POWER: At TIMES, we operate with a limited power supply. Electrical appliances may operate at a lower efficiency than you're used to at home. We ask guests to be conservative in their power usage to ensure a smooth experience. What this means is that you shouldn't have multiple lights/items running at the same time. In the case of no power or an act of God, we have a backup generator you can hook up.

INDOOR COOKING: Indoor stove-top cooking is not permitted. Outdoor cooking options include the propane BBQ (with side burner) and the fire pit.

LOFT ACCESS: The loft area is not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility concerns. By booking, you agree to our safety and liability policies.

Water & Electricity There is no drinking water on-site—please bring your own. Electricity is available in the bunkie (solar-powered).

Wi-Fi & Cell Service: There is no Wi-Fi and very limited or no cell service. Plan to unplug and enjoy the quiet.

Garbage: There are no large garbage bins and no road side pickup. Please be prepared to bring your garbage to the dump during your stay, or you need to bring it home with you to dispose of. If any garbage is left behind a $75 cleanup, transfer and dump fee will be charged.

Temperature & Seasons: The bunkie is available year-round, however, it is not insulated. If you are coming in winter or intermit weather, we are assuming you "know what you're in for" and will pack and dress appropriately to be in the bush. In winter, the road may not be plowed and could require a short walk in. Bring extra blankets for chilly nights.

Guest Verification: To protect our home and stay aligned with short-term rental regulations, we use an independent verification process for all guests. Please note: If you are booking outside of Airbnb, before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your reservation. If you are not booking with Airbnb you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

An exceptionally beautiful Edwardian manor house with 5 bedrooms and lots of room for socializing. I hope you enjoy the restoration and architecture as much as I do. It is located on a quiet street just one block from the Town Centre. The area around the house is quiet and very friendly neighbours (note: this is not a party scene). Our neighbours are mostly seniors and appreciate quiet guests (we are beside a seniors residence), along with a few younfg families. A two minute walk from the house is Simcoe Town Centre if you are looking for a large grocery store nearby. You can take a stroll through the Magical Panorama of Lights every Holiday season. The Blue Elephant Craft Brew House is within a five minute walk if you don't feel like wandering too far and the Norfolk County Fairgrounds are a ten minute walk from the house. Port Dover is a tourism favourite and is a ten minute drive away.

- "We wanted a place to stay for a short family vacation near Long Point and Port Rowan. But it was tough to find a good place that allows pets. We got lucky and found the Willow House. This place literally has everything for all ages and stages. There was not nearly enough time to go through 25% of the amenities. The property is spacious and very clean. It's extremely comfortable. The pool and deck are zen. But the most charming aspect is the fact that there are no neighbours, yet within 15-20 minutes of driving you can be at Long Point, Port Dover or Port Rowan. Simcoe is half an hour away too. We can't wait to return!"
