The space
We are close to the Saugeen Conservation area a space almost as beautiful as our property with water falls and beaches. If you walk through it it will take you to the quaint little town of Durham. A health food store, Art gallery, pizza, Indian restaurant, beer and liquor, groceries, an art store, fish and chips and even more make just some of the things to experience in Durham. If you go just a little bit further you can include a drive in theater, community theatre, movie theater, biking, walking and skiing trails. And the beautiful Bruce Trail.

Large wide open spaces. Trails and the Saugeen river. Fire pits and a Bar B-Q. Green house and a sugar shack. There is so much here and so much space you will have to come see it to believe it.

We have snow shoes for the winter but we highly recommend that you bring skis and bikes to fully utilize the spaces out here.

As for transportation within Hanover, there are local taxis. Getting to Hanover, come by bus which picks up and drops off at the local Pioneer Gas Bar at the east end of 10th St. (hwy #4)

For those wishing to enjoy the local spas in the area, there are lots to choose from. We also have one of the best bakeries in the area just a block away. There is also a laundromat just a block away. Harriet's Flowers, Holst Office Supplies, TD, Royal, BMO, Meridian banks are within a 5 minute walk as well as Foodland.

Other things to note
The downtown Hanover park, public library, town Civic Centre and town office is a block away. Parking is designated at the back of the building. Look for the sign saying "parking for Apt# 6". There is a shared laundry, cleaning equipment closet at the top of the common stairway.
Inside the unit, the cupboards have lots of dishes and cooking tools. There is space provided for storing your food.
