West End Nest is 3.4 miles to Hershey Park and Giant Center. Our place is a completely renovated vacation home with an open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, located in Hummelstown. With this open concept floor plan, there is plenty of space for everyone to eat a meal together, play games, or watch tv and enjoy each others company. Our town offers shops and restaurants, all within a 1 mile walk. Spend quiet evenings in the private fenced yard or relax on the front porch.

Homes are in close proximity in Hummelstown. We want all of our guests to enjoy their visit. If you are planning on a loud outdoor gathering or socializing outdoors late into the evening, this is not the ideal place to stay. Our place is located in a quiet, residential part of town. Out of respect for the neighbors, outside noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10pm - 8am.

This home has forced air heat w/ central air and a whole house instant hot water heater, so no cold showers! Also, Fast Wi-Fi and Keyless Entry. Each guest will be provided a unique access code for each stay.

The main living area has original hardwood floors, 9' ceilings and a Large Smart TV with TV Plus and a subscription to YouTube TV. Even the playset in the backyard looked like it had been freshened up. The kitchen was so well stocked we were able to cook and prepare every meal that we wanted to at home. The home is 5-10 minutes (or less) from everything you need....groceries, shopping, entertainment, and of course Hershey! We had a slight problem, and the hosts answered within minutes and fixed our issue within the hour. I would definitely bring my family back here and would recommend to anyone!"

I personally will not be at the unit to meet you. You will be reserving in your name and checking in just as you would any hotel reservation. I will be transferring the reservation to your name and you will check-in to get your key and parking pass at the Registration building. The front desk can answer any questions you have about your stay.

Other things to note:

1) Because this is a timeshare location, you will be invited to a completely OPTIONAL Preview meeting where they will share with you everything the company has to offer. This meeting is optional and you are not required to attend to be able to book with me.

2) Upon check-in you will be asked for a credit card as a security deposit, just like you would at a hotel. Nothing extra will be charged unless you damage the unit.

3) You must be 21 to check-in.

- "From beginning to end the stay was fantastic. Marlene was incredibly helpful and responsive, as were the on-site staff. The rental was spacious - we appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to the living room and full kitchen. It gave us all space to relax. The rooms are adequately soundproof. Even with a holiday weekend, we couldn’t hear the folks in the neighboring rooms. You could hear the train outside the window at night but it wasn’t disruptive to us. We did bring a sound machine for one room but my daughter in the other room wasn’t woken by the train even though she didn’t have a sound machine. The location is also convenient to Hersheypark and the outlets and neighboring restaurants. We were able to walk right over to the outlets on Black Friday with no issue and no need to worry about parking. We will be back!"

All new appliances and a Counter height table with 6 stools. There is a Dining Room with room for 8 at the table. Counter Height stools from the Kitchen can be moved to the Dining Room table for more seating together. Living Room has leather sofa and 2 leather recliner rocker chairs. High speed internet/WIFI, and 55 inch TV with Roku. Lower level has full Kitchen, Leather Recliner Sofa, Leather Reclining Rocker Chair sofa, 65 inch TV with Roku and Pool Table that is great for kids. There is a back yard, deck with outside furniture and outside propane fire pit. Grocery and convenient store one mile from house on Route 39.

- "Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay at Music Box 2. Catrin did an amazing job as our host, only finalizing the property purchase the Monday, before our Thursday arrival. She met the challenge of a malfunctioning furnace on Thursday evening promptly and with grace, arriving within 15-20 minutes of our contact with 3 space heaters to get us through the night. She also contacted a repairman and arrived with him as promised at 9 AM the next morning to restore heat and hot water.While the property was still very much in transtion, Catrin was an exceptional host with her warm hospitality, tasteful decorations and prompt attention during our stay. All communications were responded to quickly. The home was clean and comfortable.Though the yard is small, our active grandsons still enjoyed being outside. Parking at the property is limited to one car, but across the alley in front of the proprty was a municipal lot that offered free parking. We enjoyed being close to Hershey Park. Cubbie's ice cream is a "must do" for future visitors. Hummelstown is a quaint small town. We did not have time to explore it completely as our focus was a family reunion at Hershey Park and family picnic the next day at another local parI recommend Music Box 2 for family vacations and am confident that Catrin will continue to be an exceptional host. - "We had a great time from when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The area was decorated nicely and was very clean. The location was excellent as you can cross the street right into the Tanger outlet shops and Hershey park is visible from the lot as well and was a two minute drive. The condo was clean and very spacious! We had two bedrooms, two baths, laundry and a living room area. Parking is directly under the condo, and an elevator with luggage carts nearby are right off the lot. We also enjoyed time in the game room. The host reached out to us early and made contact easy. I would stay there again!"

This is a rustic Homestead but with all the modern conveniences. The bunkbeds are way more comfortable than you think I am told over and over again.
Hanging chairs inside or out and 5 hammock spots. Chiminea, Fire Pits, grills are all open for your use. Wait out a rain storm in the tin roof shed! Relax in a Hammock or hanging chair! This is a chill spot *Not a loud party spot!

The space
We are situated on 2 acres just Southwest of Hershey Pennsylvania. You can feel the nostalgia as soon as you pull in. There is an incredible variety of hardwood trees are all showing off their incredible fall foliage. Red oak, white oak, sugar maple, red maple, tulip poplar, sweet birtch, chestnut oak and on and on.
Trees and plenty of food and water for our feathered friends bring them in in droves! Nuthatches, Red bellied and Hairy Woodpeckers, Tufted Titmouse, Finches, Cardinals and more. And of course Chipmunks, Squirrels and Deer! Install Alfred Camera on your mobile device and enjoy live bird feeder and trail cams!

There are so many places just to sit and relax. Three unique water features add the peaceful sound of running water near several sitting areas. Several spots to hang your very own hanging tree chair. Have you ever tried one of these!!?
Once you’ve melted into nature you can enjoy a walk or ride on the nature/mountain bike trail that surrounds the property.

All of the furniture, paint and carpets are brand new. We will take great care of you, but will flag that the rear of the apartment is directly over the kitchen and there could be some vibrational noise due to the exhaust fans below.

Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases.
