It was an amazing property, super clean, staff was so nice, and they set up so nicely in the home that I never had to call housekeeping or front desk once! Every house on the property had its own grill and little backyard and everything you would need for the beach, which is right across the street; they had umbrellas, beach chairs, everything!!. Everything you could need. The house itself was beautiful with really really cool early American and modern design! We had four people staying with us and the house never felt crowded. It was super spacious and had two floors, and the bedrooms were huge !! In all the years of me going down to Wildwood for the first time ever I actually felt like I was out of New Jersey and not in Wildwood! It really gave me a Hamptons vibe. I am so grateful and happy we found this place. The location was convenient to everything. The check in process was super smooth and Christian is very nice and helpful. The 2bd apt wasn't huge but the beds in each bedroom were comfortable and we even had enough space to eat breakfast together in the well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very small but if just need a space to shower and get cleaned up it was perfect. The entire apartment was also very very clean when we arrived! I hate to leave a mess so I actually even went and bought a broom to sweep up some of the sand all of the place. Really the only downside was no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor) but who doesn't need a little exercise every now and then. Building was also pretty secure. Passcodes to get onto the respective floors and then another code to get in to the apartment. Parking was a bit tricky, especially since we had to pick up trucks but we were fortunate to find parking right front and also utilized the parking lot just a few minutes on the corner. I don't have any complaints regarding our stay at Garfield Beach House. Affordable, clean, safe, dog friendly and only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. We will definitely be back! Two flights up you will find the owners suite with well appointed furniture and sky lights illuminating the fully equipped kitchen wth central HVAC. The bedrooms has a king size bed along with a sitting area that has a double sleeper sofa and alcove window. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish waster, coffee maker, stove and apartment size fridge, and an alcove window. The living room is has two couches of which one is a full size sleeper.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door knobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check in.

The condo is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. View is breathtaking! You can see the boardwalk and piers and ocean from here.

We are on 19th, beach and boardwalk block, steps off of the beach! Condo is newly renovated and painted and has brand new furniture and stainless steel appliances -- Queen bed with memory foam mattress, TRIPLE bunks with twin mattresses and brand new leather sectional sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress), new 50 inch smart tv with Direct tv and wifi (40 inch in bedroom), XBox and games and controllers, DVD player, new stainless steel appliances, new kitchen and floors and it has a real 'beach chic' feel!

Keurig and regular coffee makers, waffle iron, blender, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls are available for renters.

Beach storage closet with combination code provided and key to the storage gate, 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, beach cart, two umbrellas, beach cooler, jug for drinks. All new, please treat with care.

Please bring your own sheets and towels.

NW parking pass is available for an additional $15 a day to use at any NW parking meter.

Complex has a heated pool and baby pool, laundry facility ($2.50 each load of wash/drying), outside shower and bike storage in rear of parking garage. There is a locked area of storage closets where we lock our provided beach chairs, cart, umbrellas.

Grill on the 2nd floor deck. There are 2 gas grills for your use! Lounge chairs are on the 3rd floor sundeck.

No bikes, surf boards, beach chairs allowed in condo or blocking any walkways. Please store them in the storage closet or in your vehicle.

Other things to note
We will not rent to 7 adults. this unit is good for 4 adults. We will rent to a group of 7 with a mix of adults and children. message me if you have occupancy questions. We DO NOT RENT TO PROM GROUPS or large groups or anyone under age 25. You will be required to sign a lease acknowledging our rules and provide a copy of your current driver's license. No exceptions.

Condo association rules and regulations will be made available to you via email and posted on fridge. Please follow the rules so your stay can be enjoyable and without any problems.

We hope you enjoy your stay at our home. Please note checkout is at 11 am on designated date of checkout.

Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests.

Please take all trash, including bathroom rash bags, out to the trash cans which are located in the trash room off of the parking garage.

Please neatly remake beds with comforters smoothed.

Turn AC to 75 or heat to 55.

Turn off all electronics and ceiling fans.

We can provide a parking pass for a 2nd vehicle for $15 a day or $75 a week for a 2nd vehicle to use at any NW parking meter.

Perfect Little cottage at the Shore! This one bedroom one bath, patio area with grill, and outdoor sitting area is just blocks from dog beach. Little pets welcome! Sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 queen beds in bunk and full in living room. Kitchen has no stove. You can use grill outside.
