1) NO LOUD PARTYING. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a 10pm noise ordinance in Bradley Beach, but guests are expected to be respectful of the tranquility of the neighborhood and neighbors at all times.

2) LEAVE THE HOUSE TIDY. There is a cleaning fee which covers sanitizing the house during the change-over, but guests are expected to leave the house mostly as-found.
*No dirty dishes should be left in the sink.
*All towels should be washed, dried, folded and returned to storage.
*Sheets should be washed and dried the morning of check-out.

This home is a perfect getaway for those looking for easy living, rest, relaxation, and family fun. The house has 5 bedrooms: The master has a king bed, two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has three twin beds. The fifth bedroom is a 'bonus room' off the master bedroom that has a twin daybed that expands into a king. The living room has a couch that is larger and more comfortable than a twin bed. A pack and play is also available. Linens are included (sheets, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels). The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There is a dining table set for six people with extra eating tables and chairs available. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub, a half bath powder room downstairs, and an outdoor shower, and an additional shower in the basement. The spacious backyard is a perfect place for a BBQ, sunbathing, or reading in shade of a tree or umbrella.

Bradley Beach is an extremely family-friendly town just an hour from the Holland Tunnel and with train service to NYC. This house is the perfect coastal and breezy getaway from the busy grind. When you don't feel like going to the beach, there are two spacious porches to relax on and take in the views. There is one full bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. There is also an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. When we discussed this with our host, she offered to let us stay an extra night so we could be there for our daughter's surgical consultation. She is genuinely a good person and the perfect host. Our vacation rental is a completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath garage apartment located in the South Side of Bradley Beach. We are 4 blocks from the beach & 2 blocks from Main St. You can walk to the BB train station, a ton of great restaurants, Del Ponte’s Bakery & Coal Fired Pizza and Beach Plum Ice Cream Parlor.

There is a ton of natural light and it is very spacious. The kitchen has Silestone tile counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The closets are huge in both bedrooms for ample storage. Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors are installed throughout and we have a high def flat screen TV w/ FIOS TV and Netflix. There is one large bathroom with your own washer and dryer.

Relax on the beautiful outdoor deck that boasts a great ocean breeze. Take a nap on the couch or enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee at the outdoor dining table that seats 4.

The bathroom was beautiful and had everything that we needed as well - blow dryer, towels, and even mini toiletries which was a nice touch. Bonus was the driveway parking too!!! What we loved about this place most was the location to the beach and the surrounding beach towns. There was mini golf right at the corner as you walked onto the boardwalk. Anthony provides beach chairs and beach towels too. After a nice day on the beach, we made use of the enclosed outdoor shower which made having 4 ladies sharing a bathroom a breeze. This was a great find in a great neighborhood. Quiet, quaint and perfect for families. The neighbors were welcoming as were the restaurants nearby. We all fell in love and would certainly stay here again. Everything was in walking distance including the train if you’re taking mass transit. We ventured to Asbury Park by a short Uber ride which was a breeze. We took the walk home by boardwalk which was a short mile and a half. The morning sunrises from the beach or the front porch with a cup of coffee in hand were the icing on the cake. Thanks again for making us feel feel at home Anthony!! South Bradley Beach cottage with pool and hot tub located 4 blocks to the beaches of Bradley Beach and Avon-By-The-Sea.

House is fully central air-conditioned, bedrooms both have ceiling fans. 2 bedrooms (1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed), 2 full bathrooms (both with shower, no tub), living room, dining room, TV den, and washer/dryer round out this fully equipped beach house.

Bradley Beach train station, Jersey Shore fitness gym, bars and restaurants just a short walk to main street. All the entertainment of Asbury Park is a quick Uber, long walk or short bike ride away. Driveway easily fits 2, potentially 3 cars; however, given the proximity to the train and general availability of Uber, cars are not needed to get to the house or enjoy the local amenities. (Note: there is a convenience store within walking distance, but a full size grocery store would be a 5 minute drive)

In the yard, there is a grill, pool and hot tub. The pool, sized at about 10x20, is not heated; however, a solar cover keeps the temperature moderate. The Jacuzzi brand hot tub is 8x8.

Please Note: This house is in an extremely quiet neighborhood in close proximity to neighbors and is not conducive to any sort of groups or parties. The home is unable to accommodate pets and unable to accommodate more than four guests.

The house is cute and comfortable for a small family (2 bedrooms only). The location to the beach is good and the neighborhood is beautiful. The best feature of this property is the fenced in backyard with hot tub and pool. This is a great feature to have as an alternative to going to the beach and paying $12 per person per day ! The pool furniture is absolutely beautiful, great for cook-outs and hanging out with family and friends pool-side. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit it again."
