The hotel is right on the ocean, so it's <10 minutes to a good spot on the beach. The lobby level is sort of a split level, so there will be handful of steps to navigate going between the first-floor sleeping rooms level and lobby or pool. The pool is not large but was never crowded. There are plenty of shaded seating areas. There are also lots of tables in the pool area to sit and eat. The room is not very large, but space was utilized in an efficient manner. I travel a lot for work, so I appreciate the little attention to details, such as having lights above each bed and conveniently located and ample power outlets. If your room overlooks the park on Crocus Road, you will very likely have a view of the boardwalk fireworks. The staff here are incredibly friendly and the service is impeccable. We didn’t select the hotel because of its Morey’s affiliation but the discounts offered were a very nice perk as well. Overall, would definitely stay here again. "

Welcome to the Summer Sands in Wildwood Crest. This is a 70 unit condo complex that is steps away from the sand. There are 2 pools and 6 grills for our guest to use along with onsite laundry and an elevator.

The space
MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT (there are no exceptions to this rule). Our condo sleeps 4. We supply almost all that you would need for your stay. There is 1 bedroom/galley kitchen/1 bathroom and a Livingroom.

We try our best to make this condo your home away from home. We ask that if you use any of the supplies that you replace it for the next guest. We understand that emergencies occur and we some time forget to pack things. Please let us know if you need anything special for your trip prior to check in and we will try our best to get it for you.

Below you will find an agreement (I am sorry that it is a bit length but it is important for all guests to understand the agreement for renting our condo and not be surprised if something should occur during their stay) with information regarding the rental along with extra charges (should they arise) outside of the normal renting fee and cleaning fee. Rest assure that if you need any of these and notify us within a reasonable about of time prior to check out we will do our best to accommodate you.

* Linen's are provided for our guests use.

* All kitchen supplies (plates, cups, pots, etc.) are to be washed, dried, and put away prior to leaving. If supplies are left dirty there is an extra charge.
* All garbage is to be taken out prior to leaving. If garbage remains in condo upon departure there is an extra charge.
* Condo is to be left in the condition that you found it in. If not, there is an additional charge.
* There is 1 assigned parking spot for your use. #318 - Side of building towards the beach under the front deck.
* Please remember upon arrival to sign in at the front office and get your parking pass along with signing the pool waiver (this is prime season information - front office is closed during off season).
* Air/heat is to be left on.
* Property Condition: When you arrive, please check the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. No physical damage, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped us, trash removed, etc. A fee will be held back from your security deposit if condo is not returned in the same condition as found. Late check out, trash left, or vacation rental or grounds needing more than reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems deposits will be returned within 30 days after the departure date.
OWNERS SET SPECIFIC RULES regarding the maximum number of occupants, smoking, etc. As the property owner, we enforce these rules and may evict renters or their guests when they are exceeded. NO PETS are allowed at the vacation rental, that includes pets belonging to your guests. Large gatherings, house parties, etc are absolutely not allowed. Subletting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.
* OCCUPANCY: In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more than the capacity of subject property which is 6. Guest must be at least 25 years old and only family groups are to occupy the Rental Property as required by Owner. Violation of the rules are grounds for expediate eviction with no refund of any kind. Guests hereby acknowledges and grants specific permission to property owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should we reasonably believe that guest is causing or has caused any damage to the rental property. Guest further agrees to grand property owner access to rental property for purposes of maintenance and repair.
THE OWNER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental. The property owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. The use of the pool is at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury while using the pool. There is no lifeguard.
YOU AGREE TO NOFTIFY US IMMEDIATELY if a maintenance problem develops so we can have it remedied as quickly as possible. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the vacation rental with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, elevators, etc. Owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. Also, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuation of the are due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE: This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but, we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.
