This rental is situated on a peaceful, Lancaster County family farm tucked away from the noise and busyness of everyday life. You would be staying in a newly remodeled two-story "summerhouse" that includes modern conveniences without losing the character of the 18th century charm. It is a private home that includes a king bedroom, full bath and loft area on the second floor; a queen bedroom and half-bath on the first floor along with a living/eat-in kitchen area. The summerhouse is located next to the farm house.

You decide how you want to spend your day - "Rest, Relax, Renew". Enjoy fishing in the pond (catch and release, bring your own supplies) while heifers, sheep and goats graze nearby or take a walk down the long farm lane. You will likely see our Amish neighbors walking, pushing scooters or riding in their buggies using the farm lane right beside the cottage. You look out over our gardens and are welcome to sit and relax outdoors in our gorgeous outdoor garden patio.

We are just minutes away from many local attractions. The town of Intercourse is famous for Kitchen Kettle Village and horse and AAA Buggy Rides. We are also close to the Rockvale Square and Tanger Outlets as well as Strasburg Railroad, Sight and Sound Theater and so much more. We are within a few miles of famous Amish cooking restaurants such as Bird In Hand Family Restaurant, Miller’s Smorgasbord, Dienner’s Country Restaurant and Katie’s Kitchen.

The mini kitchenette contains dorm size refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee pot with K cups and creamer/sugar. The bathroom in addition to the oversized corner tub has a shower and commode equipped with a Tushy Bidet. There are several skylights and plentiful windows in the cottage creating a beautiful atmosphere of space and lighting.

There is a powder room for convenience. If you enjoy music, there is a radio w/ CD player, and record player. The Osceola Mill Carriage House is just minutes away from all of the Pennsylvania Dutch attractions yet off the beaten path. This converted horse barn has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen including pots, dishes, coffee maker and K-cup coffee. The private patio with propane grill overlooks the neighbor's farm. The living room is equipped with TV, a DVD player, gas fireplace, and two pull-out sofas that will accommodate 3 additional people. The second floor bedroom has a Queen size bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The Carriage House is fully air conditioned. The rental includes all linens.

The Carriage House is a wonderful, private space for either couples wanting time away or families with children. The ceilings are fairly low on the second floor - and therefore may not be comfortable for very tall people.

The property is part of the historic Osceola Mill House Bed and Breakfast - a 250 year-old mill owner's mansion on the banks of the Pequea Creek in Lancaster County. Rental of the Carriage House through this site is self-catering, and no meals are provided.

The clean, comfortable cottage overlooked the neighboring Amish farm (my 9 month old loved seeing the mama cow and her calf pass by!) The location was great, all the attractions we wanted to see were 15 minutes away or less. With a wonderful picnic area and information about the County’s riverland region, theColumbia Crossing River Trails Centerprovides a great starting place for your adventure.

If you preferhikingwe recommend a visit toChickies Rock Park. With two overlooks, visitors can take in the incredible vistas of the Susquehanna River. There are also pavilions, picnic areas, and ball fields available- plan to make a day out of it! Rock climbers can often be seen scaling the rock faces along the trail. You can also head over toPinnacle Point Overlook, which offers stunning views of the Susquehanna. The safe harbor trestle bridge just opened this summer , if you like hiking etc you truly need to check it out. Just a side note , some cell phones will not have service as we are down in the hollow , but you do have service on top of the hill . There is a landline phone free to use and we do have wifi . Rainy day? We have a 32" infinity 1 up game table that offers tons of electronic games ..hours of entertainment for children and adults alike . Any questions or concerns feel free to contact us. Our 1936 craftsman cottage is a beautiful quaint and cozy space for smaller families. It has a sunny full eat in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and porcelain tile floors. Hardwood floors in the main living area, along with a full bath and laundry facilities . There are 13 steps up to the 2nd level which hosts 2 lovely bedrooms and a 1/2 bath in between. New portable a/c units are in each bedroom.
There are air filtration units that cleanse and purifies each level of the cottage - keeping the air crisp, cool and clean. ( same technology used on the space station)
To access the lower level rec area, and side bedroom, one enters through the door under the archway from the main level. There are 9 steps to the lower level exposed stone rec room. Watch your head as this property has unique arches and a more narrow entrance to the lower level. A family sitting area with a foos ball table and a side bedroom area with a queen size air mattress provides some extra space and an extra bed- just in case you need it.
The mature trees in the back yard provide privacy and shade- you will see the birds, bunnies, and squirrels. We love the back deck area- especially at sunrise.
A children’s playhouse, with a sandbox awaits the guests who have littles.
We love hosting this cottage and we hope you find your stay here restful and enjoyable.
P.s. Our cottage is within 20 mins to downtown Lancaster, 20 mins to Amish country, 30 minutes to Hershey and within 10 mins to route 222. There are farm markets, local grocery stores, and gas stations within 5-10 mins drive time. Sidewalk community, the Lititz walking/biking trail is within 1 mile. Local community park/pool is 2 blocks walking distance from the cottage.
The community pool is within 2 blocks walking distance. It has a children’s area with water slide and splash mushrooms/buckets, a larger swimming area and a lap pool at the lower level. Rates are posted on the cork board for guests.

Upon arriving at this beautiful, peaceful home you will feel connected to nature. Roam the many paths, fish the pond, sit around the campfire, or curl up in the window seat with a good book. Our favorite way to end the day is to sit on the bench down by the pond and watch the sunset with its beautiful colors. Don't be surprised if you wake up in the morning to find deer in the backyard. Inside the home you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Cottage is connected to our home by the laundry room. You will have plenty of privacy but are connected to the main house. The stairs to the second floor are also steep so if you have mobility issues you are more than welcome to set up the air mattress on the first floor if need be!

Welcome to "Country View Cottage" which is situated beside a working horse farm at the foot of the Welsh mountain in the heart of Rural Amish country. A one-story rustic cottage with a living area, kitchen, full bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen provides basic amenities - glasses, mugs, plates and bowls, small kettles as well as a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. You have easy access as everything is located on one level without steps in the house. There are 2 steps coming in from the outside. If needed, assistance can be provided for wheelchair access. A large crib may be available on request. Air conditioning and heated well.

The house is situated on a 1/2 acre with a large open yard and plenty of grass. The back of the property borders Amish farm land where you can see horses and mules working the land from time to time. It’s like traveling back in time watching them. You are the only guests on the property.

The Rieker Cottage is a completely renovated one bedroom loft-style row home. We are offering this unit as a fully furnished month to month rental with all utilities and one off street parking space included.

We are within 6 blocks of the Convention Center, Central Market, an organic market, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The space's first floor features a full kitchen and a comfortable living room area with a 65" flat screen, smart TV.

The second floor bedroom has a king bed, full bath with shower (no tub), and washer and dryer.

The third floor loft has a king mattress. You can see into the bedroom from the loft.

This unit is a month to month furnished rental. The unit includes all of the basics you will need such as linens, basic cookware, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

There is one off street parking space included and on street parking is available for additional vehicles.

All utilities are included, including WIFI. The television is a smart TV and you can use all of your favorite streaming services. We do not have cable.

We include a starter set of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We do not continuously replenish these.

Some GPS identify us as W King St, others identify us as Columbia Ave. Where we are located is where Columbia Ave turns into W King St. We have always used W King St but don't be alarmed if your GPS insists on changing it to Columbia Ave. (The property is even deeded both ways!)

The HVAC is a mini split system. There is a head on each floor. The one on the third floor is in the ceiling. You take the white remote and use the arrow buttons to adjust the temperature. The temperature appears on the screen on the remote. There is a remote on each floor but they work interchangeably. If you have to change the mode, the sun=heat and the snowflake=ac.

The Little House on Mary Street built in 1880 is a cozy and well-equipped home! With its open floor plan, spacious kitchen, and comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and soundbar, it offers a great space for relaxation and entertainment.
The generous-sized bedroom with a queen bed and ample built-in storage, along with the attached bathroom featuring a Washer/Dryer combo, provides convenience and comfort.
Having an off-street parking spot right on the premises is indeed a luxury, especially in Lancaster city . It truly is a delightful home away from home!

Guest access
Your rental of The Little House on Mary Street will include full access to an off street parking spot adjacent to the house, outdoor table seating, front fenced in yard and the entire house. No other guests will be on the property during your stay.

The space
Our rustic style home is a great choice if you want the peace and relaxation of living in the country where you can hear the birds singing and the stream gurgling. If you like the outdoors and a chance to live among the Amish, you will be delighted with our location.
Some unique opportunities are available for guests that book one night or more with us. Our neighbors, Jesse and Lillian, are available for a horse and buggy ride or an Amish wedding meal at our house or theirs. Upon booking, you can ask us for their contact information.

The laundry room and one of bathrooms is available for
your use in our daylight basement. The sofa bed if needed
is also located there.

We do have an outdoor cat named Tunisia. He is fed on the back porch

The space
Welcome to Paradise Cottage - a rustic cottage with 3 queen bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living area, bathroom, and deck. The kitchen includes children’s plates/cups, glasses, mugs, plates and bowls, small and large kettles as well as a 12 cup coffee maker/filters provided. Amenities include a toaster, microwave, stove, small oven, and full refrigerator. Tea, Maxwell coffee, Starbucks French Dark Roast coffee, and breakfast cereals also available.

We try to provide local eggs and in season fruits from the farm. If you enjoy fresh, raw milk from the farm, let me know. I’ll be sure to leave some for you! Here is info about why we drink raw milk. rawmilkinstitute org
Dutch Meadows Farm (Amish organic farm) and AB Orchards have local fresh foods! Nickel Mines Health Foods has a great selection of vitamins, organic and local fresh food.

Easy access with everything located on the first floor. A pack n play can be set up if requested when you book. A washer and dryer are in the attached garage. We use cotton sheets and unscented detergent without softener or fragrance. Most days the sheets are out on the wash line to dry. I love crisp sheets dried in the sun!

Beautiful rural area surrounded by Amish farms, but still close to many Amish attractions. Several local Amish businesses are close by to purchase authentic Amish food, household, and fabric store. Within 15 mins is the Strasburg Railroad and Museums, Dutch Wonderland, Sight and Sound Theaters, Rockvale and Tanger Outlets and plenty of shopping and eating. Strasburg Creamery and Hershey Farm Restaurants are favorites as well as Dienner's Restaurant Buffet and Millers Buffet. Hometown Kitchen (Amish Cafe with beautiful mural wall) is one-third mile from Cottage.

Unfortunately we do not have access to a washer or dyer but the nearest Laundromat is about 7 minutes away: Gap Laundry, 5291 Lincoln Hwy, Gap, PA 17527

This charming 2-bedroom cottage with hot tub is located on the banks of the picturesque Mill Creek, just minutes from Sight N Sound, the Outlets, and many other tourist destinations. Located on an Amish farm, you can see farm animals from the windows and get a taste of life on a working Amish Farm. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, while still being close to all the local attractions.

The space
Sit back and relax in one of the most unique cottages of Lancaster County. The cottage sits on a historic farm that was once a stopover on the Underground Railroad. Recently renovated, the cottage features all the modern day comforts of home while allowing you the chance to see what life is like on an Amish farm. Plus, you're able to slip into ultimate relaxation with the hot tub!

The main floor features a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need. The living room has large expansive windows that overlook the creek. You can relax on the couch and watch for birds hunting for fish over the creek. Or, enjoy the sights of the farm animals grazing in the pastures located around the cottage.

The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The cottage also has a large deck that overlooks the creek. You can relax on the deck and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Close to many tourist destinations, this cottage is almost hidden in plain sight. Sight N Sound is located 5 mins away. American Music Theatre is 5 mins away. Fulton Theatre is just under 15 mins away. If shopping if more your speed, Tangier and Rockvale Outlets have over 200 stores, including outlet stores for many popular brands. Both are under 5 mins away.

Please be aware, there is no TV at the cottage. This is because of the religious beliefs of the Amish owners.

The cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. It is also close to many tourist destinations, making it ideal to stay for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation.

Our home is located in the middle of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, and within walking distance of all the shops in Intercourse including Kitchen Kettle Village, Stoltzfus Meats, and Smucker Village. Intercourse is surrounded by farmlands and in the summer several authentic Amish roadside stands selling fresh produce can be found within a mile from our home. We've been sharing our home with guests for years, and just refreshed the furniture and decor this year to ensure you have a cozy + chic stay.

The space
We are 15 minutes from Dutch Wonderland, the outlets, and restaurants along Route 30. Other nearby attractions include Sight and Sound Theatre, Shady Maple Smorgasbord, and downtown Lancaster, so whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or shopping and adventure you can find it here.

Our home is beautifully decorated in an elegant chic style with lots of natural light. It's perfect for a two couples traveling together or a family with small children. It includes two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), full bathroom with a tub/shower, formal living room, dining room, fully-stocked kitchen, finished basement with a smart TV (and basic Xfinity channels), high speed wifi, and full size washer/dryer. A portable travel crib is available in the hall closet. This home is meant to be warm and inviting above all. Watching horse and buggies clop by while drinking your morning coffee on the front porch or living room swivel chairs is sure to be a highlight.

In the past we've kept the TV in the basement media room, but we listened to past guests requests and have also added one to upstairs living room as well. However, if you're looking to disconnect and spend some quality time with your friends + family, you'll find plenty of board games in the dining room cabinet as well as inspirational reading material on the living room bookshelves.

There's a great park with swing sets/play area for kids just behind the property and in the summer there's a local softball league that plays at the ball diamond most evenings.

In order to accommodate guests with allergies, we kindly ask that you respect our "No Pets" policy.

The cottage is located just across from Susquehanna river/lake Aldred with beautiful river views. 25 minutes from downtown Lancaster, 30 minutes from Strasburg, sight and sound & tourist areas, 30 minutes to tanger and rockvale outlets. Pequea is a small quiet country setting where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bring your kayaks or canoe and enjoy the beautiful lake. If you have a motor boat please let me know and we can try to accommodate you as well.

You will need your own car to get around and ideally an AWD or 4WD during the winter months due to the steepness of the driveway. Otherwise the rest of the year any car will do.

Our cozy river-side cottage along the Conestoga River is one of two cottages that are within 2 miles of the center of Lancaster City, and have a treehouse-like view from their stance on the hill side.

Our home is located on a small farm. You may relax and enjoy the surroundings or plan day trips. We are close to Routes 30 & 283 to be on your way. Amish country, the town of Columbia, Lancaster City, Hershey, Gettysburg, and Harrisburg are great places to visit. If you want to see big cities.....Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, and NYC are close enough to plan day trips to. Plenty to see and do or take nature walks on the many trails. For your stay we provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, trash bags, starter shampoo and conditioner, soap, and of course the linens and towels.
Maximum weight for your dog is 30#. Only 2 dogs are allowed with $100 fee for one and an additional $75 for the second one. Send information for approval. We do require that you cleanup after your dog and attend to them outdoors.

This petite gem represents the Retro 50’s look throughout! The original aqua stove top and oven were pivotal in the kitchen design and a matching refrigerator was added. Walls were moved and bathrooms created to make this a stylish 3 bedroom/3 bathroom casa, including a customized Murphy Bed that was designed. You will discover a huge deck with a grill and views that overlook the horse pastures. A stone fire pit is nearby for toasting marshmallows. No youth under 18.
