There was an issue when we checked in - the condo they sent us too had not been cleaned - but the front desk staff quickly got us a new room, one of them went with us to make sure it was clean, and they gave us “apology candy” as my kids called it. The condo was great, clean, had all of the supplies we needed, and plenty of towels. The location was great - walking distance to the outlets and a very quick drive to the park. We will definitely stay here again."
