- "This property was a little bizarre. It’s on the corner and the common areas (living room, dining room, and kitchen) have no blinds whatsoever on the windows so it’s almost as if you are in a fishbowl that everyone walking by can see in to. The house was quite dusty and stale. The “king size” mattress was actually two twin beds pushed together without any mattress topper so there was a big gap between the two beds when sleeping. There is an enclosed den with broken wicker chairs so hard to spend time in that area. The pull out sofa had a lot of sand in it. We actually could not get in to the property at first because the front door lock was taped over and we did not receive a key to the deadbolt. There happened to be a side door that was left open by the previous tenant or cleaner which enabled us to access the house. In general it seemed that this house is not particularly well cared for or maintained."

- "We rented this house because it was located on the water and it did not disappoint. Our daughter graduated from high school this year and we wanted a place that was fun for her and friends. We all love to paddleboard and kayak and the dock and waterdeck was perfect. My son and I loved to fish and crab off the waterside deck. My wife and I loved the ambiance siting by the water at night. The house was immaculate with a beautiful kitchen full of top of the line appliances."

Included will be beach chairs, umbrella, beach tags, pool passes, towels, bedding and multiple streaming apps. You will have a dedicated off street parking spot directly behind the unit. Feel free to leave your bikes on the bike rack during your stay.

Have fun enjoying the Merrimac Resort!!!..Super laid back resort which although is right in the mix of everything is also very relaxed during the day and quiet at night.

You will have the entire condo to yourself. Easy first floor access just one step into the condo. Great for Families with children... NO LUGGING up and down stairs. The heated salt water pool features a "kiddie" end that is great for the little ones to splash about while mom or dad relax on the side. Six days a week there is an on staff member that keeps the grounds pristine.

4 BEACH TAGS INCLUDED, 4 pool passes, 2 beach chairs and umbrella all included. There is a bike rack around back for locking up your bikes, gas grills for easy cooking and plenty of space around the pool to lay out.
