- "This place is an older home, but the attention to detail when they updated this place is awesome! The windows even had small metal stoppers so the windows on the first floor couldn't be opened when the air conditioner was venting out. I loved that! Safety is important to me. Everything we needed was in our unit. The bed I slept in, a bunk bed, was comfortable. The pillows were great. There were extra fans if needed. All the things for cooking, and basic living were available. Even the electric outlets were placed conveniently and updated with USB ports. This is definitely not something you see in old homes. On top of all of that, Isaac was friendly, easy to talk to, quick with responses when we needed extra things like garbage bags and toilet paper, and excellent with communicating. I stay in apt 1 for 5 and 4 nights days. I would recommend this place to others. I think you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for having us."

We’re a block away from the Santander arena and the double tree. Our house is super chill, we have 6 guest rooms and our cohost lives on site and is available all the time to help and hang out!! All guests share the living room, dining room, kitchen!

Other things to note
The cleaning fee goes towards the weekly cleaning service on the common areas(not the rooms). If you leave a mess, the cleaning company will charge at least a fifty dollar fee for extra clean up. Smoking is not allowed inside. There is a two hundred fifty dollar fee for smoking. If there is something broken or missing when the cleaning company gets there they will go to store and have it replaced, the charge is fifty dollars for their time and travel plus cost of goods. If something breaks by accident just message or call me as soon as it happens and I should be able to buy product online to avoid the cost of time and travel fee that the cleaning company charges. When you check out please drop off your used sheets in the laundry basket, fold blanket and leave on bed. Please don't leave any food or garbage in the bathroom. Also please take only 1 bath towel per guest per stay, otherwise other guests will not have enough towels. Guests are not allowed to have parties/get togethers nor bring additional guests that are not noted at time of booking. Persons who are not checked in are not permitted in the house. If you booked as one guest and if you bring additional guests with you, you will be charged a fifty dollar per guest per day fee. It's feature wood floor and mini fridge and a flat screen TV with standard channels, NO CABLE. Again, bathroom is shared with other guests only. Kitchenette with essential but NO STOVE. Street parking is available next to the house in a quiet dead-end, parking always available. The neighborhood is safe and quiet if you don't have any issues with cars' noises. Welcome!

My place is great for students, interns, professionals, and visitors. This beautiful house is built to impress, with multiple large windows per room and a clear view of the trees' line from the large yards. This room comes with: full shared bathroom, small conference area with free WiFi access for your convenience.

Guest access
Number of guests equal the number of people that are on the booking. Visitors are not allowed to sleep over, unless adding them into your booking arrangement.
All shared areas must be kept clean and organized.
We recommend all guests to clean after themselves and cleaning products are available in the bathroom.
Communication is key for a successful stay, if you need something please ask. Please don't remove, misplace, or destroy the items in your room including the utensils as you are responsible for any items in your room.
