- "This place is an older home, but the attention to detail when they updated this place is awesome! The windows even had small metal stoppers so the windows on the first floor couldn't be opened when the air conditioner was venting out. I loved that! Safety is important to me. Everything we needed was in our unit. The bed I slept in, a bunk bed, was comfortable. The pillows were great. There were extra fans if needed. All the things for cooking, and basic living were available. Even the electric outlets were placed conveniently and updated with USB ports. This is definitely not something you see in old homes. On top of all of that, Isaac was friendly, easy to talk to, quick with responses when we needed extra things like garbage bags and toilet paper, and excellent with communicating. I stay in apt 1 for 5 and 4 nights days. I would recommend this place to others. I think you will enjoy your stay. Thanks for having us."

- "Very interesting location. Air conditioner in one bedroom only and it has seen better days. I would have liked to know that it was a second floor unit." - "We were in Reading for a funeral in JANUARY. The apt. was clean, warm with comfortable king size beds. nice big shower with HOT water. Franklyn was very nice and accommodating, answered quickly to any requests. No stove only a hot plate, that's fine if you are planning not cooking full meals. Entrance is towards the back of the home. Sounds weird, but once you see the layout you understand. Your private entrance, walk up to the 2nd floor and you are there."
