The only issue for me was it didn’t accept my debit card which is an online bank. I get my direct deposit there because it’s two days early, but because it wasn’t Wells Fargo or PNC or any major bank, they wouldn’t use it. Luckily the person I was with used Wells Fargo so we can get the room still. Put a hold on the card though for incidental damage. "

There is a 24 hour convenience store adjacent to the hotel for quick purchases. The lobby had a really nice bar and after dinner the first night we sat at it and had a nice cocktail. The hotel had a great complimentary breakfast with everything that you could want for a complete breakfast and the coffee was great. We only had one very minor issue with the shower head and we happen to be walking out of the elevator to go out and my husband saw a guy that was an employee and it turned out he was the maintenance guy. My husband explained the issue to him and he was very nice by the time we got back to the hotel we ran into him again and he said he took care of it. This hotel was lovely and is in a great location with a friendly, attentive staff that made our stay perfect. I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again. "

- "This place is not for everyone. It is someone's personal that is located on a working farm. Ms. Fields is extremely friendly as well as very accommodating, like everyone else, however; she demands respect. Yes, you asked to take your shoes off when entering the house. The house is a restored 1850s farmhouse, the floors are oak. Need I say more? Besides, does it not feel like you are more at home when you take your shoes off? I brought my house slippers along and I was quite comfortable. Yes, she asks that you do not touch certain things within the house, these are the personal things that she likes to show/display. They are intriguing and nice to look at, and if everybody touches them that stays there, they would not remain in good condition. Yes, she should put them away and yes kids will be kids. Bottom line, it is HER house, her business, she can run it as she chooses and there are other places to stay. Parents need to be parents and teach your children how to respect the personal property of others. Ms. Fields likes to greet you when you arrive and learn the nature of your stay. I just wanted to be left alone, enjoy the peace and quiet, enjoy my stamp collection, and conduct the business that I went out there to conduct. She respected and accommodated me. I was not bothered at all. I, fortunately, was the only visitor in the house during my stay. It is a three-bedroom house with one bathroom. If you would rather not share with strangers, rent all three rooms. "

A great home base for Lehigh Valley exploring or use as a stop-over while traveling the northeast corridor of US. My place is close to Lafayette College & Easton Bus Station (3.5 miles), NYC (60 miles), Philadelphia & Pocono Mts (50 miles) and just 5 minutes from PA Rte 22 and 10 minutes from US Rte 78. You'll have private room & bath plus access to my kitchen, deck and a sitting area on the 1st floor. Guests can enjoy nature, breakfast and a warm beverage on the deck in nice weather.

My place is located just 6-7 minutes from Lafayette College's main campus and less than a mile from Metzger Athletic Complex where most of the varsity sports compete.

If you like the outdoors, my place is less than 1 hour from the Pocono Mts, Jim Thorpe, Beltzville State Park and resorts such as Blue Mountain and Shawnee Mountain. Within 30 minutes there is Wind Gap Park, within 20 minutes Jacobsburg Park & Educational Center and Merrill Creek Park, within 10 minutes Delaware Canal Park towpath, Hughe Moore Park, and many other trails for walking and riding. Easton, PA is home to three microbreweries, antique stores and many fine restaurants. Bethlehem, PA is just a 25 minute drive and has wonderful downtown areas plus Sands Casino and ArtsQuest with all sorts of other entertainment options including the famous Musik Fest.

Guest access
Guests will have access to a second floor private bedroom with a full size bed and a private bath across the hall. On the first floor, guests may share the kitchen’s refrigerator, microwave and sink (no stove cooking please), plus the deck and a sitting area between the two area which has a sofa and table for two.

Parking is off street in the driveway.

I can be a bit flexible with check out times on weekends, but not on weekdays.

During your stay
Guests will be given privacy, but I will be easily available to answer questions and respond to basic needs.

Deck is prepared for use May 1st through November 1st. Fire Pit area is prepped for use June 1st through November 1st.

Guests ca prepare your own complimentary tea or coffee anytime of day and can store food items in the kitchen refrigerstor.

Quaint room in beautiful, sunny Allentown apartment! Right by public buses and a beautiful park. We are four quiet roommates and friendly dog residing in a spacious apartment! :) All dog lovers welcome! If you have allergies/not a fan of animals, this is not the place for you. Bruce is very sweet and loves people, but we want to make this a comfortable stay for everyone.

The space
We are four roommates (and 77lb lap dog named Bruce!) with a HUGE apartment and are currently looking to rent out some of the extra space!

**NOTE**
The bedroom is VERY tiny. It is a great price if you need a place for just a day or two and want something very cheap...but it might be a bit cramped for long/extended stays (more than a week). The profile picture is all that it is-- it is not much more than a twin-sized bed, small end table, and fan. Room has also has a mirror, door hooks, chair, and smart phone charging lamp.

You will also have access to shared kitchen and bathroom, and occasionally living room (when not occupied). Resident students/nurses/doctors especially welcome!! We've had so many awesome past experiences with resident students and nurses and many have come back multiple times to stay with us. Hospitals are VERY close-- 3 are within a mile distance).

Full apartment- front sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, closet, towels and all linens provided. We also do have some basic toiletries available upon request.
When you are here with us, you are home :)
