Freshly painted, brand new roof, new fridge and washer, steam heat and hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen is gorgeous and features in-laid cabinets, granite, wet bar, eat-in-area and a side door to a private patio. Patio has 2 grills. Gas fireplace in living room. Master bathroom and hall bath was just refinished in August 2021. All bedrooms are upstairs.

- "We had a lovely stay at this unit. The layout worked well for us ( a couple traveling with no children) with the living room and lounge space on one level and bed and bath on another. The lawn and grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood spectacular. We were in town for a birthday and family reunion and had never been to Rumson before. We had dinner in Seabright and a great breakfast at the French Market. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our relatives."

Cathi is a wonderful host and made sure our stay was comfortable. The home is great and had many enjoyable nights sitting in the backyard enjoying the summer nights. Red Bank is such a great town and walked to a fantastic coffee shop Coffee Coral which has outdoor setting and live music. Also walked to many great restaurants as well. Even found a nice park down the street with great biking and running paths. I’m looking forward to renting this home again sometime soon. The wifi was great and was able to work from this home as well with no issues. The neighbors were very friendly as well and the driveway for three cars was a fantastic feature. Also spent a few days on the beach which is about a 20 minute drive so just a great all around place to stay!!! Thanks for a wonderful home away from home Cathi. Cheers!!!"
