During your stay, you can enjoy sitting by the fire. We provide chairs and firewood for the fire pit in the yard. We have short walking trails through our woods with hammocks available along the way! You can enjoy sitting on the private covered patio outside the entrance to the lower-level apartment. The apartment is the lower level of an occupied home which is extremely quiet. We are absolutely ok with guests enjoying themselves and having a great time, there is no sound limit inside of the apartment. Music can also be played at a reasonable level outside without a curfew. Guests must be 21 to rent The Kintner Getaway. Guest must show government ID with a selfie prior to check in.
There are no pets allowed in the lower level of the home. Although, special request may be made. Please message host.
There is one California king-size bed in the main bedroom area. In that area, there is also a 52" tv. There is also one queen bed in another bedroom area that can be separated by a room divider curtain. We do not have cable tv, we have internet tv. You may use our netflix and/or login to whatever service you prefer. We also provide towels, one set of sheets, dish soap, shampoo, hand soap, pillows, comforter, throw blanket, and k-cup coffee maker. There will be additional goodies provided when available. We always like to leave little surprises.
The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, dishes, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils. We also provide a variety of spices above the stove for your use. For every stay, each guest gets the use of a brand new sponge, bath & body works hand soap, full dish soap, 1 new roll of paper towels, and 2 clean dish towels. The dining room table is a great spot to set up your laptop and work. There are different outlets right behind the table for your laptop or phone.
The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, hand towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, flat iron, some hair styling products, and a magnifying mirror.
Pack and Play and baby changing pad available.
We are close to many attractions. Great Barn Brewery is right down the road. They occasionally have events on the weekends and a website where you can preorder special types of beer and then pick up. NYC is about 1.5 hours away. Philadelphia is about 1.25 hours away or less. There are many hiking options available all within 10 min - 2 hours away. Delaware River is just 15 min away. Frenchtown NJ is 20 min away. Milford NJ is 15 min away. Easton PA is just under 25 min away.

Nestled in scenic farmland, this furnished modern apartment is a perfect getaway within 30 minutes of local highlights. Enjoy the fall colors in September, hayrides in October, and holiday Christmas lights and shows starting in November. Nearby year-round activities include Ringing Rocks Park, hiking trails, rock climbing, bike riding, ice-skating and water sports at Lake Nockamixon and Delaware River. Or you may decide to just sit by the koi fish pond. Either way, we're sure you ll enjoy your stay.

Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
ELEVATOR
Please understand that elevator maintenance is not in our control. If the elevator is down and out of order we are not at fault. If you need the elevator please confirm with us that it's working before booking.
STARTER KIT

The property is beautiful comfortable and cozy very detailed with all the deco our guest love it. In a prime central location a few blocks from Main St. 7 mins away from Casino and not far from Hospitals, Airport & Universities. Uber and Lyft is very popular in the town. Lots of restaurants in the area also walking distance. Night life is fun as-well.

My grandson, who we rented the room for so he could have a couple quiet evenings to himself, had a sleepless Friday night and refused to stay for Saturday and Saturday evening because he has anxiety and was fearful because there was no protection from the other occupants. I let the property manager know. I didn’t expect a refund but I did expect a reply. She ignored my text. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion for my grandsons feelings. And the entrance to the property wasn’t awful but it wasn’t pretty. Location was good."

PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected by the community and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general "fix-it" requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the "non-emergency" maintenance category and won't be completed until they've addressed any emergency requests around the property first.
PETS
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:

Do Not Move Furniture: Guests are kindly asked not to move any furniture inside or outside of the property. This includes rearranging or relocating furniture, as it may damage the property or interfere with its setup and functionality.
Trash Bins: Guests are also not permitted to move or relocate trash bins. Please dispose of waste in the designated areas without moving any bins from their original placement.
PARTIES
The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200
SECURITY
We have on site security. If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
STARTER KIT
Starter Kit Provided: We provide a "Starter Kit" that includes basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom supplies, trash bags, and kitchen supplies. This kit is intended to last for a short stay.
Guest Responsibility: Regardless of the length of your stay, we do not provide additional supplies beyond the Starter Kit. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may require during their stay.

QUIET HOUR
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.
OCCUPANCY
The home can have up to 14 people in it. Any people more than this, will be charged $75 per any extra guest past 14, and any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Locals must contact the host before booking. They cannot utilize instant book, but they must contact the host. Guests must agree to showings for the property.
SMOKING
There is no smoking in the property. There is a $200 per day smoking fee.

Quaint room in beautiful, sunny Allentown apartment! Right by public buses and a beautiful park. We are four quiet roommates and friendly dog residing in a spacious apartment! :) All dog lovers welcome! If you have allergies/not a fan of animals, this is not the place for you. Bruce is very sweet and loves people, but we want to make this a comfortable stay for everyone.

We are four roommates (and 77lb lap dog named Bruce!) with a HUGE apartment and are currently looking to rent out some of the extra space!
**NOTE**
The bedroom is VERY tiny. It is a great price if you need a place for just a day or two and want something very cheap...but it might be a bit cramped for long/extended stays (more than a week). The profile picture is all that it is-- it is not much more than a twin-sized bed, small end table, and fan. Room has also has a mirror, door hooks, chair, and smart phone charging lamp.
You will also have access to shared kitchen and bathroom, and occasionally living room (when not occupied). Resident students/nurses/doctors especially welcome!! We've had so many awesome past experiences with resident students and nurses and many have come back multiple times to stay with us. Hospitals are VERY close-- 3 are within a mile distance).

Welcome to our beautiful, large and private dwelling that has nearly 500 square feet of living space. There is a private entrance with personal key code access and off street parking. We are centrally located between the Lehigh Valley and Pocono Mountains in a rural area near Bath, PA. Blue Mountain Resort, Sands Casino and PPL Center are all within about 15 miles.
The space
The dwelling is on the ground floor of our home, and it includes a private entrance. It has a 21ft x 13ft den and 15ft x 12ft bedroom. There is a full bath with a large walk-in shower. The bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed. The den has a TV viewing area with L-shaped sectional. There is also a kitchenette in the den that includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Paper plates and bowls, cups, and plasticware, along with basic breakfast items such as tea, coffee, oatmeal, juice, and water, will be provided.
There are pets on the property, but they will not have access to your private spaces.

My house is well located in a quiet neighborhood with a private driveway, Lehigh valley airport is about 15 minutes away, Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is about 5 minutes, Bear Creek is about 15 minutes away, Costco, Target, Starbucks, and whole foods are only 2 minutes away, near i78 with many restaurants to choose from, this is not the entire house, is the basement which has a private entrance with private bathroom, you don't share the place with anyone, is exclusively for guests.

A very nice and comfortable basement which is ideal for a couple with a family room and gym included, we will enhance the cleaning process recommended by Airbnb. Spacious, shared 2 bedroom (1 full bath) apartment right across from the Historic Sellersville Theater, and adjacent to The Washington House Restaurant, as well as walking / bike paths in Menlo Park. Your room has two large windows, a dresser, twin daybed, & closet. I work second shift, and will give you ample privacy. Looking for a mature, employed, long-term guest, if possible. Wifi.

You have full, shared use of the living room, kitchen, TV, Wifi, and front porch. A washer and a dryer is in the basement, and requires quarters. The apartment is directly across from the historic Sellersville Theater and Washington House Restaurant & bar. The kitchen has a refrigerator / freezer, toaster oven, microwave , stove / oven, with pots, pans, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker for your use. The apartment is quiet due to the thick plaster walls. There are many windows which allow for a bright sunny apartment, a nice view of the theater, and some trees. There is free parking directly in front of the apartment building and at the adjacent Sellersville Borough lot. A scenic paved walking or biking trail starts in Sellersville, and follows the Branch Creek through Menlo Park for about 2 miles.

The Sellersville Theater is right across the street from the apartment building, offering live music and comedy shows!
The Washington House Restaurant offers fine dining and a historic bar. The Liberty Bell was transported by wagon and kept overnight at the livery with the horses. The livery is now The Sellersville Theater. Washington's men stayed upstairs in rooms at The Washington House. This area has many historic buildings and areas like Washingtons Crossing and Valley Forge to explore!
Bebe's Coffee Shop, Cafe by the Mill, Rocco's Pizza, the Post Office and a walking trail are a short walk away. There is free parking in front of the apartment building, as well as at an adjacent free borough municipal parking. Menlo Lenape trail is a great walking trail, following the Branch Creek. Lenape Indians camped here. Arrowheads can occasionally be found.

This private guest suite is located in the ground level section of the home in beautiful Lehigh Valley. Easy access to Quakertown, Bethlehem, Allentown, 1-78, the PA turnpike, DeSales, Lutron, Lehigh University and many other locations! Shopping, historical attractions and seasonal events. This is ideal for couples, solo travelers, explorers and business travelers.
The suite is on the ground level of the home so there may be some noise that can be heard as upstairs guests go about their daily activities.
Upstairs guest is also a rental unit and understand downstairs suite may make noise which is perfectly fine with the upstairs tenants. There is no rule for quiet time, as upstairs and downstairs tenant may make noise any time of the day. Both tenants up and down do not have noise restrictions .

A convenient apt for work or relaxing. Its near hospitals, Muhlenberg college, delis, bars, & fresh food shopping at the fair grounds. Its newly renovated. The master brm has a new Queen sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a new Twin bed, each with covers, pillows and blanket. The kitchen has stove, refrig, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, forks, knives, pots, pans, cups, plates etc. The bathroom has towels and soap. There is a 4 chair table and a few fun kids games, Internet 600Mbps.
The space
This two bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It can sleep 4 adults or up to a family of 5 if one can sleep on a toddler bed which is available. The apartment is fairly quiet. Internet is 600 Mbps for video conferencing and streaming makes this space good for remote working or just staying and relaxing in the area. It is also just 35 min drive to Blue Mt Ski Resort just straight up Rt 145. It is 1 hr drive to Kalahari water park, Shawnee, Jack Frost or Camelback ski resorts.
Some rules for the use of the property:
1. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please be considerate of neighbors that are below you, not stomping on floors, yelling, loud music or internet, nor slamming of doors.
2. No visitors after 12pm.
3. No parties
4. No loud swearing
5. Washer and drier are located in the basement, the entrance is from the back of the building behind the garage.
6. No pets please.
7. Please leave porch light on at all times.
8. Please close front screen door behind you.
9. Please place keys in lock box when you leave. There is a $25 key charge if they are taken with you.
10. You may use front patio furniture on front porch, please clean up when you are done.
11. Trash cans are located on the side of the building.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to the fairgrounds for fresh food, restaurants, banks and ice cream and it is less than a block away from the arts theater. 3 blocks away from Lehigh Hospital and close to parks and the nearby college. Convenient to Rt 22 and Giant Foods and sushi is less than 10 min drive away. Internet is 600Mbps. Fits 4 adults, can add blow up mattress for a 5th adult.

Here is our lovely cozy hideaway! Feel the laid-back vibes in the open living room, cook up a storm or order in from the best cheesesteak place around! Go ahead and relax in the snuggly bedroom. Whether it's movie time or snuggling up with a blanket for a good read on the daybed, this spot's got you covered.
The apartment is attached to our main home. My family is a busy crew during the day, but we settle in for a quiet night after quiet hours. Our place is the perfect spot to come and relax or get ready for a night out!

Former comic book and baseball card shop on main street in Pennsburg renovated into a mid-century haven. Queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette with stone countertops. Private key-code entrance in front. White picket fence lined yard in back is perfect for sitting on warm days. Walking distance to restaurants and food store. On-street parking. The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.
The space
This building is newly renovated and updated, maintaining some original aspects of the early 1900s building. As you walk into front entrance you will be greeted with original hardwood floors and reclaimed stained glass transom window. The door to the unit is private off of the main hallway. Inside the unit, classic mid-century pieces are complimented with reclaimed architectural elements and modern conveniences.

Guest access
Guests will have access to a private bedroom and bathroom. Kitchenette has - coffee maker with supplies, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven (cooking spray and aluminum foil provided), and a two-burner hot plate.
A backyard is available with seats and dining table and chairs in the spring, summer and fall.
No-contact self check-in process (front door key code) will be shared once you check-in for your stay.
Ample safe, lighted on-street parking on side street (5th Street).

There are two other tenants who may or may not be around. We ask that guests are respectful to the fact that other people live in the building.
January 2022 update - we increased sound proofing between this suite and the downstairs tenant for added privacy.
We follow the CDC and AirBnb COVID-19 cleaning/disinfecting recommendations.

Also located 7 min from Lehigh Valley Hospital (Cedar Crest & 17th St) & St. Lukes Hospital. Close to Muhlenberg and Cedar Crest College, 6 min away from Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, walking distance to 2 main parks, and 12 min from center city Allentown where you'll find the MOXY hotel, restaurants/bars, local shops + the infamous PPL Center!

Locate kitchen essentials (plates, cutlery, cups) if you plan to cook.
House Rules:
Review the house rules for any restrictions.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises, including the gym and all covered areas.
Absolutely no pets are allowed at the Airbnb units.
No loud noises are allowed. DO NOT LET Unauthorized to enter the building.
Confirm check-out time and any specific departure instructions.
Quiet time starts from 10 pm every night to 7 am.

Take out the trash/recycling and place it in the trash container in front of the building
