- "We had a great stay! The adjustable beds were a definite plus. The house is super cute and comfortable. We enjoyed the lake view very much, watching all the ducks was very peaceful. And the development was super quiet. Great communications as far as directions, checking in & out, where to leave the trash, etc. There were just a few small details that could use improvement. A good frying pan would have been helpful, the ones that were provided needed serious cleaning. Luckily I was able to reach out to a friend who was staying with us and they were able to bring a pan from home. The inside of the stove needs cleaning. There were only 2 wash cloths for 4 people, no dishtowel, no extra trash bags and only 1 dishwasher detergent pod. (we did the dishes by hand) That being said, we would definitely stay here again, it wouldn't be enough to keep us from booking again, we would just make sure to bring more ammenities with us next time. My only real complaint, which is also an easy fix, is to make sure the shower floor is rinsed thoroughly after cleaning. Whatever was used left the shower floor super slippery. This could have caused a major injury instead of just a sore hip and knee. But again, the house is super cute, it has a great porch and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again. "

This very small studio unit is simple living at a peaceful and centrally located seashore destination better known as Ocean City, NJ. There is a short walk to one of the best known beaches/boardwalks on the entire NJ East Coast. Your third floor tiny unit is furnished with a kitchenette, TV (streaming ONLY), WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a comfy QUEEN SIZE bed. A Key Card will be made available to all renters for late night entries to the hotel lobby with video monitoring.

The space
Linens, towels, toilet paper, shower soap and shampoo are supplied with each rental reservation. Your third floor unit will be professionally cleaned prior to the start of your check in time. There is NO MAID SERVICE provided at this rental location. We, owner and management, ask that you leave the unit as you found it, clean and everything in its place. If you use the dishes and cups, we ask you to wash them and put them away. We thank you for your cooperation.

This small unit (approx. 225 sq. ft.) is ideally for one person or couple. However, there is limited space for a mat to sleep on for a third person.

There is a TWIN SLEEPER MATTRESS for a third person.

The condo building has key card entry for security. The lobby and lounge area are for all guests. There is reading material and some board games. It would be appreciated when coming from the beach to use the foot rinse station at the back of the building so NO SAND is tracked into the rooms and bathrooms. Management and I thank you for your cooperation.

Other things to note
- NO PARKING space available w/rental. You must park on the street or parking lot. There is a PARKING LOT right next to the hotel. The daily rate is $20. There is FREE PARKING. Free parking about two (2) blocks NORTH and 1 - 3 blocks west of the beach. You may park in front of the hotel to unload and load your car. The hotel does hire a bellman on wheels for taking bags up to your room. Once you unload your car we ask that you continue to parking your car.

- The main front door to the building requires a key card after 9pm to access the building. This item along with the beach passes will be found in the unit upon your arrival. Please return/leave the key card in the unit at the end of your stay to avoid incurring the replacement fee ($20 ). Please notify management immediately if key card is missing.

- As stated previously, TV is ONLY for STREAMING (NO CHANNELS).

- NO MICROWAVE w/this rental.

- We are a smoke free/vape free building. DO NOT smoke/vape during your stay! Fines will be forwarded to GUESTS who violate the rule and possible eviction/loss of money will result from not following this requirement.

Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

The space
Our cozy bedroom and full bath is attached to the back of our home with its own separate entrance that features a coded lock to your own private space. It's located behind our kitchen with a solid dead bolted door. We take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
We ask that all our guests be 21 and or over with a NO SMOKING policy on premises. This includes vape pens, e-cigarettes, Marijuana, etc. as it permeates through our homes hvac system. Our property also has a NO PETS allowed policy that is strictly enforced.
In the summer we provide 2 beach towels, 2 beach tags to Ventnor/Margate beaches in a beach bag located behind the bathroom door. If any items are missing a $100 fee will be charged.

Guest access
Our guests will have access to their own private bedroom, full bath, back patio and back yard. This includes a mini fridge with a Brita filtered water pitcher inside, Keurig coffee/tea maker, microwave, closet behind bathroom and a dining table (2 seats) that can hold bottles of wine, water etc.

Please be sure to lock your private entrance door when leaving. Just press the Schlage button and turn upper knob to the right to lock. Also please remember to turn off all lights when leaving.

While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

The Modern beach house is 3 floors with a ruby front deck. You are booking the apartment on the first floor. The space includes a living room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Recent updates include all new stainless-steel appliances throughout the house. Fully stocked kitchen with four burner gas stove, microwave, sink, coffee maker, rice maker, hot water kettle and a modern refrigerator with water filter and ice machine. Granite countertops for dining table and beautiful white marble floors. Cooking materials such as pots, pans, silverware cutlery, glass cups, bowls, plates and condiments. Living room with a new reclining couch, coffee table, a 65” LG UHD ThinQ TV with streaming channels, extra pillow and fleece blanket for your comfort. Guests can log into their Netflix, Hulu and more. The bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen bed and nightstands. Laundry room has a brand-new washer and dryer set, iron and board, and hangers for your clothes. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essential toiletries. Wireless 500 mbps internet and air-conditioning/heat throughout the property.

Guest access
Guests have their own private entrance to the first floor (which is the space shown in the listing pictures). There are other guests who may have booked the second and third floors, which is a separate apartment upstairs.

No loud music, smoking or partying is allowed. Quiet hours between 10pm to 8am.

The front porch is monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and protection of our guests.

You'll be a 10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, have beautiful sunset views over the bay from the front patio. We are minutes from the world famous Atlantic City boardwalk, Stockton University, Casinos, and the charming beach towns of Ventnor, Margate and Longport, many restaurants, cafes, brunch spots, pizza, ice cream shops and boutiques. You can park one car totally free on our driveway and there is free street parking for 3 hours at a time so you may need to move any other cars.

My house is centrally located in a quiet area that is less then a mile from downtown, beach, boardwalk, and bay.

This space you are reserving is a private Bedroom on the first floor of my home with en-suite full bathroom with a shower (no tub). It is best suited for singles and couples.

I am happy to share the kitchen, outdoor spaces, powder room and living room with my guests.

The wifi is great. The outdoor spaces are lovely. The bed is new & comfy!

The space
My home is an original ocean city Victorian that has been updated beautifully. Your room is separate from our bedrooms as it is on the first floor near the kitchen and living area. Your bathroom is attached for complete privacy.

Guest access
While your room and bathroom are exclusively yours, always, You’re welcome to use the Kitchen, porch, pool, patio and living room. Make yourself at home and enjoy!

Please keep in mind that this is my home and my son and I will definitely be around. As will maybe “my guy”, and possibly other friends and family - at the pool or in the house and occasionally as overnight guests. I try to block the Airbnb calendar when I have guests for any extended time (more than a night or two) but sometimes it’s just not feasible. And I can’t turn away my loved ones!!

I hope you understand that the generosity I extend to you, in using these spaces, I also extend to my “people”.
