Plenty of options within walking distance. Biking and hiking trails closeby. Or step into history and visit the Brandywine Battlefield. Want to visit an Amish Farm, you can with just a short 30 minute drive. So much to do you'll run out of time.

The full bath is a "jack and jill" bath meaning that it is accessed through the bedrooms. Anyone staying on the sofa bed will need to access the bathroom through a bedroom. A pack and play is available for infants.

This is a beautiful 7+ acre non working farm with a large (3 acre) fenced area. There are 2 barn cats that live on the property, as well as owners 3 year old Canaan dog. Owners also occupy property. The apartment has a private entrance, an oversized living room with an 80-inch smart TV, and separate kitchen, bedroom area that can be locked separately from living room. Walk in closet in bedroom, and large closet in living room. Quiet setting, slate patio, gas grill, fire pit, 1 mile to downtown Kennett Square, coffee shops, restaurants, library, shops.

A Gorgeous bathroom, a very unique shower, to help relieve the tensions of the day! And a lovely sitting area with a rocking chair, to finish your favorite book. Or go right, and your in the sitting room. Here a 42 inch smart Tv, available for your enjoyment. Along with a desk for any work you perhaps are thinking about.
Then Step into a 100 year old, cash wrap that was converted into a cool kitchenette. With everything you will need to cook with, if you must. Of course there is coffee, coffee, coffee and tea if you like.
A sweet little basket of goodies and something to quench your thirst will be waiting for you to enjoy while you decide what to do first!

This unique space is all yours. You enter in the front RED door, using a key in the combination lock. We live in the second half of the building. Of course we love to meet with our guest but unless you don’t desire, you will never have to see us. But we are always available by phone.

The apartment was recently upgraded with a new heat pump with split units which allows you to control temperature in every room.
We do have 2 long term tenants that live in building so we do have a strict noise policy. Our building is very quiet.

Parking- no o need to give us your car license number, please park in the rear of the building where tenant parking is located.

Cameras on the property over the parking area, front of the property, and lobby interior. NO CAMERAS in the rental suite.

Please take out trash (trash bins on the side of the property), dishes to the dishwasher and run it, please. Leave nothing in the refrigerator. We thank greatly appreciate this.
