- "The apartment was clean, modern, and convenient. This place is sized for one to two people and with Netflix and strong wifi. Location is near restaurants and Bound Brook station. Although there was noise from outside (e.g., nearby construction), it was acceptable and I slept fine. The manager was very thoughtful and made my long stay comfortable." - "The unit & space were great. The neighborhood is not great but there is a Dunkin and liquor store within a few blocks. Garage parking in the building is nice. We had events in Somerset which is only 8-9 minutes away. If you're sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. Bedrooms have large windows that allow a lot of light all night. Overall, I'd stay here again."

Great for short term stays and for mid-term stays. You get a Full Kitchenette. You don't have to drive for supplies. Shop Rite is just across the parking lot for pretty much all of your basic needs. Because this is an older unit, there is no washer or dryer in the unit but there is a coin operated laundromat right downstairs.

The flooring was lose in the hallway and pinched our feet if we weren't wearing shoes. The frige was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The bathroom wall had a huge patch from previous damage and needed repair. The bathroom vent was caked with dirt and dust. Loved the location, just needs allot of work."

The difficulty we had was that the bed frame was broken and even though we reported it to the owner he did not get it fixed. As a result my husband had to sleep on the couch as we did not want to do any further damage to the bed. The mattress was extremely soft as well. Two days before we were to leave the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building. Apparently there was a small electrical fire which resulted in a loss of electrical power. We alerted the owner and did not get a response from him for a day as he was traveling abroad. We had to gather some items and go to a hotel as a result of no power in our unit. Since the bed was never fixed we decided to spend our last 2 nights in a hotel. The owner has not responded to my texts or emails and has not refunded us for the last 2 nights of our stay. The night of the fire he should have at least done that but we are still waiting."

coffees, teas, sugars, spices, microwave,
portable electric mini stove, pots and
pans, eating utensils, cups, glasses and

There will be parking available on the
right side of the parking lot. Make sure
to stick to the right side by the
beginning of the garage on the trees
side. You will walk toward the front of
the house and will find a path on the
right side to a side glass door. Here you
will find a lock-box. You will receive the
code to it the day of your check in. after
you open the door, you will walk straight
forward until you see the stairs. Here
you will also see the laundry room area,
which can be used during 6-9pm. After
walking upstairs, you will arrive at the
shared common area (shared only when
we have other guests in the house), and

will be using. You will see a welcome
Sheet with some information you might
need.
The rest of the house will be off limits.
However, there will be days where we
