Located just half a mile from the Seven Springs Mountain Resort entrance, a stay at Mountain Villas means you'll have access to all the activities and entertainment the resort has to offer. Mountain Villas 9C4, which comfortably sleeps 10, has master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. The fully functional kitchen features a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a dining table that seats 6. There are 2 full bathrooms, a master and one in the hallway, and ample closet space throughout the unit.

The small viewing deck off the dining room offers a view of the picturesque wooded landscape. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site. The unit includes whole-house air conditioning, and a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board in the bunk bedroom closet, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), and bed and bath linens (shampoo not included). Also included are extra paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue. During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In addition, all guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

The living room fireplace and outdoor gas grill are NOT available for guest use, per community HOA policy.

This unit is a short, 5 minute complementary shuttle ride to the slopes and main resort year-round. It is also within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course.

- "This was a nice little condo for a quick getaway. It was about a half mile or so from the entrance to 7 springs, but it was with other condos and still felt like part of the resort. There's a shuttle or you can just drive to the main lodge if you want. The place itself was clean and well furnished. Probably a bit small for 10 people, but 4-8 people would fit comfortably with all their luggage. Excellent communication from the host and we would definitely stay here again. "

During the winter ski season our townhouse is ski-in if natural snow on trail. And a short 10-12 minute walk to the downhill trail that takes you to the first lift.

We are a family of four (two young kids), and this unit was great for us (kids slept on the couch). Lou was also the perfect host. He responded in a timely fashion and was very friendly and helpful the entire time. We only rent it a few times a year so there is no real wear & tear that you find with full-time rentals. IN THE SUMMER, THIS TOWNHOUSE IS SECONDS FROM THE POOL/PLAYGROUND/TENNIS/BASKETBALL/PICKELBALL COURTS!! If you are familiar with the Sunridge community in The Villages at this fabulous resort, you'll know that being close to the pool/playground/tennis/basketball/pickelball courts is really convenient. Free of charge with your rental. We also have one of the largest patios in the community, with plenty of seating and feeling of serenity.....a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass if wine, or a good beer. Just want to relax? Enjoy the hot tub at the pool, or grab a plastic cup and enjoy the private hot tub on the patio! We also have a private ping pong table on the patio (Summer only!) - tons of fun for everyone! Want to go hiking or biking while you are visiting? There are plenty of trails - for families with small children, to expert mountain terrain, and everything in between. No need to leave your bikes outside - pull them right inside our garage for safe overnight storage.

IN THE WINTER, our cozy mountain townhouse at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, as Vail Resorts property, is SKI IN-SKI OUT, with the slopes just across the street. With Vail as the new Resort Owners, the mountain has the best skiing its had in years!! Don't wait to book this year's trip! Not a skier? Grab a sled and enjoy the sled riding hill with your kids/family - just across the street. Go horseback riding or take a winter hike. Or, jump on the free shuttle just steps away from the unit and ride to the lodge to enjoy some family time. At the Lodge, watch the skiers, eat some lunch, play mini-golf, swim in the indoor heated pool (when. available), go bowling, or enjoy the game room. There are several beginner hikes nearby, so bring your boots or snowshoes and enjoy the outdoors.

CHECK IN TIME IS AT 3:00 PM on your check-in day and check out is at 11 AM. (Holiday check-in times may vary with length and stay). We have a fully stocked kitchen for cooking with your friends and family. Love to cook? Feel free to use the spices in the cabinet. Enjoy the new Calphalon cookware, flattop stainless stove and Bosch dishwasher. Staying for the week? We have 2 refrigerators for your food and drinks.

We will also cover you on the basics so you have a turnkey stay. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, bath soap, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied. For convenience, we also provide all trash bags, dish soap, dish detergent and cleaning supplies. We also happily provide coffee, tea bags and several spices.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath is a two-story townhouse that has plenty of space inside and out - the perfect mountain getaway for some fresh air. Working from home right now? Use the desk & plug into the monitors so you don’t miss any meetings and can work efficiently with WiFi set for video conferencing and VPN access, with plenty of time for skiing.

With 2 Master Suites, our exceptionally appointed 7 Springs townhouse at this Vail resort sleeps 10 comfortably. Extra blankets and pillows are provided.

The first floor has a living room that features a Smart Screen TV with cable, or log onto your Prime, Netflix, or HULU account. The open floor plan concept and the comfy sectional sofa offer plenty of space for everyone. There is a fully stocked kitchen with an Island for entertaining/additional seating. The dining room/kitchen has seating for 10. The 1st floor Master features a newly renovated walk-in stacked-stone tile shower, dual sinks, King sized bed, and a TV. For convenience, there is also a newly renovated 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor for other guests.

The 2nd floor also boasts a Master en suite with a newly renovated full bathroom, with walk-in tile shower, Queen sized bed, desk area and a beautiful view of the slopes. Also on the 2nd floor is the bunk room, great for kids or an entire family! This bedroom has mirroring Queen/Twin bunk beds, sleeping 6 total. The loft area has a pull-out couch and is a great sitting/board game area. Between the loft area and bunk room is a newly renovated full bathroom with brick-tiled shower/tub combo. The washer and dryer are also on the second floor.

Second floor loft sleeps up to 3 in a twin over full bunk bed. Additionally, the 4th bedroom has 1 twin bunk and a twin over full bunk with a trundle bed.

Condo 1C4 also has a dedicated computer workstation.

The space
Seven Springs Mt Villas Condo 1C4 is located less than 1/2 mile from Seven Springs’ main entrance and less than 4 minutes from Seven Springs’ main lodge. See the map in the photos. Seven Springs provides complementary round trip shuttle bus service from Mt Villas condos to their main lodge, or you can drive. Seven Springs' shuttle bus service is on call year-round.

Seven Springs Mt Villas was the original condo development at the resort and was built in the late 1970’s/ early 1980’s by Seven Springs under the direction of Herman Dupre and Jim McClure. Herman and his family were the founders & owners of Seven Springs Mountain Resort. I was a season renter in Building 1 when it was newly constructed and bought my first Mt Villas condo shortly after.

Mt Villas condos are nestled on the hillside adjacent to Seven Springs' Golf Course. Enjoy the beautiful ski slope views, stunning sunsets, and fireworks displays (on special occasions when Seven Springs has fireworks) from the front balcony, living room, and/or dining room of Mt Villas Condo 1C4. Enjoy happy hour and the fresh mountain air on the front balcony overlooking the ski slopes or on the rear balcony overlooking the golf course.

Mt Villas Condo 1C4 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, ample closet space, and is fully furnished. It sleeps 6 (with 1 king bed and 2 ladder end bunk beds); and has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a 50" smart HDTV.

Mt Villas 1C4 has whole house A/C, whole house gas heat, and rain showerheads.

Mountain Villas 1C4 is pet friendly (one or two dogs).

Mt Villas Condo 1C4 was remodeled in April/ May 2022. Upgrades include new kitchen cabinets & countertops and new bathroom vanities & vanity tops; hand-built and installed by the Amish. True to the character of the Laurel Highlands, we went with a rustic theme. The cabinets and vanities are made from character hickory. The countertops are made from reclaimed oak barn wood. Porcelain floor tile was installed throughout resembling native stone. Undercabinet LED lighting was installed. The walls and ceiling were painted.

Updated furnishings and bedding; new kitchen, dining room, hallway, and bathroom light fixtures; a dedicated computer workstation; a combination single serve/ drip coffee maker; a smart HDTV; ceiling LED lighting; and a common area security camera were added in 2023.

Seven Springs’ Main Lodge and Ski Lodge are located about 1.8 miles from Mt Villas condos. There is a complimentary round trip shuttle bus service to Seven Springs’ Main Lobby, or you can drive. Seven Springs' Shuttle Service is on call year-round.

o The address of Mt Villas Condo 1C4 is 1 Mountain Villas Drive, Champion, PA 15622. Your GPS should take you to the front door of the building. Outdoor parking is available in front of and on both sides of the building. Enter the door numbered 1C. Go up 21 steps (1 ½ flights). Mt Villas Condo 1C4 will be on your left.

o There is a Smart Lock with an electronic keypad on the front door. I provide a new keypad code to each new Guest upon confirmation of their rental. This keypad code is valid only for the length of their stay. For additional security, the keypad code for each previous guest is deleted after their departure.

o The front door of Mt Villas Condo 1C4 does not lock automatically. Turn the thumb turn counterclockwise to lock the door from inside of the condo. Press the lock icon on the keypad to lock the door from outside of the condo.

o Set the HVAC thermostat to “Off”, “Heat”, or “Cool”. Set the desired temperature.

o I will not be available in person during your visit. However, I will be available via phone, text, and email.

o Mt Villas Condo 1C4's internet service was upgraded in December 2022. Tests show the actual speed to be ~300 mbps.

o The Laurel Highlands, including Seven Springs Mountain Resort and Seven Springs Mt Villas, are subject to stronger weather variations than low lying areas and utility interruptions are more common. Utility interruptions, including electricity, water, gas, internet, and cable TV service, are beyond the Owner’s and Host’s control. Minor interruptions are usually remedied by the utility companies quickly.

o Some attractions, facilities, and/or services at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort, the Mt Villas condos, and in the Laurel Highlands are seasonal. Some are weekend only. Not all are always available. Most attractions, facilities, and/or services at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort require fees to participate.

o Some of Seven Springs’ amenities, activities, facilities, and/or services may not be available if you are not a guest of Seven Springs’ Hotel, e.g. use of their swimming pools, or may require the purchase of a Seven Springs “All Day Adventure Pass” or other bundled “Pass”. Please call Seven Springs or check Seven Springs’ website for availability, hours of operation, and other information.

o Some attractions, facilities, and/or services may be impacted during the Covid-19 recovery period. Many were limited or cancelled in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

o Mt Villas Condo Owners and Guests must comply with the Mt Villas Condo Association's Bylaws & Rules. (Not all are listed here.) Mt Villas Condo Owners and Guests must also comply with the Mt Villas Condo Association's Guidelines & Etiquette as listed below:

o Mt Villas Condo 1C4 daytime occupancy limit is 8 persons.

o Mt Villas Condo 1C4 overnight occupancy limit is 6 persons.

o A lease will be required for rentals of longer than 28 days.

o Please notify the Mt Villas Condo Association immediately if you are experiencing issues with the plumbing, heating (HVAC), or electrical systems in Mt Villas Condo 1C4 to have them resolve it.

o If the issue can’t be resolved, please also notify Airbnb’s AirCover for covered issues. Note: You have limited time from when you discover the issue to notify Airbnb’s AirCover.

o Please also notify me of any issue that you brought to the attention of Airbnb or the Mt Villas Condo Association.

o Please also notify the Mt Villas Condo Association of any maintenance or other issues with the Mountain Villas Condo buildings or grounds.

o Mt Villas' heated swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (9 AM to 9 PM), weather permitting. The pool is located near Mt Villas Building 9. There is no fee at Mt Villas pool for Mt Villas Guests. Wi-Fi is available at the pool. No glass or floats are permitted at the pool. The pool is a non-smoking area. No lifeguard is present at the pool. Pets are not permitted in the pool area. There is a gazebo and a children's play area located near the pool. Please read detailed pool rules hanging in the pool area.

o Due to insurance requirements, the Mt Villas Condo Association does not allow Guests to use fireplaces. No gas grills or charcoal grills are permitted inside of any condo building or on any balcony. No firepits or fire rings are permitted on the grounds.

o If the trash can inside of Mt Villas Condo 1C4 needs to be emptied during your visit, there is a dumpster located outside at the end of the walkway. Please do not place bagged trash in the hallways.

o Mt Villas Drive becomes one way when Ski season kicks off. All owners and guests must enter through Seven Springs' Golf course entrance.

o Please be mindful when parking. Please do not block walkways, stairs, or other vehicles. Please do not block anyone else in. Please do not block the path of the shuttle bus or the snowplow trucks.

o Please keep hallways free of clutter and trip hazards.

o Smoking (the use of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, etc.) is not permitted inside any Mt Villas Condo building common areas or in Mt Villas Condo 1C4. Please do not throw cigarette butts off the balconies or on the grounds.

o Excessive noise like loud music, prolonged shouting, and/ or pounding or stomping is not permitted in any Mt Villas common areas or in any Mt Villas Condo. Please maintain a reasonable noise level after 11:00 PM.

o Shooting of guns or bow and arrows is not permitted on Mountain Villas property.

o For your safety and the safety of others, the state of Pennsylvania, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, and the Seven Springs Mt Villas Condo Association require that guests comply with federal, state and local guidelines and requirements in force during their visit during the Covid-19 recovery period.


Mt Villas Pet Policy -
(Note: This policy also applies to service animals and therapy animals.)

o Mt. Villas Condo 1C4 is pet friendly. Pets are limited to one or two dogs.

o Pets must be always under the supervision of their owner (or handler).

o Pets may not be left unattended inside of Mt Villas Condo 1C4.

o Please clean up after your pets. Please walk your pets away from the condo buildings. There is a supply of pet waste bags located underneath the kitchen sink Mt Villas Condo 1C4. Please dispose of the bags in the outside dumpster at the end of the walkway.

o Please ensure that your pets do not disturb other residents by creating a nuisance by excessive noise; by the appearance of threatening behavior; or by assaulting other residents or their pets.

o Please always keep your pets under control. Pet owners are responsible for the actions of their pets and hereby indemnify and hold the Mt Villas Condo Association and the Mt Villas Condo Owner harmless for any claim related to their pet.

o Pets or animals must be always on a leash or in the owner's arms when outside. Pets may not be left unattended outside a unit, tied outside a unit, on patios, decks, or yards or any other part of the common areas.

o Pet owners are responsible for any damage which their pet may do to common areas and facilities or to the property of any owner.

o Pet owners must comply with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Somerset County pet laws.

o Pets are not permitted in the pool area.

o All pets must be properly licensed and vaccinated.

o In the event of property damage or personal attack to a resident, tenant, guest, or anyone on the premises by your pet, pet owners must file a Pennsylvania State Police Report and provide all necessary documentation to the Mt Villas Condo Association Manager.

Please do not set the temperature lower than 69 degrees or it will freeze up.

Guests have access to the Swiss Mountain community pool & tennis courts which is a short drive/walk from our home and is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
