The Drive
The one mile dirt road to get to our cabin is not state owned. It’s not steep, but it is full of potholes. Slow and steady will get you to the cabin. You do not need a truck or 4 wheel drive. HOWEVER- months where snow is in the forecast will require 4 wheel drive, as we do not know when or if someone will be able to plow. Parking is unlimited.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, Bluebird Hill Cabin is equipped with three security cameras. One camera is dedicated to capturing activity at the front door, another is positioned to monitor the driveway, and the third is located on the basement porch, focusing on the door.
Most importantly, no cameras are placed inside the house, underscoring our strong commitment to prioritizing both your safety and privacy.

weather and seasons. It is always a good time to sit and stare. We
do not have water access, but we have a great view of the
Shenandoah River in late fall and winter. You can hear the water
flowing from the cabin.
• Fire pit with wood provided- Nothing like a good Kumbaya at the
end of a perfect day.
• Wine- Lots of wineries within 30-40 minutes of the cabin.
• Beer- Some breweries are in the area and more are popping up
yearly.
• Hike / Bike- Skyline drive, Shenandoah State Park and Andy Guest
State Park are short drives away.
• Dinosaurs- Dinosaur Land. A silly destination for the young dino
fan.

Whiskey Hill Cabin is based on a classic design from the 1960’s which makes it a unique place to enjoy your vacation! The cabin is a fully renovated chalet style cabin with many modern updates. Some of the updates include a new fireplace wood stove for guest use, pine and cedar ceilings, a new bathroom and honed granite countertops. All of these updates to this classic cabin help make your vacation more relaxing and enjoyable.

There are 2 bedrooms and a large loft bedroom (queen beds in each).
The cabin has a large deck that is perfect for enjoying the nature of the mountain. Since the cabin was designed in the 1960’s the interior steps were not designed with today’s standards, but we love the classic design so we decided to keep it original. We ask that you please keep in mind that the interior loft stairs are not suitable for children. We appreciate your understanding.

The cabin is in Virginia wine country. It is close to 10+ Virginia wineries including Fox Meadow Winery (3.4 mi) and Crimson Lane Vineyards (7.9 mi), Skyline drive and the Appalachian Trail (GR Thompson State Wildlife Management area is about 5 minutes away; famous for trillium flowers). Enjoy the areas many activities including: hiking, canoeing, horse back riding, wine tasting and the natural surroundings.

The cabin is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and is set on a private wooded mountain lot with winter views of the Shenandoah Valley and mountain ranges. Summary:
Secluded chalet near the top of a mountain on 8 acres, just 70 minutes from downtown DC, 20 minutes to old town Front Royal, close enough to get Instacart from groceries, Costco and Target, and private enough to enjoy your sunset view from the deck every night and to not see any other homes! The home is at the end of a long gravel road and parking in a small cul-de-sac. Dogs are allowed for a $100 fee per stay (3 dogs max, can not be left alone overnight) .

The Space:
Two levels of luxury meets rustic charm, with three gas fireplaces, billiards table, hot tub (almost floating in the trees!), huge deck, and TV's with Rokus in almost every room, including bedrooms. Guests can divide into two groups, one upstairs and one down: Upstairs features the three bedroom, two bathroom space with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows facing sunset; Downstairs features a kitchenette, two king bedrooms, bathroom and incredible views downstairs plus a separate wheelchair-friendly entrance below. There is a gas grill, gas fire pit, outdoor dining table for 10, and new carpet, paint, lighting, furniture and decor as of 2021! NOTE: there is bedding and towels for 5 king/queen beds and 4 additional twin beds that can be placed in any bedroom or living area as extra. If you intend to also use the four twin beds you must bring your own bedding for those.

A vaulted ceiling on the main level, with a stone-look gas fireplace and 65" television, 8-speaker surround speaker system and Roku/Alexa for entertainment. Two internet networks and 5 bars on AT&T/Verizon with full internet and voice connection.

Guest Access:
Guests can drive in and enter using the code provided to them before check-in. Note: the road and driveway is steep and paved with gravel. 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended but we have had guests in small 2-wheel-drive sedans without issue. If it is icy you may have issues.

The Neighborhood:
A secluded neighborhood in the heart of Shenandoah Farms, with access to the Shenandoah River just at the bottom of the mountain (with parking lot and boat put-in too). There are two convenience stores within a 5 minute drive of the home, and you can be at the Ashby Inn (reserve early!) in 13 minutes, Hunter's Head Tavern in Upperville in 25 minutes, or downtown Front Royal in 25 minutes too.

Getting Around:
To the right on Howellsville Road, you can be in Winchester in 30 minutes, Upperville in 25 minutes, Middleburg in 35 minutes and Front Royal (downtown) in 25 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
ON 8 PRIVATE ACRES!! Almost no one else is visible... just you and the sprawling valley view in front of you, including the Shenandoah river from one side of the vista to the other, sunsets over the ridge every night and deer in your front yard each morning!

HIKING SKY MEADOWS STATE PARK:
Just around the corner, about a 13 minute drive from the house is Sky Meadows State Park, with several trails and great views there.

DINING AT A HISTORIC INN:
The Ashby Inn is next to Sky Meadows, in Paris, VA. It dates back to the Revolutionary War and has food that is to die for. (BOOK EARLY)

CANOEING/KAYAKING/TUBING THE SHENANDOAH: They call Front Royal the Canoe Capital of America, but it is fantastic for kayaking and lazy river tubing too! There are two great companies nearby that can arrange a float, or bring your own equipment and use the put-in just at the bottom of the mountain, free for residents and guests of our neighborhood.

EXPLORING HISTORIC TOWNS:
Just around the other corner is Millwood, a lovely town with a fantastic market (Locke Market), beautiful restaurant (the Buttery), both across from an old Mill with picnic area and a waterfall. 20 minutes down the other direction is Upperville, with the Hunter's Head Tavern, with great food and great prices too! Just past Upperville is Middleburg, a super quaint town with its own distillery, plus markets, ice cream shops and even a tasting room nearby (Boxwood).

And, duh.... DRINKING WINE:
Route 17 connects 50 and 66 (exit 23 on 66) and has 4 or 5 wineries peppered between gorgeous estate manors. Blue Valley is one of our favorites, with excellent wine and gorgeous grounds and views. Delaplane is a pretty location too, and for the fancy wine tasting experience in an architecturally stunning setting, check out rdV WInery (maximum 4 people). Our favorite wine is probably the Cabernet Franc at Chester Gap Cellars, which also has one of the most stunning views too, and that is just about 35 minutes from the house too.

Big family house, centrally located in Historic old town. Walking distance to several cafes, restaurants, shops. 5 min to Skyline Caverns and 5 min to Shenandoah National Park. 7 min to canoe, kayak rentals. Perfect for large families who want to be close to nature but want to go to dinner in town or eat at home. We have a dining room table that will fit the entire family and a living room comfortable for the whole family. Anyone who has trouble with stairs will appreciate the bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom. There is a ramp out back and one stair will get you in the house.

Both were easy to access with the Park being only a few minutes from the house. It was also a short walk into town for dinner or ice cream. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind while surrounded by nature. If you are an adventurous explorer or prefer to stay cozy and comfortable at home, this house will fit your needs either way. There are three ensuite bedrooms, each with a king bed, deck access (two of the bedrooms have private decks!), and window seats to sit and enjoy to views. Downstairs in the basement there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom.

Speaking of the basement, it might be one of the most fun spots in the house. It is home to a bar, a ping pong table, media center, and game table, a comfy window seat, and huge sliders that lead directly into the back yard.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and has gorgeous soapstone counter tops. You can expect to find a kitchen aid, blender, a full set of pots and pans, multiple options for how you want to make your morning brew, plenty of utensils for cooking and more!

Moving outdoors, you will find a spacious deck outside the living room with a gas fire pit that can also be accessed through one of the main floor bedrooms. I was very glad to have this small cabin vs. a generic chain hotel in Front Royal, Manassas, or Dulles, allowing me to enjoy the beauty of Northern VA before attending a huge, busy conference in DC. The cabin and its location are clearly more suited for people who are taking advantage of the outdoor activities in the vicinity rather than wine tasting, which was the downside for me--there was coffee and a coffee maker in the cabin, but no coffee (e.g., powdered) creamer, and there really weren't places nearby to buy some, much less get breakfast nor just a cup of coffee to-go. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, bubble bath, towels, etc. Bed was great. Location was quiet and peaceful. I had no issues with my GPS working, but apparently some people do have problems so Sandra makes EXTRA sure you have clear directions prior to arrival. The inside of the cabin is nicer IRL than it appears in the photos."

This beautiful eco-friendly home overlooks the Shenandoah Valley and sits at the top of 40 acres at the Rolling River Holiday properties. This home was designed to welcome in the outside and create a wonderful and cheerful home environment from the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating and the gorgeous mountain views!

There are 3 bedrooms, one of the main floor off of the common area and 2 on the second floor, each with their own bathroom and wonderful views of the blue ridge mountains. There is also an additional bathroom on the main floor.

We have a living room, dining room and full kitchen on the main level that open to a welcoming main level deck and fire pit.

On the second floor we have another cozy living room and small kitchen between the 2 second floor bedrooms. The second floor living room also opens out to a second floor deck to enjoy the views from a higher elevation.

The attic is cozy yet spacious and is a great place for a movie night or for the kids to play if they want to take a break from the outdoors! There is also a pull out couch for extra sleeping space. Additionally, there is a laundry room in the attic for guest use as well.

There is private river access within 0.4 miles walking distance of the home and can also be easily accessed if driving. We also offer a few kayaks free of charge on request for the river, and tubes are also available for rent/purchase.

From the moment you step into our spacious and thoughtfully designed space, we want you to feel at home. This all starts with how we set up our beds to maximize the space. The home is a 4br/2ba equipped with a king and three queen beds. Every bed has a memory foam mattress so you can sleep soundly after a day of experiencing Virginia's outdoors, and there's no need to draw straws on who sleeps where!

Your stay will also include the use of our record player, so bring your vinyls or feel free to use some of ours. The record player also has Bluetooth so you won't be limited on what you can listen to!

While we don't offer cable, the living room TV has a Roku set up in Guest mode for watching Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and any other streaming service. You will need to log-in to your own accounts, and all of the login and activity will be wiped on the day of your checkout.

We know how a good board game can bring family or friends together (or, sometimes apart - if you're unlucky enough to land on Boardwalk in Monopoly), and the dining table will do great double duty as a game table when not being used for meals. We also have included some of our favorite games for varying skill levels in case you didn't pack your own!

We also have a fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea, two full bathrooms, free washer and dryer, and a dishwasher so you can take care of all your needs conveniently.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire property, including the entire home, driveway, patios, and backyard. The attic, basement, and garden shed will be locked and inaccessible for safety reasons.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
After the sun sets, cozy up by the fire and roast marshmallows! We have a functioning wood-burning fireplace inside and a firepit in the backyard so you can keep warm indoors and outside! If fire isn't your thing, don't worry - there is central heat throughout the house as well.

In an effort to maintain a secure property, the home is equipped with an exterior doorbell camera. The camera is located only on the exterior and is facing outward to only view the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. The neighborhood is very safe, but this helps us keep an eye on the property and help out if needed.

Cell reception is great within Front Royal itself, but quickly becomes spotty as you drive into Shenandoah National Park and/or the more rural areas around the valley. It is HIGHLY advisable that you download an Offline Map of the Shenandoah Valley area on your Maps app.

Here's how you do it:

1) Open Maps and search Front Royal.

2) Tap the word "Front Royal" on the bottom of the screen and this will expand the bottom half of the screen.

3) On the top right, you will see three dots. Tap this button and select "Download offline map."

4) Zoom out to download the entire Shenandoah Valley region. Make sure to capture everything between Winchester and Luray.

Front Royal is located in the heart of Virginia's haven for the outdoors. Shenandoah National Park's main entrance is on the edge of town featuring the iconic Skyline Drive along the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the Shenandoah River passes through town offering plenty of opportunities for kayaking, tubing, canoeing, sightseeing, wildlife watching, and much more.

GETTING AROUND:
You'll have space for three vehicles in the driveway.

If you're planning on going to Shenandoah National Park or exploring much around the area, you will most definitely need a vehicle. The area doesn't have much public transportation. You can walk or Uber/Lyft around, but having a vehicle is much more convenient. There is a cute trolley that runs through Front Royal itself that can get you to many of the sights and businesses.

With a quiet surrounding and spectacular views, Idle Hour at Chester Gap is a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for romantic couples or an entire family. Fully stocked kitchen for home cooked meals including an outdoor grill and deck with outdoor dining table. The back deck also includes a private hot tub. There are three bedrooms each with queen beds. The Master Bath with a Jacuzzi jet tub is attached to the Master Bedroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bath on the hallway. This comfortable, spacious home bestows beautiful views of both sides of the Shenandoah Valley. Located on the hilltop on a private 10 acre parcel, Summit Hill has magnificent views of the Blue Ridge mountains, as well as memorable moonrise evenings and starlit nights.

The house includes 5 bedrooms, each with idyllic vistas, and 3.5 bathrooms. An upper balcony spans the length of the house above a gracious patio. Both overlook a private pond for kayaking or swimming. It also has a sauna!

The property offers a boat landing to the Shenandoah River a mile down the road. A mudroom for getting doggy naps in or just hanging out your bathing suits to dry is between you and the pond! Rockland park is adjacent to the property with a playground and trails for dog walking, paved paths for bike riding, or golf frisbee for game lovers.

The winter guests will have their hygge needs met with a good book and cozy wood burning fireplace. For those interested in food, you will find a generously proportioned, fully stocked kitchen. A large island with counter height chairs is waiting for breakfast buffets, a cup of Joe and the like. Common areas have window seats for a tête-à-tête. There is ample space for dining in or out. The separate dining room offers wall to wall bookshelves to nourish the soul while nourishing the body during your visit. There is a dining table and chairs on the back patio as well. There are numerous outdoor seating getaways around the premises.

Welcome to The Foundry Cabin—a place where history and design come together to create something new. Once a humble farmhouse log cabin, it’s been reimagined with warmth, craftsmanship, and care. The name “Foundry” nods to the spirit of transformation—a space where stories, laughter, and memories are forged.

The Heart of the Home — Kitchen, Dining, and Great Room
Step inside to the gathering core of the cabin: a bright, open kitchen and dining area designed for connection. The farmhouse-style kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and serveware for everything from big breakfasts to holiday dinners. Stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large island make it easy to cook together, while bar seating invites company during meal prep.

Beside it, the dining area looks out over the yard, where deer and foxes are often spotted at dusk. Just beyond, the Great Room centers around a custom-built mantle and 70” electric fireplace, blending the warmth of classic cabin life with modern comfort. A 75” TV creates a theater-like experience for family movie nights, while soft lighting adds a relaxed glow in every season.

The Historic Cabin — A Space of Craft and Story
The Great Room opens into the preserved 1789 log cabin, where the original hand-hewn timbers still tell the story of the home’s past. Inside, a custom-built game table sets the stage for late-night board games and conversation. A cozy loft above offers a quiet spot to read, sip wine, or simply take in the texture of old wood and new design. In cooler months, the propane fireplace keeps this part of the home especially warm and inviting.

The Foundry Cabin includes six bedrooms arranged across three levels, offering space, privacy, and comfort for families and groups alike.

Up to three dogs are welcome at The Foundry Cabin (pet fee applies). Additional dogs may be considered with prior approval. Service animals are always welcome—please let us know in advance so we can inform our cleaning team. Emotional support animals (ESAs) are treated as pets and subject to the same policies and fees.

🚼 Family-Friendly Amenities
Families will find everything needed for an easy stay, including two pack ’n plays, two full-sized freestanding high chairs, and children’s tableware. Extra items may be available with advance notice.

🚗 Vehicle Access and Parking
The property is accessed via a well-maintained gravel road and driveway of about 500 feet. Most vehicles (2WD) reach the cabin without issue, though 4WD or AWD is recommended—and sometimes required—during snow or icy conditions. The driveway accommodates up to five vehicles.

🧯 Safety and Cleanliness
All linens, including quilts and blankets, are freshly laundered between guests. The cabin includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and is professionally cleaned and inspected after every stay to ensure a safe, comfortable experience.

🦌 Wildlife and Surroundings
It’s common to see deer, rabbits, and even a pair of local box turtles in the garden beds. While the home is carefully maintained, occasional insects or small critters may appear—just let us know if anything seems out of the ordinary. During warmer months, please drive slowly on nearby roads, as turtles and other wildlife often cross.

We continually improve The Foundry Cabin to enhance guest comfort. Furniture or décor may differ slightly from photos, but quality and style remain constant. During your stay, our landscaping or hot tub care team may service the property as needed—these visits are brief and do not require interior access.

Noise & Music — County regulations prohibit outdoor music after 9 PM, regardless of volume. Please be respectful of neighbors at all hours and keep outdoor noise, music, and other disturbances to a minimum.

Smoking — Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — indoors and outdoors. Evidence of smoking (including odors) will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Fires & Prohibited Activities — Wood-burning fires are not permitted indoors or outdoors. Fireworks, ATVs, shooting, and hunting are not allowed.

Smart Home Technology — The cabin is equipped with WiFi, Ring security cameras, and a Minut sound monitor for comfort and security. Guests may not disconnect or tamper with these devices. Unauthorized interference may result in cancellation of your stay.

Our chalet is situated on the hills surrounding Shenandoah Valley. Walk 25 minutes to the river. Drive 10 minutes to the national park entrance and Skyline Drive. Our property owners association keeps the roads in excellent condition year-round.

Your guest suite is on the ground floor, recently finished, with its private entrance (separated from main floor), with all amenities you'll need. You'll have the deck upstairs and the outdoor spaces (hammock, swings, fire pit, charcoal grill, etc) all to yourself!

There are two bedrooms each with its bathroom inside. There is also a comfy couch in the living room.

There's an outdoor space with a hammock and two swings. The stairs go up to the main deck which is a shared space (although we prefer not to be at home while we have guests). This is where the patio furniture, grill, and tabletop fire pit are.

Please note that the kitchen has an electric stovetop and a microwave but no oven (due to county restrictions). There is also a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen area.

During your stay
We love meeting new people and making them feel at home! My wife and I work away from home which means you will usually have the place to yourself. Our dog is crate-trained and stays in her crate while we are away. We know that staying in a strangers home can be hard for some people, so your privacy is very important to us. Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible which means you will have as much or as little interaction as you want, we will follow your lead.

We are also here to provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, activities, or to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. We respect your need for privacy and will ensure that your stay is peaceful and undisturbed.

My wife, Sam, and I moved to Front Royal about two years ago and completely fell in love with the town. From the friendly neighbors to the breathtaking views of the mountains, we knew we were home. Front Royal is truly a special town and we are so excited to share our favorite slice of heaven with guests.

We have a hypoallergenic 2 year old standard poodle, Eleni (Lenny). She is VERY friendly and we always keep her away from your private living area. We ask that, should you bring a pet to stay with you, that you ensure they are friendly as well.

The Game Room is on the basement floor of the beautifully restored 1847 portion of the historic main house of Mountain Home. Features include a twin daybed and trundle (and a roll-away bed, when needed), private half bathroom (with access to a full bathroom w/shower upstairs), and vintage foosball table, as well as games, toys, puzzles, DVDs and VHS tapes and a system for playing them. A hearty breakfast is included.

The space
Mountain Home is in the National Register of Historic Places, and the Virginia Landmarks Register. The main house was built for Samuel Gardner, a successful farmer, known for raising prized horses. Samuel Gardner and his first wife Sarah had 3 daughters, the oldest of which was Annie Gardner who wrote a journal for a couple months during the Civil War while she was a teenager. The second oldest was Rebecca who married into the Waller family and inherited Mountain Home. The home stayed in the Gardner-Waller family for 140 years before being sold. It passed through 2 other owners before Lisa and Scott Jenkins bought it in 2012 and restored it to be used as a B&B.

Other areas our guests can access include the main parlor, sun room, lower porch, upper porch, patio, and dining room.

During your stay
We are resident at Mountain Home every night we are open for guests. We greet our guests when they arrive, answer any questions they may have, get their breakfast orders, provide hiking, and local activity suggestions. If needed, we shuttle them to and from town with suggestions on where to eat/shop/find necessary services. We also prepare and serve a hearty breakfast in the morning. We might even provide s'mores around a small outside fire pit on a given night :-). But if guests just want downtime to rest, read or recharge, that is fine, too. We have plenty of books and outdoor resources in the Cabbin and Main House for our guests.

If you are hiking the Appalachian Trail (AT), or just travelling light, you'll find hiker-friendly details like boot dryers, linens, blankets and towels, shampoo, creme rinse and soap, hair dryer, shaver, loaner clothes, laundry, WiFi, shuttles into town, breakfast, etc.

The space
The “Cabbin" is a renovated historic building that was once a log cabin. It now looks like a small brick building, but the dimensions* are still the same, and the logs are still inside the walls. (*If you are over 5'7", you'll need to duck to get in the front door!)

The Cabbin has two floors which can be booked separately using this "Cabbin - First Floor" and the "Cabbin - Second Floor" listing. If you'd like to reserve the whole Cabbin, see '"Cabbin" at Mountain Home B&B'. We also list on Airbnb 4 private rooms with private bathrooms in the Main House: Annie's Room, Gardners' Room, Rebecca's Parlor and the Game Room. Our other inexpensive option for 1 or 2 people is the informal but comfortable "The Game Room at Mountain Home", with carpeting, a decorative fireplace, antique foosball table, locked door and private half bathroom.

This "Cabbin - first floor" listing is just for the 2 full-sized futons on the first floor, separated from the shared kitchen/dining area by a partial wall, and ceiling to floor curtains for visual privacy. Your space also has a small library and curtained windows. Although listed as "shared room", we will not put anyone from another group in this first floor space with you. The space has lights and air conditioning (or heating) depending upon the season. Each bed has its own reading light.

The small shared bathroom at the top of the stairs is accessible without going through the upstairs sleeping area. The bathroom is the only room in the building with a door and complete privacy. The rest of the building is in an open configuration. There is no need for second floor guests to go through the first floor sleeping area nor for first floor guests to go through the second floor sleeping area.

The shared kitchen, located adjacent to the first floor sleeping area, is small but fully functional.

Guest access
Those staying in the Cabbin have access to the bathroom on the second floor and the kitchen and dining area on the first floor. The bathroom is the only room in the building with a door, so the rest of the building is in an open configuration. However, the second floor guests do not go through the first floor sleeping area, and the first floor guests do not go through the second floor sleeping area. The Cabbin has it's own small patio and charcoal grill. You are also welcome to come up and enjoy the Main House, including the patio and fire pit.

Our property is the perfect place to bring your dog(s). Guests are welcome to walk around the property with their dog under control. Pet fee is $25/per dog or any other pet. Wonderful hiking/walking is right down our driveway or a very short drive away. Skyline entrance is a 10 minute drive.

Our water is spring-fed so just bring your reusable water bottle for your adventure.

The apartment is fully equipped to cooks meals and you will be provided fresh eggs from our hens - if the hens are cooperating!

Our brand-new, fully renovated private walkout apartment suite with separate entrance. The apartment is minutes from town, the national park, as well as Warren Memorial Hospital! National and State park passes that you are free to use throughout your stay! There is so much to do and see in this area. We want you to be able to enjoy it all!

This gorgeous chalet perched on a high hill is surrounded with trees and features an enormous wrap-around deck, HOT TUB, wood-burning fireplace, huge smart TVs and a GAME ROOM for adults and kids with every fun game you can imagine- pool, ping pong, PacMan video arcades, darts and more. Each bed is new and there are king beds and trundle beds to accommodate visitors of all ages. Please note there is an extra charge of $75 for first dog, $25/ea for 2nd/3rd (2nd/3rd dog fees charged later).

The chalet is modern and open, with all the amenities you can imagine and large, open spaces.

Keypad access makes coming and going easy! You have your own key code so you'll never have to worry about security.

Other things to note
On the back deck we have lovely dimmable patio lights for a perfect evening while dining after grilling, or perhaps enjoying the hot tub. A gas grill is provided with extra propane as well! Also note- we have a pack and play crib and children's utensils and plates. The house is not child-proofed, but feel free to bring outlet protectors or other temporary childproofing measures that you may like to bring. Also- we have hair dryers in the house too!

Guests are free to use the right-hand side of the driveway. For any extra vehicles there is plenty of space curbside and in the cul-de-sac.

Disclaimer: House is old and has holes bugs come in. Although measures are taken to prevent this, water bugs and crickets have been sighted.
