- "Having been to AC several times for work trips, I often have stayed in hotels attached to casinos, which are often run-down and very low quality; not to mention, they never feel like a place I want to be in except for the absolute minimum of sleeping. On the other hand, this Wyndham property was like a quality hotel option in any major city. The kitchenette was awesome to have, the separate bedroom and living room were fantastic since we had our infant, and the service was great. OH! The resort has a monthly calendar that has what the daily events they are doing for guests each day. Most of the activists are FREE, there are some that have fees and if you chose to do one that costs money, you would be responsible for those charges. There are FREE washer & dryers for guests to use on certain floors & the front desk provides laundry soap.

Guest access

You'll have the whole place to yourself! The studio is cozy, modern, and efficiently provides anything you need for a great beach getaway or trip to the best parts of Ocean City. Feel free to walk down to the Hanscom lobby to inquire more about what Ocean City offers during your stay, as there are many informational pamphlets in the reception area. You are also welcome to utilize the Hotel's first-floor washers and dryers (pay machines), vending machines, ice makers, and outdoor sand showers (shared with the building).

Other things to note
Enjoy the flexibility of self-check-in/check-out and the security of a unique code that changes with each tenant. The Hanscom Beach Hotel also offers additional security and convenience by providing tenants with a key card to access the Hotel between 7 pm and 9 am, when the building automatically locks.

NOTE: The primary renter must be 24 YEARS OR OLDER at check-in and present throughout the stay.

As part of our thoughtfully restored 1950's boutique Inn, the Zenneth Manor, your cozy room is light, bright & airy. Our laid back 2nd floor room is 1 block to beach & boardwalk. It also features individually controlled A/C, a flat screen TV & a mini-refrigerator. With it's own small private bath, 2 double beds & easy access to our shared back deck, your stay also comes with complimentary beach tags, FREE parking onsite, daily maid service, WiFi, coffee, tea & pound cake in the AM.

The space
Our guest rooms are small, but were designed with relaxing & laid back beach life in mind. You'll find hooks, charging area's for your electronic devices & ample space to store your clothes. As a family owned and operated Inn, you are invited to enjoy the ocean breezes on our spacious awning covered porch. Your stay also includes access to our second floor sun deck. We've added a fire table for extra ambience in the evenings.

Your private room is located on the 2nd floor of our 14 room Inn & has it's own petite private bath. With 2 double beds & original touches, we are where vintage charm meets easy living.

Your FREE Parking is located onsite, in our private lot. Our restoration, of the Zenneth Manor Inn, also included adding in eco-friendly features, such as water conserving fixtures, organic toiletries, and over 40 solar panels.

Guest access
Parking in OC is always challenging. We have you covered for one car in our free onsite parking lot. Simply park and enjoy all OC has to offer. We are also right next door to OC Bikes, which is a great way to explore the island. We have a bike rack at the back of our property, so either bring a lock & your bikes or rent & enjoy. Our outside shower is also a welcome addition after a great beach day. If you are traveling or don't have chairs or beach towels, we have you covered there as well.

Other things to note
This room is maximum of 2. All reservations are non-transferable and all registered guests must be 23 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children over the age of 12 may stay in this room, but they do count towards occupancy. This is located on our second floor, which is accessed by stairs.

Our thoughtfully restored 1950's inn is a classic beach getaway that we've injected with an easy laid back sensibility.

You will have access to all our common guest areas including our lobby, our second floor deck, our awning covered front porch and dining area, as well as an outdoor shower at the back of the Main House to rinse the sand off your feet. Our clothes line is also for all guest use to hang beach towels or swimsuits to dry. Please be our guest. Parking in OC is always a challenge in high season. We have you covered for one car in our private, on site lot.

While we are indeed a family friendly inn, this room is reserved for adult usage only and is not suitable for families. All guests must be 23 years or older and maximum occupancy of two adults. Please check our website for family friendly accommodations.
