There is one main living room and the second floor bedrooms have lower ceilings than the first floor.

An old style secretary desk is perfect for completing a writing project or working from a laptop.

Many aspects of the house are original to the mid 1700s, like door latches, wood flooring, and plaster walls.

With this in mind, please treat it gently. We ask that you remove your shoes before entering and leave the larger furniture pieces in place.

Guest access
This is a small private cottage residence at the end of a lane and facing the river. The door will be left open and the lights left on for you. The stone walkway can shift during variable temperatures so step carefully.

Other things to note
Its hard to believe that I have to state this, however, it would appear that some people are not aware that:

1) The use of recreational drugs is prohibited and will not be tolerated.
2) This property is not to be used by under-aged or young irresponsible adults.
3) This is not a party house (I am on a first name basis with local law enforcement and will not hesitate to contact them).

This property is designed to be used for individuals who seek solace, relaxation, and quiet as well as those who want a beautiful location for engagements and honeymoons.
