We loved the abundance of hooks for our things. The beach tags were included though no one was collecting this late in Sept. Be sure to bring linens and towels when you come—the host prepared us for this in her listing description, so we were prepared. There were lots of pillows for those who like a few in bed. Avalon and Stone Harbor are beautiful towns to visit and we enjoyed being back. We would love to stay again!"

Our little condo is a perfect place for your family to enjoy all that 7 mile island has to offer, whether it is playing tennis or pickleball at the awesome Stone Harbor Park 2 blocks away, bring the littles to the playground to run off some steam, enjoy an apres beach drink at the Icona while listening to live music, walk a block to watch the sunset over the stunning bay, or stroll over 2 blocks away for some Mack's pizza. The condo has all the basics if you want a night in to eat, a small kitchen with a full size fridge, electric cooktop and an all in one toaster/airfryer/bake oven and a keurig for your morning coffee. Start or end your day with a nice dip in the pool of your choice, indoor or outdoor. The twin over twin bunks make for a fun place for the kids to get some shut eye and the 2 full baths ensure everyone can get ready in no time! It is BYO linens, blankets and towels. We are also a non smoking property and no guest pets allowed. Lastly, the best feature, you're on the first floor and walk out with ease

It is 2 blocks from the beautiful Avalon beach to play in the sea and sand, 2 blocks from the bay with public access for fishing and crabbing, and 1 block from the bustling downtown with restaurants, retail shops, and of course, ice cream!

- "Small for a family but great location" - "Great location! The facility is well maintained and very clean, but the unit we stayed in needs a good house cleaning. Looks good on the surface, but the unit should really have a good house cleaning before the start of the season. We had my 1 year old granddaughter with us for a couple nights and had to use the sofa bed which was not comfortable at all and under the couch was really dirty. Also you need to bring pillows. There were only 2 thin bed pillows and 1 filthy pillow which was not usable. The unit description advertised they supply a large beach cart, 2 beach chairs, and beach toys. There was 1 very small beach chair, an old rusty beach cart, and no toys. Other than that, the location is wonderful, the pool was really nice and again the facility grounds were very well kept and clean. We would go back, but would like to try a different unit"

We went in September and it was pretty chilly out but the pool felt like a bathtub! Check-in was quick and easy (I messaged the owner for the lockbox code and received a response immediately) and there is a dedicated parking spot in the back. We’d definitely rent here again!"

Fantastic location for sun and fun with the whole family! This home is in the heart of Avalon on the highly sought-after west block of 21st street, one block from the beach and short walking distance to the business district, shops, restaurants, and Veteran Plaza. Enjoy relaxing under the canvas awning porch or in the Florida style sun room overlooking the rear yard bricked patio. Three bedrooms and two full baths on 1st floor. Two bedrooms and 1 ensuite bath on second floor.

The space
An ideal location for families and friends to gather and relax. You are welcomed into a large dining room with beautiful bay window, ceiling fans and original knotty-pine wood walls with lots of natural light. It flows easily into the kitchen which features an electric range and pantry for food storage. There is also a cozy TV room just off the kitchen which is great for relaxing with a glass of wine before dinner time.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed (and a tv) and two with queens. Ideal for families with an older relative who does not want to traverse the stairs. There are two full bathrooms on the ground floor one featuring a shower over bath and one with shower and separate large tub. There is also a stacked washer/dryer.

At the back of the house is the sun-filled Florida style sitting room with large TV. A great space to cozy up on a rainy day with a book or gather for a family game night or chat. Up the stairs you will find a large master suite with king size bed and ensuite shower bathroom. There is also a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds, ideal for traveling with the little ones. Also available are travel cot, changing mat and various games/toys for little ones.

At the front entrance, there is a lovely awning-covered porch for sitting out at golden hour to enjoy a glass and watch the world go by, as well as a bricked patio in the backyard with a large table and chairs for outdoor dining with a bbq grill. There is also a convenient outdoor shower to wash off sandy feet or indulge in a shower al fresco after the beach.

The position of the home is ideally situated for those who want to enjoy easy access to the beach while also being only a short walk to the Diving Horse (1 block), the Princeton (two blocks) and the bustling shops along Dune Drive.

This is our family beach home where many wonderful memories have been made. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS: The house does not come with bed linens (pillow cases, sheets, duvet cover, etc.) nor towels. We do not provide soap/shampoo nor beach items (chairs, umbrella, blankets, towels, etc). You will need to bring these yourself. The beds come with mattress cover, pillows and duvet. Contact us if you have any questions. Our cleaner does have a service for providing linens and towels if required for an additional cost (typically for $350 for the week for entire house).

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TV/internet/cable/wifi service. Comcast cable is notoriously inconsistent in their service and we can therefore not guarantee service during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Entry to the house is provided via a lockbox as there will be no face-to-face check-in. Check-in is 3.30 PM and check-out 10.00 AM (strictly enforced).

HVAC ISSUES: The Landlord has put in place an emergency service contract for heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues with Coastal Comfort, 612 Dias Creek Road, Cape May Court House, New Jersey. The tenant is authorized during their tenancy period to contact Coastal Comfort if there are any issues with the heating, ventilation and air conditioning that are under warranty and covered by the current service agreement with Coastal Comfort. The Landlord recommends the tenant contact Coastal Comfort in the first instance and follow up immediately by contacting the Landlord, as this will expedite remediation of any issue.

The space
This is a beautiful townhome with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room that share a Jack & Jill bathroom and includes a 3rd room with a queen bed and its own bathroom and personal deck !

The second floor has the master bedroom with a queen, single bed, and a full bathroom . A powder room is also on the 2nd floor . A wrap around deck on the 2nd floor offers a great gathering area to relax and soak in the sun . The 3rd floor includes the suite with a king bed, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub .

There is small deck outside the bedroom where two can sit and enjoy views of the bay . There is also a washer/dryer on the 2nd floor.

I ask that you bring your own towels, linens ( pillow case and bedsheets ) and essentials. All beds are supplied with pillows and a comforter.
