The neighborhood is older, but the neighbors I interacted with were friendly. Inside of the house was very clean & exceeded my expectation. There was a lot of space for my 3 kids & dog with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & bathroom. It also had a backyard where I could take my dog. Parking was first come, first serve on the street but I never had a problem finding a spot near the house. The house could get warm but there are window fans in the bedrooms to help cool things off. The house had a coffee pot stocked with coffee, creamer, & sweet & low. It also had dish soap, soap in the bathroom, kitchen towels, Sponges & trash bags. This was my first experience renting with VRBO, & I will definitely use it again in the future! So much more space than getting a hotel room."
