- "We were at the shore for the Sea Hear Now music festival in Asbury Park, which was an easy 20 minute train ride. This apartment was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to" - "Would recommend. Thanks!" - "This place is beautiful and amazing! Short walk to the beach, steps from all the little shops and joe was easy to contact! For sure will stay again!" - "This apartment is exactly as pictured, and plenty of extra linens are provided. The apartment is clean and very spacious for the number of people it can accommodate, and there is a lot of storage/closet space. The location is downtown as indicated, all walkable to the nearby stores, restaurants, and bagel shops. Probably a little too far to walk to the boardwalk with little children, but doable for my 9 and 10 year old (although we preferred to drive and park at boardwalk). It’s right around the corner from the famous Hoffmans Ice Cream, and great dining. It is important to note that, nearby there is a railroad and typical of city traffic, the train could be heard during daytime hours, but surprisingly, could not heard through the evening hours. There is a staircase to get up to the apartment and once inside it is clean and fresh. There is one other apartment on the same floor of this building, but we did not see those gusts/owners. Typical of a city apartment it was better to keep the blinds closed as the views are just building rooftops, but all of the windows have coverings, and this apartment felt safe and secure for our weekend visit."

This spot is close to jenkinson's, four blocks from a private beach that is quiet and spectacular, and a walk or short drive to everything that you need. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and it was spectacular! The beds were comfortable the linens were clean towels were provided and the kitchen is great along with a wonderful refrigerator if you want to bring food and cook to save money. The sliding doors to a deck with a table and chairs was the icing on the cake. Patrick was wonderful at communication! Very responsive! I absolutely love this spot and I am definitely going to come back next year. Do yourself a favor and book it!"

The home is located a short walk down the pathway past the right side of the front house on Ocean Avenue that has a yellow door. Look for the first set of stairs on the left-hand side, and head up to the deck with a blue door marked with the letter A above it.
You will have access to the entire unit, as well as deck, and small back area with outdoor shower (none are shared with the tenants below).
There are smart door locks on the front and back doors, with a code generated for each guest which will be shared with you prior to arrival.
General street parking only, no parking on premises, 4 overnight street parking passes provided.

Our home is between Ocean Ave and the boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Your family will love going to Jenkinson's aquarium, playing boardwalk games, riding the rides and having lunch and drinks at Jenkinson's Inlet. Each unit has a private entrance. There’s a roomy private front porch where you can relax with coffee or a blended drink & catch the ocean breeze. We provide ALL the bed linens, towels and kitchen utensils, so all you need is your family and bathing suits. This unit is light and bright, with a roomy general living area to spend time in and watch TV. The place features three small, cozy bedrooms each with a full bed, dresser and luggage rack for your stuff. The beautiful, brand-new kitchen is ready for you to cook your heart out and features a cute table with seating for 4 surrounded by huge windows. New bathroom features narrow shower stall, sink, toilet and IN-unit laundry machines. ****New ductless AC/heat wall unit in main living area and all bedrooms***** & 200MBPS WiFi add to the comfort and convenience. The duplex features an off-street parking space for each unit or you can travel by train to the station just a mile away!

> POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: House is a duplex, close to the beach and hub of town and bars. There will be some tourist noise from the street and average living noise from the other unit.
> TERMINATION OF RESERVATION: If you are disruptive to the guests in the other unit, disruptive to the neighbors or the police are called to address your behavior, if you exceed occupancy, your reservation will be terminated, WITHOUT REFUND, and you will be removed from the unit immediately.
> NOISE LEVEL MONITORING: Noise level/decibel monitoring device is present in the unit. It doesn’t record speech or sound but will monitor if the decibels of sound increase past noise ordinance levels.
> EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS: External cameras (audio/video, 24/7, motion triggered) on property cover only driveway, side street, alley with AC equipment & bikes for security / anti-theft purposes. Porches, decks, doorways, picnic area and front sidewalk are NOT INCLUDED in surveillance to protect guest privacy.
> STAIRS: There are 2 steps at the front/back porches to access the 1st floor. The 2nd floor unit has 2 porch steps and a steep staircase to access that unit.

The home is located a short walk down the pathway past the right side of the front house on Ocean Avenue that has a yellow door. Look for the first set of stairs on the left-hand side, and head up to the deck with a blue door marked with the letter A above it.

You will have access to the entire unit, as well as deck, and small back area with outdoor shower (none are shared with the tenants below).

There are smart door locks on the front and back doors, with a code generated for each guest which will be shared with you prior to arrival.

4 overnight street parking passes provided. General street parking only, no parking on premesis.

- You are responsible for any missing items or damage to the rental property caused by you or members of your party during your stay, and you will be billed accordingly.
