Relatively quiet family street. Red Bank has 2 theatre's, many fine restaurants and shopping! It was touted by Smithsonian and the 3 rd best small town in the USA! We have a river for boating and fishing too! Area Beaches include Sandy Hook, Sea Bright, Long Branch and Asbury Park beaches are close by. Big back yard and patio with grill! Red Bank or Little Silver NJ Transit trains with service to and from NYC are walkable at about 1 mile. Sea streak ferry to new your is 15 min away. Ferry ride is 45 min to lower Manhattan. Apt has dedicated sole use laundry room but we limit to 2 loads per wk. Plenty of street parking right out front is available. Apt is made separate and private from rest of home by secured doors. Enter and exit privately at any time of the day.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Near a great downtown that’s a 5min walk. 10min drive to the beach and 15min to sandy hook state park.
I live hear full time but I travel a lot so you will be able to see that someone lives here, I will take half the clothes out of closets and dresser. I will also do the same with cabinets and leave the fridge fairly empty. It is set up for basic cooking. The tv’s have an Amazon firestick. Check out reviews.

Place is very clean with a comfortable bed that I use a mattress protector for guests. It’s is in a 4 unit condo. You can use the bike shown.

➡️ As an early 20th century home, some areas have slanted ceilings. Taller guests (6 ft +) should be mindful but not worried.
➡️ Due to the proximity to the NJ Transit trains to NYC, train sounds may be heard.
