Welcome to 409 Rehoboth Ave (Unit 29 in The Ark) A nicely furnished unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom This two-level unit is bright and open with a large balcony on the 3rd floor looking over Rehoboth Ave. 1 bedroom has a king size bed, the other has queen size, and a queen size sofa bed. Unit comfortably sleeps 6. All linens are provided (including towels etc.)
The unit itself is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. High speed internet is provided along with individual HVAC units in each bedroom and living room. Each bedroom has a 55" smart TV with popular apps already installed. The living room has a 75" smart TV plenty of apps and local TV stations.
The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker, electric stove and small air fryer. Washer/Dryer is included as well for your convenience. We also have a Keurig coffee with complimentary coffee pods. (Individual Sweetener and Creamer included).

Our two story oceanfront townhouse provides immediate access to Delaware's premiere family beach and private shore community. Walk directly out of our home onto the pristine, inviting beach! With only 36 homes, the beach always has room to spread out and relax. Swim, paddle board, ride your bike or sun bathe...memories from "Fundadore" will linger for a life time.

Our home in the Seastrand Community has central air, heat, ceiling fans, an outside shower, beach chairs, umbrellas, various beach toys, and two parking spaces. It sleeps six and has two full bathrooms as well as a half bathroom. The boardwalk leading to the charming town of Rehoboth is only a three block walk by street or beach. The community is private and does not allow beach access to the public.

Rehoboth is one of the most sought after beach communities to rent a home on the Delaware shore. Walking is a treat but the Jolly Trolly will take you and your family and friends into town to avoid peak parking times. The nearby Tanger outlets provide a wide variety a stores and deals. Fifers Farm market is also walking distance from our oceanfront home.

There is an old fashioned boardwalk in town with many restaurants and shops. Our children grew up going to "Funland" where they loved the games and rides - right on the beach. Weekend evening concerts in the Gazebo are best followed up by a big ice cream cone on the walk . Enjoy the relaxation of a stay at our oceanfront home!

Our little, yellow cottage is the 3rd house from the beach and sits back off the road down a private driveway shared with two other cottages. Up to two of your well-behaved dogs are always welcome with an additional pet fee, and are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm every day in the summer, and all the time off-season. Linens and towels are not provided for this rental, but we can recommend a linen service. This is a quiet cottage suitable for couples and small families. We have zero tolerance for partiers. We are LGBTQ friendly. The minimum rental age is 40. If you are a younger family, please send an inquiry.
We rent Friday to Friday in the summer months, with shorter stays available in the fall, winter, and spring.
