Relax in our clean, private, bright & spacious one-bedroom apartment/guest suite, attached to but completely separate from our house, with it's own private deck and entrance. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, full kitchen w/dishwasher, full bath, washer/dryer, in a quiet yet close-to-town setting. Nature all around. **Guests must drive on approximately 1.5 miles of unpaved road to get here!**

We appreciated the many available kitchen spices during meal preparation. My adult son and I enjoyed several meals on the small outside deck. The cinnamon bread loaf was a delicious snack. The unpaved dirt road was as described both in the listing and also reiterated by the host when I booked. We visited in June and there was some rainy days resulting in some ruts and potholes along the way. Take it slow, allow for a few extra minutes, watch for deer (we saw several) and it was not an issue. It was so nice to be a short drive from both groceries and our early morning trips to the ice rink."

Ideal for couples enjoying U of Michigan football weekends, Wellers weddings in Saline, Zingerman cake baking classes, romantic weekend. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Uber/Lyft ride home. The home has radiant heating, which is controlled by the thermostat on the living room wall, and a mini split in the living room that can be adjusted with its own remote. There is one window AC unit in the second/back bedroom, which is seasonal and removed during the colder months, returning in the spring or summer. These systems help keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.
