There is street parking in the front or on the side but it is limited to 2 hours from 9-5. For long term parking we suggest going back one street and park beside Bedford Candies on Thomas Street.

Movie room was fabulous. Chairs reclined and super comfortable. Fit two people per chair! Open concept is beautiful but you could hear all footsteps everywhere. Close to town of Bedford and Bedford Omni Springs. Many Hiking trails. Had a great time. Would definitely go back!"

Renovated in 2023. This studio apartment has its own private entry. The guest will have their personal parking spot within 10 feet of the door. The parking spot is gravel. The apartment is adjoining to our main house - think duplex since we share a wall. There is no second floor above your living space. Construction included mass loaded vinyl between the apartment and house to control sound. The host and their family live in the main house which is about 3700 square feet. The apartment is 300 square feet with a stand up shower in the bathroom. The space includes a full size stove and refrigerator. Perfect for two people.

The entire studio apartment is yours. The guest has access to a shared outdoor picnic table and hammock.

Other things to note
The apartment operates on its own utilities including breaker box and hot water tank. You will not encounter any issues if the host is using utilities at the same time.

The 1st floor has established retail businesses, the 2nd floor has offices, and the 3rd floor has been recently renovated to provide up to 4 bedrooms for short-term visitors and is shared by a separate residence.

The space
The Ridenour Building is a 15,000 sq ft building built in the late 1800s in downtown Bedford. Over the years it housed many businesses ranging from a bank, a meat market, a jewelry store, a dance studio, an insurance agency, and even the PA Railroad Telegraph Operators training school. Currently, Juli's Wearable Arts and Pinnacle Technologies Central are on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 10 offices with various tenants, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. There is a beautiful atrium, in the center of the building's 2nd and 3rd floors. The air bnb is located on the 3rd floor and has a shared space consisting of 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, and dining room. There is also a separate residence located on the 3rd floor that has a Steelers bar, Owner's suite, Mulligans (golf) suite, Penguins suite, and Pirates suite.

Guest access
Guests will enter the red double doors on East Pitt Street between Juli's Wearable Arts and Pinnacle Technologies Central and proceed to the 3rd floor. They will have door codes to enter into their bedrooms and common access area. There is a back stair that access to Juliana Street. Currently this is for emergency exit use but will eventually have a chair lift for guests not able to easily enter via the front stairway.

During your stay
When available, the host will try to meet with the guest upon their arrival to ensure they are situated and familiar with the space. In case the host is not available, each room has instructions on what the bedrooms and common areas consist of along with any operating instructions.

You have access to your private efficiency apartment. There is a total of three apartments on the premises. All units are on our second floor over our retail store. Street access is digital entry with auto locks and surveillance cameras in the entry halls. Our location is extremely safe and well maintained.

If you are a shopper, this is the ultimate experience. We offer great shopping and great accommodations. Book ahead to get a room for one of our yearly downtown events including the Fall festival, Wine tasting walk, Chocolate walk, and downtown concerts.

Parking is usually readily available in front of our building from 5 pm- 10 am. During the day when stores are open we suggest to park one block back on S. Thomas street next to Bedford Candies. Of course you will need to stop in their shop and treat yourself to their famous chocolates and gourmet popcorn.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Step back in time with this oldie but goodie. The house is a clean, well-maintained retro-style home. It's like going back to grandma's house. It is situated in the country but is a 10-minute drive into historic Bedford. Private parking. Lovely back patio to enjoy your coffee. We offer a queen size bed and two double beds. There are 2 sofas, one in the living room, and one in the finished basement. I'd love to be your host

The space
Each room has its own style and retro color theme. I went with the house's feel and decided retro suited it well. While it's an older home it is in really great shape! Some fresh paint, a little elbow grease, and new mattresses! The basement is really retro, complete with orange carpet and plaid furniture... tastefully done MCM style for sure! You must be able to navigate a flight of stairs to gain access to the living area of the house. There is a peaceful patio space out back to enjoy and relax! You may hear the cows across the road mooing once in a while.

You will have access to the entire house. I do keep some personal supplies in the basement. You will have to climb stairs to gain access to the main floor of the house.

Other things to note
I do enjoy making handmade soaps! My supplies are on a shelf in the basement "kitchen". I do stay in the house from time to time so you will find some of my personal belongings in the space. I strive to ensure my things are neatly tucked away and don't get in your way.

If you need extra space, there is a second bedroom that can be rented for an additional fee.

Parking: Between the hours of 5PM to 11AM paarking on the street in front of the apartment is readily available and always FREE, At 9am Mon-Sat it is limited to two hour parking so after 11AM if you are not going out sight seeing we recommend you move to the downtown lot which is half a block up on the left behind the Bedford County Visitors Center. It has a 4 hour limit from 9-5 Mon.-Sat. If you plan to be parked more than 4 hours during the day just be aware of the time limits and plan to move your vehicle as needed. Parking is generally easy with plenty of availability- except during Fall Foliage days in October.

Other things to note
Parking is usually readily available in front of our building from 5 pm- 10 am. During the day when stores are open we suggest to park one block back on S. Thomas street next to Bedford Candies. Of course you will need to stop in their shop and treat yourself to their famous chocolates and gourmet popcorn.

The Ridenour Building is a 15,000 sq ft building built in the late 1800s in downtown Bedford. Over the years it housed many businesses ranging from a bank, a meat market, a jewelry store, a dance studio, an insurance agency, and even the PA Railroad Telegraph Operators training school. Currently, Juli's Wearable Arts and Pinnacle Technologies Central are on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has 10 offices with various tenants, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. There is a beautiful atrium, in the center of the building's 2nd and 3rd floors. The air bnb is located on the 3rd floor and has a shared space consisting of 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, and dining room. There is also a separate residence located on the 3rd floor that has a Steelers bar, Owner's suite, Mulligans (golf) suite, Penguins suite, and Pirates suite.

Guest access
Guests will enter the red double doors on East Pitt Street between Juli's Wearable Arts and Pinnacle Technologies Central and proceed to the 3rd floor. They will have door codes to enter into their bedrooms and common access area. There is a back stair that access to Juliana Street. Currently this is for emergency exit use but will eventually have a chair lift for guests not able to easily enter via the front stairway.

The Cozy Cottage is located on the posterior property line of the Host and sits back from the road. The private entrance/driveway is shared with the Host, with plenty of room for up to 2 guest vehicles. There is also free street parking available.

Guest access
The home sits on the back the Host’s property with gated access which will remain open when guests are present. Parking is accessible on the street or in the large driveway in front of the property. There is a 2 car maximum for driveway parking. There is a lighted walkway from the cement driveway to the home that makes luggage transfer easy.

Guests have full access to the entire home (with exception to the cellar) which includes 3 full bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds downstairs and 1 king bed upstairs) and 2 bathrooms (one on each level). There is a full kitchen, dining room and living room. There is one additional room upstairs that is used by the owners for property storage that is locked.

Please note- One night stays make pool use very limited and early check in/late check out requests cannot always be accommodated.

Located on the corner of East Pitt & Juliana Street, the Ridenour Building has housed numerous businesses since the 1800s. The 1st floor has established retail businesses, the 2nd floor has offices, and the 3rd floor has been recently renovated to provide up to 4 bedrooms for short-term visitors and is shared by a separate residence.

Guest access
Guests will enter the red double doors on East Pitt Street between Juli's Wearable Arts and Pinnacle Technologies Central and proceed to the 3rd floor. They will have door codes to enter into their bedrooms and common access area. There is a back stair that access to Juliana Street. This is for emergency exit use but has a chair lift for guests not able to easily enter via the front stairway.

During your stay
When available, the host will try to meet with the guest upon their arrival to ensure they are situated and familiar with the space. In case the host is not available, each room has instructions on what the bedrooms and common areas consist of along with any operating instructions.

This listing is for 1 bedroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms available at same price per bedroom. If you reserve to or more bedrooms, we will try not to reserve the other bedrooms unless it is during a special event or holiday.

You will enjoy this unique 1800s property located in Historic Downtown Bedford! Consists of 7 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms. Each room is uniquely decorated. Price is for 7 bedrooms but there are also listings for 1 - 6 Bedrooms which are priced accordingly. Alcohol not included with the Steelers lounge (BYOB). Chairlift available in back stairs for those unable to do stairs. One reserved parking spot for each suite.

The space
Located in the Downtown Historic District. Numerous shops and eateries within walking distance. Completely renovated and uniquely decorated 5000' sq ft. 3rd floor to include a Steelers Lounge.

We are in the process of setting up a spa on the second floor to include eyelashes, makeup, facials, nails, manicures, pedicures, foot detox, massage, and hair salon. Looking to open in fall 2025.

During your stay
I like to meet the guests when they arrive to help them get situated, show them where everything is at, give them ideas of places they might like to visit, and when possible, pour them a complementary beverage from the Steelers bar.
