First floor unit with fully furnished basement with full bathroom with stand up shower as a king size bed that fits 3 people. Main unit has 2 bedrooms with one queen size bed with AC and king size bed in one room please keep in mind before booking that it is no AC in the bigger bedroom and no AC unit in the basement. However the living room has a 800 BTU AC to cool down the front area and first bedroom. Basement is in lower level with not much sun light but is a cooler area. Again no AC in the basement either. Kitchen essentials full bath towels and wash cloths and living room with smart TVs and streaming apps and WiFi.
