Mountain Villas 9C4, which comfortably sleeps 10, has master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. The fully functional kitchen features a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a dining table that seats 6. There are 2 full bathrooms, a master and one in the hallway, and ample closet space throughout the unit.

The small viewing deck off the dining room offers a view of the picturesque wooded landscape. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site. The unit includes whole-house air conditioning, and a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board in the bunk bedroom closet, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), and bed and bath linens (shampoo not included). Also included are extra paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In addition, all guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

The living room fireplace and outdoor gas grill are NOT available for guest use, per community HOA policy.

This unit is a short, 5 minute complementary shuttle ride to the slopes and main resort year-round. It is also within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course.

- "This was a nice little condo for a quick getaway. It was about a half mile or so from the entrance to 7 springs, but it was with other condos and still felt like part of the resort. There's a shuttle or you can just drive to the main lodge if you want. The place itself was clean and well furnished. Probably a bit small for 10 people, but 4-8 people would fit comfortably with all their luggage. Excellent communication from the host and we would definitely stay here again. "

There is wifi throughout the unit and a 75 inch HDTV with cable and DVD player in the family room.

During the winter ski season our townhouse is ski-in if natural snow on trail. And a short 10-12 minute walk to the downhill trail that takes you to the first lift.

We are a family of four (two young kids), and this unit was great for us (kids slept on the couch). Lou was also the perfect host. He responded in a timely fashion and was very friendly and helpful the entire time.
