It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, parking, large TV screen, comfortable beds, couches, etc. We communicated with the owner once via text and he immediately responded and stayed in communication until we resolved the issue (we couldn't figure out how to work the TV. The issue was really ours...not his). We would definitely stay there again."

This is a first floor of a 2 family house so it feels like you are in a house not an apt. The beach is only a short walk , lots of parking, Laundry,huge backyard lots of shade and sun. BBQ Available. You have the board walk at a walking distance . Restaurants are around the corner. Outlet and the racetrack is not even a 10 mins drive. Single matress can be used for extra guests a second bathroom in the basement if needed

I have recently updated the cooling systems in the house based on reviews. One room has a queen bed with a 2022 Hisense 8000 BTU window unit. The second bedroom has two beds (queen, full, and an air mattress) and a 2022 Midea 12000 BTU Window unit. The rest of the house is an open layout with one small air conditioner and an industrial fan.
