It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, parking, large TV screen, comfortable beds, couches, etc. We communicated with the owner once via text and he immediately responded and stayed in communication until we resolved the issue (we couldn't figure out how to work the TV. The issue was really ours...not his). We would definitely stay there again."

Single matress can be used for extra guests a second bathroom in the basement if needed

I have recently updated the cooling systems in the house based on reviews. One room has a queen bed with a 2022 Hisense 8000 BTU window unit. The second bedroom has two beds (queen, full, and an air mattress) and a 2022 Midea 12000 BTU Window unit. The rest of the house is an open layout with one small air conditioner and an industrial fan.

The kitchen was stocked with new pots and pans, there were even two tables so 4 adults could sit at one table, and 4 kids at another. There are two bathrooms with full showers which is nice. The AC worked great as it was very hot and humid outside. It's a 7 min walk to the beach and to the Ocean Palace hotel. Everything was clean.
