Just a short walk to the beach. Stone Harbor is a family resort town on a barrier island which includes Stone Harbor and Avalon. NJ. Short driving distance to Cape May, Wildwood, Ocean City. We are about 45 minutes south of Atlantic City.

Our home comfortably sleeps a family of 4-6. The first bedroom has a king size bed and wall air conditioner unit, the second bedroom has set of twin beds and a wall air conditioner unit. There is a living room in the front of the house with large smart TV, sofa, two comfortable chairs and a wall air conditioner unit. The back sun room that overlooks a large grass yard has a queen size sofa bed, free standing air conditioner, a TV and a door that closes the room off for privacy to use as a third bedroom. The eat in kitchen has a small dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, glass electric stove and oven, coffee pot and all the essentials. The house has one full bath with shower/tub and hand rail and a large outdoor shower.

There is a large grass yard with Gas BBQ, dining table and umbrella, lounge chairs, clothes line and outdoor shower. In the garage you will find the clothes dryer and the clothes washer is in house in the back living room closet. Also in the garage are beach chairs and beach toys for your use. We supply 4 Stone Harbor seasonal beach tags for your use while you are staying with us, please leave the tags for the next guest upon departure. We also provide free WiFi, the password is hanging on the instruction sheet on the refrigerator. Off street parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway.

Welcome to 405 Retreat at Hall Harbor! Located just less than a block to the Reeds and downtown Stone Harbor. This 4th floor condo offers amazing views of downtown, the wetlands and back bays. Enjoy the pool, bayside lounge, docks elevator, and short walking distance to everything the town has to offer. The building is located on the Shelter Haven Basin on 96th Street. Our condo is best suited for groups of 4. There is a king size bed and 2 twins. There is also an elevator, washer and dryer, parking spot, WiFi and large smart TVs.

For summer guests, we provide 4 beach tags and 4 pool tags. For off season rentals, feel free to reach out about fun events happening during the best time to be at the shore (in our opinion:)

Guests are responsible for bringing sheets and linens. There are also services that provide this. If interested please let me know and I can take care of ordering for you. They will drop off and pick up the sheets and towels and the charge is $200.

- "Clean, updated place in a great location (a couple blocks from the main shopping area). Love sitting on the balcony and looking out at the bay. Most places we’ve stayed over the years I end up having to fix something that is not working. Everything in this place (especially kitchen and bathroom) was working how it should. You barely notice noise from other condos in the building and the bedroom and living area are also nicely separated so that someone watching tv in the living area won’t be heard in the bedroom. Owners were responsive and easy to deal with. A great place to stay."

Beautifully 3 bed 2 bath condo located in the heart of Stone Harbor. It is a perfect getaway to melt the stress of life away. The place and location are perfect. Recently renovated a few years ago and has an amazing bay view that will stop you in your tracks. For location, why worry about driving/parking and taking ubers/shuttles to town for restaurants, bars, ice cream, the arcade get, mini golf, fudge,... when you could already be there, especially when on the bay with a view like this?

Love in a Mist (affectionately called LIAM) is one of a few remaining original cottages in the charming beach town of Stone Harbor, NJ. In our family since 1982, LIAM has been beautifully maintained and furnished in a beachy/Victorian shabby chic decor. Located across the street from the bay, it’s a three-block walk to the beach, and just three short blocks to shopping and restaurants.

The space
The cottage sleeps up to 8 people with a Queen bed in the master bedroom, Double bed in 2nd bedroom, and bunk beds & a twin in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a Double sleeper sofa in the family room. Roughly 1000 sq ft inside with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths.
There is a covered upper deck w/table & chairs where you can catch a glimpse of the bay, and below is a small courtyard/garden with teak table & chairs for meals outdoors; there is also a gas grill. We have a small garden with tomatoes and herbs just for you! The family room has a vaulted ceiling, flat screen TV, sofa & love seat and a dinner table & chairs which comfortably seats 6; there is also a breakfast nook which has stools and seats 3. The small, tidy galley kitchen has standard appliances including dishwasher, fridge, range with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans etc. The closet off of the great room has a full size washer and dryer. There is also an enclosed outdoor hot shower for cleaning off after the beach.

To sum up our property: new, high end everything and location, location, location. Park when you arrive and if you don't want to drive the entire stay, you don't need to.

We renovated the entire condo with high end finishes throughout. The renovation was done thoughtfully because this is our family's new shore place. We are going to use it ourselves some of the time and then rent it out for some of the time. Not just the condo itself but every single thing within the condo is new. Very spacious, more like the size of a house with over 2000 square feet.

The kitchen is well stocked with all of the amenities you need to make any meal you desire on your vacation. If you'd rather eat out all vacation, we are near all. We are a half block to the exceptional Mack's pizza and the ever popular Bud's market. If a sit down restaurant is what you desire, we are 4 blocks from the Icona beach bar/restaurant and the Windrift, among others.

Condo is on 83rd street so easy walkability to downtown Stone harbor as well for more shops, restaurants, mini-golf, and more.

Three blocks up are the town tennis courts, basketball courts, and huge playground for the kids. If you want to fish, fishing pier on the bay is half block up.

We have a first floor storage area stocked with beach umbrella, beach chairs.

Only thing you really need to bring are sheets for the beds and towels. Outside service can provide them as well.

This house boasts kitchen on the main floor and kitchenette upstairs, and family rooms on both floors. The downstairs kitchen has all modern appliances, with an oversized center island that can easily seat 4, 2 sinks, and 2 dishwashers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends.

The living/dining/kitchen open area leads out to a full size in-ground swimming pool with ample outdoor furniture and an outside shower to rinse the sand off before you plunge into the pool, which is a full size pool and one of the largest on the Island. Pool is usually open from Memorial Day weekend to late September, but please check with owner if pool will be open.

Or spend time at the Stone Harbor recreation area 3 short blocks away, with 12 tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and various ball fields. Or walk to town in just 8 blocks where you must be sure to get Springers famous ice cream and stroll the town or catch a movie.

This house has 7 nicely decorated, comfortable bedrooms. The upstairs master has a king size bed and balcony, the downstairs master has a king size bed, and front porch. There is also another queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two singles on the first floor and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs has a total of 4 bedrooms, one has a king, two have queens and the largest room has 3 singles. TV's throughout. We have central air and heat, 2 wood burning fireplaces and enough balconies and windows to enjoy the ocean breeze.

This house is perfect for any family gathering of up to 14 people, plenty of places to hide, 3 balconies to choose from! We have been enjoying this house for many years and so will you.

In the late Spring, June and September, weekly rentals are usually Friday to Friday.

1. Shower before entering the pool. Remove dirt, sweat, oils, sand, and sunscreen to prevent water contamination. You are responsible to be 100% clean before entering the pool. Use soap when you shower.
2. No food or drinks in the pool area. Spills and crumbs can introduce bacteria and debris into the water.
3. No glass containers in the pool area. Broken glass is difficult to clean and poses a safety hazard.
4. No pets in the pool area. Pet hair and waste can contaminate the water.
5. No smoking in the pool area. Ash and cigarette butts can dirty the water and surrounding area.
6. Do not use the pool as a restroom. This prevents harmful bacteria and contaminants. You are responsible to be 100% clean before entering the pool. Use soap when you shower.
7. Use dry-touch sunscreen or let it dry before entering. Oily sunscreens can cloud the water.
8. Wear only swimwear in the pool; no street clothes. Street clothes introduce dirt and fibers.
9. Clean up any messes you make, including spills or dropped items. Keep the pool area tidy.
10. Do not throw objects into the pool. Toys or other items can introduce debris.

• Compliance with Rules: By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these pool rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning fees, restricted pool access, or other penalties as determined by the property owner.
• Damages and Violations: You understand that the pool is professionally cleaned and inspected each week. This regular maintenance allows the property owner to accurately identify any damages or violations and attribute them to the responsible party. Therefore, any costs associated with cleaning or repairs due to non-compliance will be charged to the tenant responsible.
• Reporting Issues: If you notice any issues with the pool or its equipment, you agree to report them to the property owner immediately. Timely reporting helps address problems quickly and prevents further damage.
Note: These rules are in place to ensure the pool remains in excellent condition for all renters. Your cooperation is essential to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Every high end appliance you will need to prepare gourmet meals or walk into town to a fabulous Stone Harbor restaurant and of course Springer’s Ice cream is literally 1/2 block away! There are 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms also televisions in each room for everyone’s convenience! The perfect tonic to enjoy beach life!!!
