Welcome to 409 Rehoboth Ave (Unit 29 in The Ark) A nicely furnished unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom This two-level unit is bright and open with a large balcony on the 3rd floor looking over Rehoboth Ave. 1 bedroom has a king size bed, the other has queen size, and a queen size sofa bed. Unit comfortably sleeps 6. All linens are provided (including towels etc.)
The unit itself is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. High speed internet is provided along with individual HVAC units in each bedroom and living room. Each bedroom has a 55" smart TV with popular apps already installed. The living room has a 75" smart TV plenty of apps and local TV stations.
The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, electric stove and small air fryer. Washer/Dryer is included as well for your convenience. We also have a Keurig coffee with complimentary coffee pods. (Individual Sweetener and Creamer included).

Our two story oceanfront townhouse provides immediate access to Delaware's premiere family beach and private shore community. Walk directly out of our home onto the pristine, inviting beach! With only 36 homes, the beach always has room to spread out and relax. Swim, paddle board, ride your bike or sun bathe...memories from "Fundadore" will linger for a life time.

Our home in the Seastrand Community has central air, heat, ceiling fans, an outside shower, beach chairs, umbrellas, various beach toys, and two parking spaces. It sleeps six and has two full bathrooms as well as a half bathroom. The boardwalk leading to the charming town of Rehoboth is only a three block walk by street or beach. The community is private and does not allow beach access to the public.

Rehoboth is one of the most sought after beach communities to rent a home on the Delaware shore. Walking is a treat but the Jolly Trolly will take you and your family and friends into town to avoid peak parking times. The nearby Tanger outlets provide a wide variety a stores and deals. Fifers Farm market is also walking distance from our oceanfront home.

There is an old fashioned boardwalk in town with many restaurants and shops. Our children grew up going to "Funland" where they loved the games and rides - right on the beach. Weekend evening concerts in the Gazebo are best followed up by a big ice cream cone on the walk . Enjoy the relaxation of a stay at our oceanfront home!

Our little, yellow cottage is the 3rd house from the beach and sits back off the road down a private driveway shared with two other cottages. Up to two of your well-behaved dogs are always welcome with an additional pet fee, and are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm every day in the summer, and all the time off-season. Linens and towels are not provided for this rental, but we can recommend a linen service. This is a quiet cottage suitable for couples and small families. We have zero tolerance for partiers. We are LGBTQ friendly. The minimum rental age is 40. If you are a younger family, please send an inquiry.
We rent Friday to Friday in the summer months, with shorter stays available in the fall, winter, and spring.

If I were to be super picky, I would say only a couple things that could be considered negative to note - if you have small kids the layout of the beds isn’t ideal. Simply because the trundle bed is located in the family room which is all in one room with the kitchen and you have to go through the family room to get to the bathroom from the one bedroom. Not a huge deal. Just something to note if your kid/s go to bed before you. The flusher on the toilet seemed to be in need of repair - again not a deal breaker by any means, just something to note. The queen bed was not very comfortable at all, and the WiFi wasn’t great. However, all of that said, I will say again that we truly enjoyed our stay and for the location, price and hospitality it is fantastic!! It was very clean, quiet and spacious! Located in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to everything! We would surely stay here again!!"

You do need to bring quite a few things with you but that is to be expected for this type of rental and this price. When we did have a small utility problem in the rental, the owner was very responsive and got the issue resolved asap. WE were very happy with the property and with the owner's quick response. This rental is also in the best location you can get for the price. Close to the beach, restaurants and steps away from main street. We loved being within walking distance of most places we would go. The only drive was to the outlets a short distance away, and otherwise the car didn't move. There is also a very nice pool right out the front door. This was terrific stay and we would recommend it."

My son and I pretty much only stayed there to sleep. The property is less than a block off of Coastal Highway (DE 1), right behind the Wawa and next to the Kids Cottage daycare. You don't really get the highway noise but you do get the highway light pollution, which may not be the best if you're a light sleeper. Property owner was very communicative and thoughtful. The partially-stocked pantry is a nice touch; we didn't take anything from it but did leave something. Overall would recommend for a party of 2 or a solo visit. The lack of an armchair in the living area might inconvenience a party of 3 or 4, however."

Welcome to "Dune Blossom", a cozy 1010 sq ft 2BR, 2.5BA townhouse just 3 blocks from the beach! Bed sheets/bath towels/pillows/soap/shampoo/conditioner are always included at Dune Blossom.

There is a fantastic community saltwater pool a few buildings over. It is a 3-4 minute walk from the rental front door to the pool gate.

This townhouse is close to everything--restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and of course, the beach!

This unit includes 2 off-street parking spaces and 2 on-street parking passes for *non-metered* spaces in the city of Rehoboth. Note that one parking space is directly in front of the rental, and the other is the next parking lot over--a 2 minute walk.

Use the foldup wagon and load it up with included beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards then walk directly to the beach. Use the back patio propane grill to cook up a feast. Maybe enjoy some adult beverages after chilling them in our dedicated Rocco© drinks fridge. Head up to the top balcony for a quieter, semi-private experience with a glass of wine or to gaze up at the stars.

The main living room area features a large sectional couch that can seat up to 5 people as well as an armchair. A 55-inch TV with Netflix is there for your viewing pleasure.

The master bedroom features a King murphy bed, which will be down when you arrive. You may want to bring it up to convert the space into a second living room, or to set up the folding desk to get some work done. The couch is easily converted into a slightly-narrower-than-twin bed, and we will set this up for you if you select 5 guests for your stay. There is also a 55-inch TV with Netflix.

The second bedroom is a queen bed. It features a spacious corner desk. We love the porthole decor in this room and hope you do too.

- "We LOVED our stay at Dune Blossom last weekend. The host was very responsive and accommodating, the condo was much larger in person than it had appeared in the photos, and it was spotless. I think my favorite part was the private balcony that’s attached to the primary bedroom… it was the best place to sit outside in the morning and soak up a little quiet time in the sun before heading to the busier sections of Rehoboth. The location was perfect—about a 3 min walk from the main strip where all the restaurants and shops are, and approx. a 13 min walk from the boardwalk/beach. It was very spacious and comfortable for 3 of us to stay for a long weekend, and it had everything we needed in the kitchen, sheets and bath towels provided, the only thing we needed to bring were beach towels.
