We are close to the Saugeen Conservation area a space almost as beautiful as our property with water falls and beaches. If you walk through it it will take you to the quaint little town of Durham. A health food store, Art gallery, pizza, Indian restaurant, beer and liquor, groceries, an art store, fish and chips and even more make just some of the things to experience in Durham. If you go just a little bit further you can include a drive in theater, community theatre, movie theater, biking, walking and skiing trails. And the beautiful Bruce Trail.

There is also a laundromat just a block away. Harriet's Flowers, Holst Office Supplies, TD, Royal, BMO, Meridian banks are within a 5 minute walk as well as Foodland.

The Friday market runs all summer 1/2 block west on 10th street in the Civic Park. Restaurants...Chow's Chinese Restaurant, Tommy D's Greek Restaraunt, Queens Bush Pub Norm's and Pita Pit are all just blocks away. The library is 1 1/2 blocks west. Clothing stores, Suits Us, Denim Bar and Vi-leens are also just a short walk. Welcome to the 2 bedroom attic level of J Switzer Properties. This clean, newly renovated apartment has all the conveniences and charm that makes your stay cosy and private. Windows to the north, south, east and west allow natural light to flood in. The space is newly carpeted as well as new gas hot water heat and modern air conditioning by a mini split. Enjoy this approximately 750 sq feet space. The open concept kitchen/livingroom (front)is away from the bedrooms (back) making sleeping better.

The space
If stairs don't bother you, the feeling of being on top of the world, nestled away in the charming and quiet two bedroom apartment.
People below 6 feet tall will be just fine in this space as it is the newly renovated attic of my building.
For those of you taller than 6' maybe one of the other 8 furnished suites/apartments in my building would be better.
The kitchen is outfitted with the equipment needed to cook your meals.

Guest access
Laundry facilities can be found in the double door closet just across from your apartment entrance. Liquid or Tru Earth environment friendly laundry soap and whooley dry balls are available to use.

Other things to note
Access to the apartment is best off of the back parking lot on the right(south east) side via a porch. There is a tall set of stairs just inside the door. Go up and the apartment door says "Two" on your left. The next stairway is split with a landing so much easier.
Shaw satellite is a large package.
There will be an "all about" book on the counter in the apartment. A hardwire connection is located there as well.
If you have allergies...the carpet was installed the beginning of May 2018.

This totally renovated spacious one-bedroom apartment has been set up with the traveler in mind that prefers to live like they are home even when they're away. With higher ceilings and a full kitchen, gone are the feeling of a cramped temporary space.

You will find the bedroom far enough away from the double sofa bed in the living area that if one person snores the other has a slim chance of hearing them.

The space
You will find the space nice and bright. With lots of windows to the South and a West exposure, anyone that craves light will feel right at home.
In the summertime, the back patio will probably be your favorite Reading area and in the winter time, curled up on the couch next to the gas fireplace.
You will find a large walk in shower in the ample sized bathroom.

Guest access
When you arrive you'll see a double door just before coming to your apartment. That is where the shared laundry and cleaning tools storage is located.

Due to the fact that people have different sleeping patterns please come & go quietly in the common hallway and always bring your personal belongings back into your apartment.

Other things to note
Your parking space is designated by a sign at the back of the building on the left side. All other parking is on the right side and everyone is encouraged to line up their vehicles side-by-side so that it allows for maximum use of the space. Extra parking is not guaranteed and street parking can be found during the hours of 6 a.m. until 2 a.m. for 3 hour time periods.

As for the indoor pool, the P &H Centre is located on 7th Ave next to the Hanover Raceway and Casino.

J Switzer Properties suites allow Easy Living for the person(s) staying in the grey Bruce area. Being centrally located approximately one hour from wonderful beaches to the northwest and southwest downtime, it's a pleasure touring around discovering the area.

You will find this location very walkable.
Grocery stores are close by, as are restaurants, personal care, gyms, stores, a great game store that holds game nights, an arena and aquatic center, hospitals, and many churches and schools.

The space
I have been a landlord for over 25 years and 14 years ago, and I started converting the apartments one at a time to short-term. This apartment was entirely rebuilt in 2017.

The comfy double bed is separated from the kitchen and living area by a custom closet. This allows for privacy. The triple glazed window muffles outside noise.

For those who love to cook but usually find themselves short of time, you will find a fully set up kitchen.

In the living room area, curl up on the sofa and enjoy the beautiful gas fireplace.

This is a private suite for your use while you visit. The laundry closet contents inside the double doors in the entrance hallway are shared with the other two apartments.

The space
The sweet Suite allows a degree of privacy even though there is an open flow to the layout.
It was important to have a larger bathroom so there's ample room for getting ready for your day or a relaxing bath at the end of it.
Lots of windows makes the suite bright but triple pane glass in the bedroom it's a great addition for sleeping.
As for storage, go ahead and unpack!
The custom closet has room for your clothes, hanging and folded. Store your empty luggage under the beautiful and functional Durham Furniture lift bed. The ample kitchen cupboards have lots of room for your food storage. Full sized appliances too.

Right off the same hallway to the left at the top of the stairs you will find a set of double doors just outside apartment 3. Inside the closet is the shared stacking washer and dryer as well as other items. You may use.

Parking is at the back of the building to the left with a designated spot for this Suite. Parking for an extra vehicle it's on the first come basis located to the right of the back parking lot.

The Leeside suite is a tribute to my mom. Bathed in blue, warm woods, cool white and a random blast of pink, believe me, they were her favorite colours.
This ground level unit has it's own deck on the west side.

Access is off the west side of the building, ground level. There is a raised porch, 3 steps up.
Umbrella and a couple of chairs and side table for outdoor sitting.
The lock access is a push button. Each guest receives a unique code.

Other things to note
Hanover is very walkable. Get back to simple relaxing, small town living. Each suite is set up so you can do your own cooking as an option from going out.
Each unit also has Cat6 connections to make working from home easy.
