Our location accommodates a large gathering in the living room/dining room area with cathedral ceilings and double fans, with recessed lighting. The living room has a L shape couch with two recliners, coffee table, end table and a fireplace as well as a 75 inch smart TV. The dining room table is 105 inches long, 4ft wide. Accommodates up to 10 guest, with some artwork to look at.

1st Bedroom: The front bedroom is the master bedroom, we call it the “Paddle Room” 😁. This room has a Queen size Beautyrest Black mattress, ceiling fan, when the AC/Heat is on, it literally blows right in your face “ makes you feel like you’re floating on that Beautyrest Black Mattress. A 65 inch smart TV, 2 nightstands, 1 long dresser with mirror, 1 tall dresser, two closets, and one safe in the wall in the closet for your personal belongings “code will be provided.

2nd Bedroom: The middle bedroom has two daybeds with four twin mattresses total, 3 storage drawers underneath each daybed, a 65 inch smart TV, one long size mirror for full body view and one long dresser + an Oversize closet.

3rd Bedroom: The bedroom in the back of the unit has one daybed with two twin mattresses, 3 storage drawers, under daybed, 1 ceiling fan, a 55 inch smart TV, tall shelving to place belongings. 1 closet.

- "Superb! The hosts,Dave and Erica, are such good people. They were both so kind and helpful and I’m so grateful we found their place. They’ve thought of every detail inside and outside from a hairdryer right down to reusable grocery bags. There’s a Keurig and an assortment of kcups for renters to enjoy and a basket of complimentary snacks along with beverages in the refrigerator. The place is clean and every word written in the description is true. Awesome real arcade game machine which my husband and daughter had a blast playing, the best selection of board games and some nostalgic toys that had me feeling like a kid in a candy store. The Wi-Fi is really good, the water pressure from the shower is top notch and the tile work in the bathroom is beautiful. Granite countertops, nice new waterproof floors, plush carpet in the bedrooms, cozy beds. Everything is included (bedding, towels, beach chairs, sand toys you name it! This is a 2 room apt. at the rear of our beachfront home in the small town of OCEAN GATE. Good for 2 mature adults. Full kitchen, queen size bed. Smart T.V. As little as 40 feet to the water from the patio area. One on property parking spot next to your private entrance. Beach badges included.

Many towns like ours have minimum stays to cut down on short stays where large weekend parties happen. Our town has a 7 night minimum stay.
With that minimum limit we want reservations in multiples of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. We don't want to be left with a period between bookings of less than 7 days because we will not be able to rent that shorten period because of the 7 day minimum.
All initial booking payments must be through VRBO. They require a credit card for both your protection and ours. Do not offer to send a company check.

- "The home is exactly as pictured. It’s clean, inviting, and decorated beautifully. All amenities were great and appreciated!! You can definitely hear people walking upstairs, but not so much with the A/C unit going. Personally we enjoyed the noise of the A/C. The walk to the boardwalk wasn’t terrible. With a baby we decided to drive to the boardwalk and pay to park. Download the parking app, it makes life so much easier! Communication with the host, Michael was super easy going, kind and helpful, we will absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family! "

We will not be staying there again."

The 304 Webster Ave house is a 2 family house that has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and can sleep up to 18 across both apartments. The 1st floor apartment sleeps 8 and 2nd floor apartment sleeps 10. Close to beach and Bay. All conveniences including, central air conditioning, flat screen TVs, WIFI, laundry room on property with several washers/dryers, natural gas grill so never have to worry about propane tanks running out, deck and/or patio, and off street parking. We also provide Seasonal Beach badges with all our properties (5 badges per apartment) for your use. A $40/day value. Close to Boardwalk and Amusements, Island Beach State Park, and one hour from Atlantic City. Great family place.

As you step into our beach house, you’ll be greeted by a thoughtfully designed, Amalfi Coast inspired apartment. With an open concept kitchen and living room, it is the perfect place to gather and relax after a day in the sun.

The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. The rooms have storage space for your belongings and fresh linens will be provided.

A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Guests who reserve this space will have access to the front house of the property only. There is a common outdoor space in the back that includes the fire pit, Adirondack chairs and grill that is shared between both units.

During your stay, my team and I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the house. I am also happy to recommend local activities and dining options.

Due to the layout of this unit, the HVAC fan is located in a utility closet in the hallway. When running, it can be noisy at times. Please keep this in mind when booking.
