My little cabin is at the end of the resort (Black Bear), and is quiet and private, backing up to a horsefarm. It has the best view of all the resort across the Canaan Valley, Timberline Four Seasons Resort,White Grass, and on to the Dolly Sods. Close to skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, antiquing, and live music!

All new appliances. It was not a smart tv as advertised and, probably due to the storm, the satellite signal was in and out. Oh well, didn't come to watch tv. Blackwater Falls was amazing covered in snow and ice. Stumptown Ales has some of the best beer I've had. Really wish I could've brought some home. Most definitely a great trip and place to stay. "

When I think back to my childhood home, I can say with certainty that my favorite room was the den. It wasn’t a big space, but every inch of it contained the most interesting relics. Books, pictures, family heirlooms and the most comfy furniture were all there to nestle in. The space:
The Davis Ridge is a spacious 1 Bed, 1 full bath home that also has a full size pull-out sofa bed. There is a full kitchen and large outdoor balcony that overlooks the ski resorts and mountains connecting them.

A cozy fireplace, with free firewood included, will provide you with the perfect ambiance throughout the day.

There are trails right from the parking lot that take you as far as you want to go. You are surrounded by the beautiful wilderness of the Canaan Valley, yet you are only five short minutes to Davis. Thomas is only a couple minute past that. It's the best of both worlds.

There are no reasons to worry about the access in the winter. The roads to and from the property and the driveway on the property are all plowed at the first sign of snow and there is no steep road or driveway to drive on.

From beginning to end Jared was on top of communication and was so helpful and quick to respond. The location was amazing, so close to the state park and the towns. We enjoyed many meals out in Davis and Thomas as well as exploring around and sightseeing. The condo had everything we needed and it was quiet and comfortable. We didn’t end up using the fireplace but there was tons of firewood which would be perfect if it was colder out. We would definitely come back here again! :)"
