- "This place is an older home, but the attention to detail when they updated this place is awesome! The windows even had small metal stoppers so the windows on the first floor couldn't be opened when the air conditioner was venting out. I loved that! Safety is important to me. Everything we needed was in our unit. The bed I slept in, a bunk bed, was comfortable. The pillows were great. There were extra fans if needed. All the things for cooking, and basic living were available. Even the electric outlets were placed conveniently and updated with USB ports. This is definitely not something you see in old homes. On top of all of that, Isaac was friendly, easy to talk to, quick with responses when we needed extra things like garbage bags and toilet paper, and excellent with communicating. I stay in apt 1 for 5 and 4 nights days. I would recommend this place to others. I think you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for having us."

The owner was very nice and showed us around to the locks system, parking and wifi. He runs the cafe downstairs so if you have any concerns, he can come upstairs when he has time to address your issues. The area was nice with a few good restaurants to eat from a brewery to fine dining. It’s about an hour drive to Philadelphia and close to interesting small towns in the area. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's not really true. The street is usually parked up. The house has a driveway, but backing out off it requires a spotter. But we were directed to park in the lot of the school across the street (posted "school parking only"). Hopefully the host will upgrade some things, and this quaint old house will be a more inviting place to stay, but not for us."
