Villa di Viggiano apt #2 is a spacious 2nd level cottage with a private porch to enjoy morning coffee or a good book in the sun. Ground level fenced outdoor eating area with tables and 2 grills is available for use by all of the cottage renters and a perfect spot for family gathering and outdoor dining. Off street parking is available for the convenience of loading and unloading only. Inside has hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen and seating for indoor dining as well. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax in airconditioned comfort, using free wi-fi and cable. 2 bedrooms include queen bed, 2 twins and a pull out single offers plenty of room for 5.. You can rent this wonderful cottage alone or rent all 4 apartments to make the perfect spot for a family reunion. For protection of our guests there is video monitor aimed away from the building which views the base of the plaza stairways.

We are around the corner from the best restaurants in town and just two blocks away from the famous Mudhen Brewing company! The space
This is our rear guest house behind the main house house. The guest house is has an open layout with kitchen, dinning room and living room and bathroom on the first floor and two bedroom on the second floor.

First bedroom comes with a queen size bed, vanity table, side tables and a closet. second bedroom comes with a desk and chair next to a twin trundle bed that sleeps two and an additional foldable Pack-n- Play for your little ones.

This house is perfect for friends, or single family.

You’ll have the whole house to yourself. There is washer and dryer outside of the house located in the laundry room. outdoor shower is shared among guests in staying on the other units.

You are right near the convention center and they have a nice snack bar on the beach near the convention center so that you can get hotdogs, sodas and snacks. Mr. D’s Pizza is less than a block away and they had great pizza. Overall, I hope to stay here again and if you are thinking about booking a stay, I highly recommend!"

- "It’s great for a weekend away very nice very nice people close to the boardwalk" - "This "cottage" was not at all as described 1) This is not a cottage. This is more like a garage space that has been converted into 2 storied facility. The most important is that the description said 3 bedrooms. It has only 2 bedrooms on the top floor, the 3rd so-called bedroom is a utility / laundry room next to the kitchen that has put 2 single beds in. This 3rd "room" space has no fans or A/C in it and so is a suffocating little space with no air circulation. 2) The description said the "cottage" has a carpet, dishwasher and pantry items, which based on my previous VRBO experiences usually means things like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters etc. There was no dishwasher and not a single pantry item, not even dish washing soap or a sponge.We had to wash all the dishes by hand and there isn't even a dish rack to leave the plates / utensils to dry. The toaster machine had a broken switch, There was no garbage disposal for the sink and the sink leaked into the cabinet below it. 3) The bathroom windows had no covering over it, so the apartments behind could see straight into the bathroom. There were no rugs in the bathroom, so after every shower, the floors were wet. 4) The mattresses were all horrible and in bad condition. The description said it could sleep 10+ people. There were only 2 pillows in the house.There isn't even a rug to wipe your feet / footwear when you come in from the beach. We had to bring / buy everything - garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap for the bathroom, dish soap for the kitchen, toilet paper (I mean what kind of place doesn't provide toilet paper), . None of this is said in the description, except for bring your own linen. We received an email 2-3 days before you are scheduled to arrive telling us to bring toilet paper as well. Bottom line is that this property was not worth the price we paid and the description was misleading. Had the wording and pictures been more clear and accurate our group would have rented this place. The 2 stars are one each for 1) location: its 3 blocks from the beach. 2) The landlord's employees (who live right in front) were very nice people and were very nice)"

The Postal Cottage is an adorable, 2BR/1BA, completely renovated property. This was the original post office for historic Wildwood and is now a detached home with its own entrance, sleeping 4, with all new furnishings, appliances, flooring, renovated kitchen and full bathroom with a shower. This adorable cottage is located just 2 blocks to the beach and boards with an outdoor shower, off-street parking and covered porch. There is a cleaning fee of $125 for each stay.

- "Central location. Near everything, dining boardwalk and entertainment. About 15 to 20 minute walk to water. The AC was primarily for the main living room so the rear bedrooms were a little warm. Listing indicated a two car garage but it did not indicate that the garage was shared with another unit." - "The unit was very nice overall. The beach, boardwalk and Convention center are just a block away. Additional sleeping space is available in the loft area. In total, this cottage can comfortably sleep 8 people. - "This rental checked off so many boxes for our stay in Wildwood. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The home itself is located in a great location within walking distance to the boardwalk, the beach and many restaurants/shops. It is exactly as described and has comfortable living space and beds. They well stock it with many convenient items as well. I would highly recommend!" - "Never received a Welcome note or check in to the rental. Had to reach out to the property owner to gain access. No instructions on the stay or expectations. Arrived to a dirty house, left as it was from the previous renter. Cleaners didn't come until 10am the next day and spent over 3 hours cleaning. We didn't have access until after 1pm. Huge disruption to our stay. After communicating with the owner she agreed to refund a portion of our stay. And that never happened. Filed a dispute with VRBO and our credit card company. Although the location is great, renter beware, everything nice comes at a cost and inconvenience."

- "The cottage was great for our family of 4 (2 kids aged 5 & 7). It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach for our 5 year old even carrying his bucket and shovel (which the cottage had already). The kitchen and outside grill allowed us to grab food from the local grocery store (also not too far) and cook everyday we chose. We also got lucky that the other groups staying in the larger house were quiet and polite. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay."

Travel back in time, to the simple life. Back porch is great for breakfast, after beach relaxation or just to unwind at night, very private. The marsh attracts so many types of birds. The cottage is close to beach, food, jet skiing and boardwalk. Just a short drive to Cape May.
