As soon as you enter the door, you'll feel all of your worries float away. The open kitchen/living-room area will make it easy for you to cook delicious meals while not missing any time with the family. Enjoy cooking with brand new pots and pans. Counter height kitchen table comfortably seats six.

In the beautifully remodeled living room area, the sofa is not just a cozy place to sit, it opens into a queen size bed. There are two balcony's.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. It also has a sizable walk-in closest. The second bedroom has its own private balcony with a queen sized bed.

There are three tvs, all equipped with streaming devices. Six beach tags will be available for use. Six beach chairs will be stored in the outside storage closet. The outside storage closet is shared, so please only use items labeled 2E. The outside closet is great for storage of coolers, chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and anything else you can think that will fit in there. Just keep in mind, it is a shared closet, so make sure there is room for the neighbors. There is an outside hose available so you don't have to take the beach to the condo.

Large patio with seating and umbrella over the table. Restaurants close by and Wawa. Jittney was a 1 block walk to catch it. $2 per person to get to places farther away. All 5 of us agreed we would book this place again for comfort and access to everything. Building was families or senior’s no rowdy or loud young people which was perfect."

Unit 201’s assigned parking space is the first space located on the right-hand side as guests pull onto the property. Guests may temporarily park their vehicles underneath the complex while the unpack into the unit. The primary entrance for guest use is through a white door, painted with a heron, located closer towards the 86th street garage exit. Proceeding into the common area will place guests at the bottom of the staircase to the unit; as guests ascend the staircase, the primary entrance door will be the first to appear. First entering, guests will be situated in the primary hallway of the unit. The unit’s 2 bedrooms, one with an exterior entrance, and a full bathroom are located down the right-hand side of the hall. Proceeding down the left-hand side of the hall places guests first in the living area, then eat-in kitchen. One of the brightest spots in the unit, the Eat-in Kitchen has an attached 2-person balcony with views of the bay, and surrounding residential neighborhood.

You will not have to worry about parking as you will take advantage of the 4 off street parking spots, and a double garage. The garage will contain a full supply of beach equipment for your family to use including 12 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, a beach umbrella and tent, a cooler, various beach toys and 12 beach tags. A Phoenix Beach Buggy will make it very easy for you to transport all of this beach equipment that is provided.
When entering the home from the garage, you can take the elevator to get access to any of the other 3 floors. As the second story of a duplex, this home offers a gorgeous sunset view over the bay, as well as two porches, with one fully covered, Wifi, 5 beds, full kitchen, washer & dryer, and outdoor hose. The space
High ceilings and an open floor plan set the scene for a perfect beach vacation getaway. Our house is a home, and thus has the decor and feeling of a home, rather than of a rental. On the plus of that, fully functioning utilities make the house a perfect second home, available for as long as you'd like to stay. We encourage you to enjoy the porch and outdoors, read a selection from our library and thus do not have as many channels on our TV.

The property is a shared space. Parking is permitted on the RIGHT side of the driveway only. No parking in front of the house.

Townsend’s Inlet is the south side of Sea Isle. It’s quiet but close enough to the center of town. Close to great restaurants and bars. Beachwood is nice restaurant, walking distance, drinks and dinner. Sunset Pier is a BYOB breakfast and dinner on the bay on 86th St. Hank Sauce is casual lunch spot. The bridge to Avalon is about 3 minute drive, Avalon has good bars and restaurants and nice shops. Toward center of town in Sea Isle, around 40th Street, there are bars, restaurants, mini golf and some shopping.

Per the Mayor’s January message: “We are looking forward to replenishment of our beaches this coming spring. The most recent update we have on the project is that we can expect the arrival of the dredge “Liberty Island” in late March/early April, with completion of beach-fill operations prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Our beaches are planned to be replenished downtown between about 29th and 52nd Street, and at the south end between about 74th and 94th Street. As we move forward, we will continue to provide Council and the public with updates on this much anticipated project."
Update:

SEA ISLE CITY – Mayor Leonard Desiderio announced that the city will see the start of its important beach replenishment project as soon as next week but certainly by mid-March. Desiderio said that schedule follows a project meeting with the contractor, Great Lakes Dredge and Dock, and the Army Corps of Engineers. He made the announcement at the Feb. 27 City Council meeting.

The beaches that will receive sand are between 29th and 52nd streets downtown and 74th and 94th streets in the south end. Desiderio added that the contractor expects to start in the south end with the full project to be completed prior to Memorial Day weekend.

This bright and open beach house is only one block to the beach! The decks are great for when it is too windy to go to the beach or to take in the beautiful sunset. The bay is 1/2 block away and there is a nice park with a pavilion. Fishing is allowed on the point. Anthony's, Sunset Pier, Sole and Hank Sauce restaurants are within walking distance. The jitney stops at the corner and will take you downtown and back till 4 AM. The house is also close to Avalon. & Stone Harbor

The space
The house is a second floor unit of a duplex with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There is bright, airy, open living space. The bathroom was remodeled in 2023. The stairs are along the west side of the house. There is an outdoor shower under the stairs.

The door has a coded deadbolt. You will be given a code prior to your arrival date.

The entire unit is for quests.
There is a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Plates, glasses, cups, are in the upper cabinets. Cookware is in the lower cabinets. Utensils are in the top drawer and dish towels are in the bottom drawer. There are two open shelves in the closet in the dining room that can be used as a pantry. There are wine glasses above the refrigerator.

There is a coffee bar equipped with a Keurig for coffee. There are K cups and tea bags. Extra K-cups can be found in the baskets. Ground coffee can also be used for a full pot or with the paper Keurig cups

There is a dining table and chairs on deck. Please return table to upside down position on leaving. Two deck chairs are positioned to watch the sunset. The chair cushions are located in west bedroom. Please return the cushions to the bedroom when not in use and before you leave. There are also three children's chairs that can be used with the small table on the deck.

There is a Wi set up and a docking station for a Nintendo Switch on the second shelf of the entertainment center. If you disconnect please return to how it was before you leave.

Other things to note
Trash days are Tuesday & Friday during the summer season. If you are at the house on trash day please put the trash and recycling out for pick-up and bring the can in after trash collection. It is forbidden to put trash out in bags so please use the can. Please return the trashcan to the space under the stairs and secure with the bungee.

There is a recycling container in the kitchen next to the trash can. The recycling container that is to be put out on trash day is on the rear deck at the top of the stairs. Please return to that spot and secure with the bungee.

If there is trash that has not been picked up please take the trash to the Sea Isle City Dump prior to your departure. You can do this on your way out.

Sea Isle City's Trash and Recycling Depot is located adjacent to the Sea Isle Bridge (JFK and Kneass Street) and is open seven days a week and twelve months a year: 7:15am to 2:45pm

Outstanding bayfront house has a modern luxury beach vibe. It was built in 1906 and has been recently renovated. Everyone who visits falls in love with it! I hope you will too! It is cozy and I hope you will find it has everything you might need. TV's work on Firesticks as well as cable. Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Small dog friendly with approval & a $100 fee paid after booking, but before the stay. Family friendly! No large unrelated groups and no parties/events. This is the quiet section of the island. There is a 2nd floor with 3 additional bedrooms, sitting room and a bathroom which, if available, you may also rent until the end of Sept.

No events or parties are permitted. Only those on the rental contract may be on the property. If not, the owner has the right to end the contract and ask the renters to leave immediately. This is the quiet side of the Island, we ask renters to be respectful of the neighbors and laws. :)

We will share a code to the keyless entry located on the back staircase door on the day of your arrival. The back door entrance is straight back along on the side of the house if you're looking at the front door.
