Disappointed in that very much so. The wifi was not clearly left on a piece of paper or on the fridge or anything. Had to look on the back of the router and figure it out. The hot tub was a great temperature when we got there but it went down and could not get it to come back up even though we left it covered awhile. The pool was covered even though it said heated pool on the ad. It was 65 degrees outside and heated pool would have been nice. The pics showed a nice pool and what we got was a cover with leaves and sticks on it . Overall, we were happy because we always make the best out of situations but, there were many reasonable expectations that were not met and for example let’s say the ad said oh hey when you get here the washer will be broke, the pool covered, not enough hot water to take a bath, hunt for the Wi-Fi, crumbs in air fryer that’ll be four hundred, who would stay there?"

Welcome to the Bordeaux Bungalow. This very nicely done 2nd Floor suite offers plenty of room to move in its 1200 SQ'. Beautiful cherry cabinets, granite countertops in the kitchen, and a Custom Amish Built Rustic Maple Dining set seats 8 comfortably. The Master Bedroom/ Ensuite includes its own full bathroom and a Custom Built Beautiful Queen size Hickory Bedroom set. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a Twin/Twin bunk bed. The second bath is a Full-size Bathroom.

The authentic rustic bedroom furniture is very inviting. Besides the very roomy interior, there is also plenty of room to move outside. There is a large covered patio for outside living just as you enter the Bordeaux Bungalow. The Patio has outdoor Furniture, a propane grill, and a Built-in Ski/golf/activity locker all for your enjoyment. (We ask that you supply your own padlock for the locker).

Your parking for 3 cars is located close to the entrance around the back of the complex. The location is also fabulous. It is in Ellicottville's beautiful village but has plenty of privacy even though it is in the village.

The Mason House has three units.

This is Unit B, the lower right, it has a master suite with private bath with shower & stacked washer dryer. This bedroom has a sliding glass door to the rear patio. The middle bedroom has a pyramid bunk. There is a second bathroom with tub-shower and a living room kitchen combo in the front with a tile foyer and ski\snowboard racks. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, beautiful tile gas fireplace and several chairs. There is a table that expands to seat six and an eat at island with 3 tall stools. There are TV's in the bedrooms, there's cable TV & Netflix, a DVD\Blueray player & the whole house has fast WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, microhood, dishwasher, disposal, 2 coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, crock pot, 4 slice toaster and all the dishes, silverware & pots and pans you'll need. This spacious, modern apartments has all the amenities you could need for your stay! 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment create privacy with a shared living room and dining area to come back together with friends or family. The bathroom is large and includes many amenities to make you feel at home, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Each bed also has it's own set of towels, with extras under the bathroom sink along with a hair dryer and extra toilet paper!
The kitchen comes equipped with all the cookware you could need to make a nice meal at home, including pots, pans, utensils, stove, microwave, full size fridge, toaster and blender! Paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, multi-surface cleaner, an extra garbage bag, and a first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink.
The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs with cable so you are able to log into your own streaming services. There is also a gas fireplace that turns on in the winter months with a flick of a switch to help you warm up after a long day of skiing or shopping!

Stain glassed windows taken out of a house in Buffalo fit the cherry cabinets in the kitchen, and art deco light fixtures from a well known bar in Buffalo hang throughout the apartment.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the second floor of the townhome, along with an updated full bathroom for guests. Each bedroom offers a welcoming queen bed with soft bedding and pillows. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed which is great for kids or adults to rest or watch TV in private. The large primary bedroom is located down the hall from the other two bedrooms, which is added privacy.

Families traveling with a dog, children and babies are welcome. A pack-and-play and high chair are located onsite for your little one; a dog park is 0.1 miles from the property for your dog to run and play safely. A pet fee will be charged when a pet is indicated on the reservation.
