We loved the abundance of hooks for our things. The beach tags were included though no one was collecting this late in Sept. Be sure to bring linens and towels when you come—the host prepared us for this in her listing description, so we were prepared. There were lots of pillows for those who like a few in bed. Avalon and Stone Harbor are beautiful towns to visit and we enjoyed being back. We would love to stay again!"

Our little condo is a perfect place for your family to enjoy all that 7 mile island has to offer, whether it is playing tennis or pickleball at the awesome Stone Harbor Park 2 blocks away, bring the littles to the playground to run off some steam, enjoy an apres beach drink at the Icona while listening to live music, walk a block to watch the sunset over the stunning bay, or stroll over 2 blocks away for some Mack's pizza. The condo has all the basics if you want a night in to eat, a small kitchen with a full size fridge, electric cooktop and an all in one toaster/airfryer/bake oven and a keurig for your morning coffee. Start or end your day with a nice dip in the pool of your choice, indoor or outdoor. The twin over twin bunks make for a fun place for the kids to get some shut eye and the 2 full baths ensure everyone can get ready in no time! It is BYO linens, blankets and towels. We are also a non smoking property and no guest pets allowed. Lastly, the best feature, you're on the first floor and walk out with ease

It is 2 blocks from the beautiful Avalon beach to play in the sea and sand, 2 blocks from the bay with public access for fishing and crabbing, and 1 block from the bustling downtown with restaurants, retail shops, and of course, ice cream!
The house has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, a dining room as well as a large outdoor dining table and chairs, a cozy screened-in front porch, an upstairs deck, a laundry room, and a new large outside shower.
Bedrooms are equipped with queen size bed downstairs, and a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and a twin over full bunkbed, enough for 5 people. Both bedrooms include room darkening curtains for a sound sleep.

Unit is located on the second level and offers phenomenal ocean views from the deck. Inside you will find one bedroom with a queen size bed, one full bathroom and living area with a queen sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Unit offers two mounted flat screen HD televisions, wireless internet access. The Ocean View complex offers a weight room, large in ground heated pool, common BBQ facilities and ocean view deck bar. Each condo allows for one assigned parking space, shared/common laundry facilities on site and storage for your beach gear. The best part about the Ocean View is the beach block location, the close proximity to family restaurants and recreation. The owner is also providing as a courtesy, beach chairs, large beach cart, beach toys. Two beach tags are provided. Ocean view condo complex was new inside and out in 2009, and offers one of the best locations on Avalon's South end beach block. The Ocean View complex offers a weight room, large in ground heated pool, common BBQ facilities and ocean view deck bar. The best part about the Ocean View is the beach block location, the close proximity to family restaurants and recreation. This unit will offer a range of time frames on a last minute situation. The owner will do an off season 3 to 7 night stay. Weekly rentals are preferred and this unit is a Saturday to Saturday rental. Please adhere to the no-smoking policy of this unit and complex.

- "Small for a family but great location" - "Great location! The facility is well maintained and very clean, but the unit we stayed in needs a good house cleaning. Looks good on the surface, but the unit should really have a good house cleaning before the start of the season. We had my 1 year old granddaughter with us for a couple nights and had to use the sofa bed which was not comfortable at all and under the couch was really dirty. Also you need to bring pillows. There were only 2 thin bed pillows and 1 filthy pillow which was not usable. The unit description advertised they supply a large beach cart, 2 beach chairs, and beach toys. There was 1 very small beach chair, an old rusty beach cart, and no toys. Other than that, the location is wonderful, the pool was really nice and again the facility grounds were very well kept and clean. We would go back, but would like to try a different unit"
