There was a lot of space for my 3 kids & dog with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & bathroom. It also had a backyard where I could take my dog. Parking was first come, first serve on the street but I never had a problem finding a spot near the house. The house could get warm but there are window fans in the bedrooms to help cool things off. The house had a coffee pot stocked with coffee, creamer, & sweet & low. It also had dish soap, soap in the bathroom, kitchen towels, Sponges & trash bags. This was my first experience renting with VRBO, & I will definitely use it again in the future! So much more space than getting a hotel room."

"A private apartment conveniently located by NJ Capitol State house , Old Barracks and State Museum. Close to Rt 29 ,minutes from Trenton Penn Station , walking distance to bus stops and 10 min from Trenton Mercer airport , 15 min to Sesame Place and 20 min to Philadelphia . This place is perfect for business meetings, lobbyists and anyone who has dealings around the area and want their own private place instead of a hotel. Master bedroom gives luxury vibes with sleek furniture and walk in closet. Iron and board available.

Downstairs gives you access to full bathroom kitchen, and living room with dining table and sofa bed. For additional sleeping space it can be laid flat as bed used with mattress pad found in storage ottoman and extra linen found in upstairs hallway closet. Air mattress is also available if needed in downstairs closet. For extra white towels, please find under vanity sink in upstairs bathroom and in linen closet.

Cook in full kitchen. Salt pepper and cooking oil available with dishwasher tabs for cleaning. Knife set is hand wash only. Not all cabinets are accessible during your stay. Only cabinet on top of refrigerator and directly to the right above counter. Also, cabinets directly to the left of stove below the counter. Please do not tamper with other items not listed.

Please inform host of sleeping arrangement needs when more than one guest or non couple is listed on reservation to be best accommodated. Host may or may not be onsite but is available by phone when needed.

The apartment is part of a triplex building - the 2nd and 3rd floors are AirBnb residences and the 1st floor is a small commercial restaurant. Guests must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access this apartment. There may be occasional noise from the hustle and bustle of the city and the 1st floor restaurant.
