- "This little gem of a cottage was perfect for the two of us. Had my daughter and her husband come, I think we might have felt it cramped. What everyone says about this cottage is true. The photos represent the cute and adorable nature of it. Although you have to cross the beach road to get to the ocean, for the two weeks we stayed there, that was NEVER difficult or dangerous. Cars generally are going slowly and seem to be used to looking out for pedestrians and STOP for them. Also, the Surfin’ Spoon next door is delightful. Just a family crowd. Never noisy or rowdy. Happy people, getting frozen yogurt on the front porch or in the front yard, and then they leave. We brought a sheet to hang on the clothesline for privacy, as someone had suggested, but we took it down. It cut down on the breeze, and we realized we LIKED seeing the Surfin’ Spoon crowd and they didn’t seem to notice us at all. Didn’t hear them after bedtime, either. The cottage lacks nothing. I’m pretty critical and all I missed was a vegetable peeler and a tea kettle. HA!! I would go back if just the two of us go again. I loved taking care of it. Very homey and comfortable."

The Mermaid's Pillow is located on NC Highway 12 in Nags Head at MP 11.25. It is directly across the street from the beach. There are 2 beach accesses nearby & it's a 3–4 minute walk to the beach.

Cottage boasts classic Nags Head style with modern amenities. Color TVs, You Tube TV & Internet. Fully appointed kitchen with electric range, microwave, refrigerator & dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Handicap accessible master bedroom & bath feature large roll-in shower with shower chair and double vanity with roll-under feature for wheelchairs. Sea Glass is a charming oceanfront beach cottage located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in South Nags Head . . . and the Atlantic Ocean is literally your backyard. The beach starts at the bottom of the stairs :-) Enjoy outside living on the large oceanfront covered porch with a tall table + 4 tall chairs, plus a picnic table. Grab a good book and a glass of wine and enjoy the salty air and shimmering ocean at sunset . . . my favorite time of day :-) Or perhaps a nap in the double sized hammock below is more your speed? Sea Glass cottage features a large open living area with bamboo flooring, lots of natural light, and lovely ocean views. The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, fridge with ice maker and filtered water on door, and an island bar overlooking the adjoining dining and living rooms. Sea Glass accommodates 6 people (4 adults & 2 kids). There is an oceanfront queen, an oceanfront twin bunk room, and a king bedroom with it's own half bath. The shared full bath features a shower with tub should you need one for the kids . . . but trust me, you'll be taking all your showers in the large private, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water.

We are located in the heart of Nags Head, one of the best locations on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Jim and I welcome guests who will enjoy a cottage that is in pristine condition. The cottage is in walking distance to the Bladen Street Beach Access (less then a (10 )ten minute walk or a two minute bike ride), we are between the highways which means you never have to cross the busy bypass to get to the beach! Take a stroll to the Nags Head Pier, Tortugas' Lie, and Lucky 12 Tavern or a bike ride to multiple art galleries, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and even Jockey's Ridge State Park (the largest dunes on the east coast which promise incredible sunsets). Kids and adults will enjoy a game of Putt Putt at Galaxy Golf. We pride ourselves in making sure the cottage is clean and well decorated. Adjoining the outdoor dining deck is a lounging deck which is a great place to lay out or read a book. We are less then nine miles to the town of Maneto and many Public Golf Courses.

- "Beachfront property that had everything we were looking for with a 3 year old and two bird dogs. Would absolutely return." - "As soon as I walked into cottage I immediately felt at home and was very pleased with all that was provided in the kitchen(did not need anything that was on the list they told you to bring ) Any appliance you needed to cook with was there and more! Even outdoor grill utensils. The only thing I really needed to bring was bed sheets and bath towels.. and coffee(the nice welcome pack did have small bag ) My favorite part was the wooden lounge chairs and hammock set up alongside the path to the beach! With a dog it's difficult to set up a good lounge area and this was perfect even up high enough to provide shade underneath for her. Every little thing you could need was there in cottage and it really was the perfect size for us. I used the extra bedroom as a big closet but it would have easily accommodated extra people. I'm not sure if I misread this or imagined it so forgive me if I'm mistaken but I was under the impression that this first cottage, Tina tuna faced the ocean, as in you could see the ocean from one side of it but you could not, maybe if you stood on the roof lol but really with such a short walk up the stairs to the picnic table or the wonderful lounge chairs no big deal at all! I liked that it was next to the public access and the life guard station. I'm back in May of 2022 and can hardly wait!"

Perfect beach weather the first half, and angry ocean the second, which was perfect for relaxing and taking long walks on the beach. The house was exactly as advertised, and we loved the proximity to the beach. It was a great week." - "The old-school cottages at Fish Cay offered everything we needed for a safe, simple beach vacation with our two-year-old granddaughter and a mobility-impaired granddad. Everything was as described and the location was perfect: No streets to cross to walk to the beach, an ADA wheelchair ramp to the sand at the public beach next door, an all-abilities playground two blocks away, and two ice cream shops within easy wheelchair-stroller walking distance. The whole experience harkened back to the simpler (more affordable) beach vacations of our childhood —if we’d had WiFi and air conditioning back then. If you want fancy or luxurious look elsewhere (and pay a heck of a lot more for it). But if you’re searching for an old-school beach, mini-golf (directly across the street)’ and ice cream vacation any one of the four compact cottages at 2 Fish Cay would fit the bill."

We have had more fun checking guests in personally and telling them about our Outer Banks than you know and can't wait for future guests to come enjoy any one of our places. Mom made them super cute and beach themed. If you wanted to go on vacation with some other families but like your space also, we have the spot for you and our family restaurant , the Dunes is right behind you for breakfast, dinner, carry out and a full bar with no driving required. Our places are safe and secure with storage for beach gear.
In the event of a hurricane or threat of one and you need to cancel. Not a problem! We give a full refund. We do not wish to profit from a storm and we will hope you can rebook at a future date and pick us and Nags Head year after year.

The beach accesses
By close they are 50 yards on each side. The one to the north does have an out door shower and foot wash, but there is also a water hose on the north side of the house. If is blowing be sure to wash off your car. There is a spacious front porch to enjoy your coffee and catch a glimpse of the ocean and a back deck for a cocktail and a sunset you won't forget. Want to bring your boat? Not a problem. We have plenty of room to put even the biggest of trailer-able boats. There is lots to do. A 1000 foot pier, Jennette's, operated by the North Carolina Aquarium, is half a mile away for fishing and just to walk. Putt putt, go carts, and jet skis are across the street on the sound side, along with a public access. There are 10 restaurants within 3 miles. Fishing charters are available within a short drive down to Pirates Cove Marina. Nags Head Golf Links is 1 mile away with links style golf at its finest. Need someone to play with? Just let me know! They also gave me some discount cards. Hatteras ferry dock is an hour a way to the island of Ocracoke. My Family owns and operates the Dunes Restaurant for the past 34 years. We love the area and know you will have a great time staying here with us in Nags Head.

On Roanoke Island you will find a bunch of stuff to do. One is the North Carolina Aquarium. Its one of several in the NC system and also hooked to Jennetts Pier. Its a good go to for the whole family, I like to take a date there to kill some time on a cloudy day. Lots of animals and fish and even a jelly fish viewing. For the price its worth is. There is also the Lost Colony play that recreates the first English settlement in 1587 and what they think happened. It only plays in summer though. Most of the actors are college students in preforming arts. It has true story behind it, Indians and gun fights, Singing and Dancing, and great costumes. Its 20 for any seat and 25 or 30 and you get to go back stage.
In downtown Manteo there are shops from fine art to beach stuff, 4 restaurants, one with a brewery, a distillery, a child play ground, a replica of a light house, my grandad was stationed on the real one, a historic boat building shop, some charter boats for hire, a pirate ship, and the oldest family run movie theater, that is only 7 per person and they have great popcorn.

- "Our family had a great stay - host was very attentive to any needs we had and very hospitable. The cottage is a duplex but very quiet never even heard the other guests staying right next door. Decor was tasteful and beach themed just as captured in photos and very comfortable. Felt like home away from home. Lots of great local restaurants nearby (our favorite was the Dune’s) which we could walk to for breakfast and dinner. Back porch provides great view of sunset or short walk / drive to park across 158 for a view over the sound. Beach was amazing and was a 2 minute walk each morning. Its a good go to for the whole family, I like to take a date there to kill some time on a cloudy day. Lots of animals and fish and even a jelly fish viewing. For the price its worth is. There is also the Lost Colony play that recreates the first English settlement in 1587 and what they think happened. It only plays in summer though. Most of the actors are college students in preforming arts. It has true story behind it, Indians and gun fights, Singing and Dancing, and great costumes. Its 20 for any seat and 25 or 30 and you get to go back stage.
In downtown Manteo there are shops from fine art to beach stuff, 4 restaurants, one with a brewery, a distillery, a child play ground, a replica of a light house, my grandad was stationed on the real one, a historic boat building shop, some charter boats for hire, a pirate ship, and the oldest family run movie theater, that is only 7 per person and they have great popcorn.

A dog-friendly cottage with a studio layout, Kemp & Olive features a well-equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV, WiFi, cable, a shared washer & dryer, and a mini-split heating & air conditioning system for optimal temperature control. The outdoor area offers an outdoor shower, charcoal grill, an outdoor hose, and a backyard firepit – B.Y.O firewood and smores!! For your convenience, the cottage has a cart for hauling your beach gear to and from the sand.

Linens and cleaning are included in the rate. Linens are provided by an independent vendor (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, sheets). Bed will be made when you arrive!

Located on the beach road, the property is just a short walk away from a beautiful beach access over a natural dune on Grouse Street (see aerial photos above). One of two cottages onsite, Kemp and Olive is one of just a handful of cottage courts still in existence in Nags Head.

In addition to many local retail shops, fine and casual dining establishments and grocery stores, the cottage is also close to many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (less than one mile away), the North Carolina Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet.

There is a two-dog maximum, we do not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the cottage. The cottage is not handicap accessible. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

Peppers is a cozy cottage for 2 people that is located on the ocean side. Only about a 150 feet to the beach.

This cottage may look rustic on the outside but it is just right for a romantic getaway!
Pepper's has a queen bed and one full bathroom. There is an outside shower also.
The kitchen is fully equipped so dinner is a snap! We have updated the kitchen and added a dishwasher. We even have an air fryer and a crock pot.

The living area includes comfortable furnishings, SMART TV with DVD player and free WI-Fi Internet access.

The deck is spacious. Also provided is a deck furniture, a charcoal grill, and clothes line.

Cottage #4 is very unique to the outer banks; it is a one-bedroom cottage. It is perfect for couples who want to spend time at the beach in a well-appointed space without distraction from others. The cottage has a large great room with living, dining, kitchen, and desk space. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (linens and towels NOT provided) and tiled bath with tub/shower combination. Cottage #4 has a wrap-around porch that has a seating area to enjoy your favorite beverages at and a private outdoor dining area. There also is a patio in the rose garden for sunning on days that the beach may be a little too cool. Check in is at 4 and check out is at 10.

Dogs are welcome, we try to keep it to 2 (the cottages are primarily for folks). $125 for the first two and $100 each after that.

Also unique to the Outer Banks, Cottage #4 is available for nightly stays even during the summer. In the summer we do have a 3-night minimum.

This 2 bedroom and 1 bath is Flat top Cottage has a classic beach box look with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. We are super excited with this property due to the Nags Head location, the extra room in the front of the living room and the walk in shower. The cottage is located at mile post 16 with 10 restaurants with in 2 miles, putt putt, go carts, water sports and a Nags Head golf Links close by also. There is The Nags Head Outlet mall across the street with Eddie Bower, Coach, Polo and a bunch more.
The location in Nags Head makes it easy to go anywhere on the beach, north to Jockey's Ridge, largest sand dune on the east coast, or south to Hatteras to see the Cape Hatteras Light House. There are two beach access close enough you don' t need to drive. By close they are 50 yards on each side. The one to the north does have an out door shower and foot wash, but there is also a water hose on the north side of the house. The town of Manteo is 10 min away and worth a trip downtown with more shops, restaurants, and a brewery and distillery. A walk on the the waterfront dock is always relaxing.

We have had more fun checking guests in personally and telling them about our Outer Banks than you know and can't wait for future guests to come enjoy any one of our places. Mom made them super cute and beach themed. If you wanted to go on vacation with some other families but like your space also, we have the spot for you and our family restaurant , the Dunes is right behind you for breakfast, dinner, carry out and a full bar with no driving required. Our places are safe and secure with storage for beach gear.
In the event of a hurricane or threat of one and you need to cancel. Not a problem! We give a full refund. We do not wish to profit from a storm and we will hope you can rebook at a future date and pick us and Nags Head year after year.

There is WiFi and a smart TV. The out front room is a cute place to take a nap under the ceiling fan on the plush couch, or finish up the book you started earlier on the beach. and a place mom and dad could catch up while the kids watch a movie.

- "Clean" - "For those people looking for elegant, upper crust accommodations, this isn’t your place. These cottages were built a long time ago, and is a reflection of what I would describe as “fishing cabins”. Wood paneling and ceilings throughout, small but adequate kitchenette. There’s a nice, large HDTV, queen bed in one room, two twins in the second bedroom. The cottage is centrally located on the beach road, away from the major traffic on the bypass. It is in the middle of the Outer Banks, so either direction is an adventure. You cannot see the ocean from the cottage due to the extensive buildings on the ocean side of the beach road, as well as the sand dunes, which help to protect the properties. We chose this location to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. In researching rentals, I found these cottages (there are a total of 5), to be among the very few that accommodate just two people. Most sleep 6 up to 20, and are priced accordingly. Also, the cottages are pet friendly, which isn’t easy to find. Our 2 labs were right at home. The front porch has comfortable chairs, and a gate to contain pets or children. It makes for a relaxing afternoon, and was enjoyable to get to know the like-minded neighbors! A large variety of restaurants are close, or just fix a meal in the kitchen or on the available grills. It’s the perfect get-away for retirees or “red-necks”……like us!"

Located in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on a dead-end road on the west side of the "bypass" in Nags Head, the cottage has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds and is located on the ground floor adjacent to the living room and bathroom. The second bedroom is an open "loft" bedroom with a queen-size bed and futon sitting area. The kitchen is a basic but functional galley-style kitchen and is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, and glassware. The living area features an electric fireplace (not available for use June- August). There is lots of deck space to enjoy the outdoors with Nags Head Hammock's swing and chair, outdoor dining table and chairs with umbrella, and a park-style charcoal grill.

You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The closest beach access does have a lifeguard stand. There is also Barne's Street park on the sound side with walking trails through the woods that lead to the sound. (Perfect light hike for those with kids!)

We provide the first roll of toilet paper and paper towels but additional needs are guests' responsibility.

Beds will be freshly made and one set of bath towels per person (based on the occupancy you indicated) will be provided. Guests must bring their own beach towels.

Small, non-shedding breed dogs, (under 30lbs.) can be accommodated for a fee. Guests must agree to not leave pets in the house unattended and to not allow pets on the second level of the home. From this property, there is a paved pedestrian / bike path on the bypass 1.3 miles north of Jockey's Ridge State Park, for sound side beach access and the most amazing sunsets. You can head north on the path all the way to Kill Devil Hills with many restaurants* along the way. For sunsets even closer (0.8 miles), ride / walk west on Villa Dunes drive that also ends at the sound.

Guest access
The home is a single floor on stilts (it's the beach). The front door opens to the well appointed living area and kitchen. A hallway leads to the guest room, full guest bath, and office. Internet WIFI access is provided and there are shelves of wonderful books on many topics (Outer Banks topics, travel, health, nutrition, Yoga, among many others). The large deck with grill are on same level at the back of the house, with a table and chairs to eat outside under the stars and chairs to lounge and relax. No shoes, no shirt, no problem. The entire home is available for your enjoyment and privacy. At the kitchen counter there are local magazines listing a calendar of events on what’s going on in the Outer Banks and what to do to have fun.

You will find local coffee houses, ice cream shop, and surf shops are within minutes of our home. Surf, sand, shopping, and dining are within walking or a short drive away.

COVID-19 Friendly - Separate Entrance, Routine cleaning & Sanitized Space! Blue Heaven celebrates surf, sand, and sun, and is a great location to many local amenities. The centrally air-conditioned lower unit apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and washer and dryer. There is a large 60” flat screen TV in the living room area, and WIFI internet service is provided. Guests will also find a front porch sitting area, for relaxing and enjoying a cool beverage. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your beach day. The home has 2 parking spaces. Pamlico Point Surf Break Cottage (upper unit) is also available for rent. There is a strict "no noise" ordinance in this residential neighborhood. We ask you to keep noise level down, and to be respectful of the guests in the unit above you. NO PARTYING, EVENTS, HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

You and your guests will have access to the first floor of our cottage. You can also utilize the convenient, outdoor shower after a day at the beach or charcoal grill on the property. Both the outdoor shower and the charcoal grill is shared between the up and downstairs units. The upper unit, Pamlico Point Surf Break, is available for rent if you need additional space. Both units share the private outdoor shower.

The space
The Little White House cottage was built in the 50's and is neighboring many of our family members and friends. The cottage was renovated in 2019 including the bathroom and a new kitchen and large deck. We wanted this to be a comfortable place for our family and decided to open it up to others when we are not able to use it.

After a beautiful day at the beach, the front porch is the perfect place to enjoy the rocking chair with a cocktail in hand. You will enjoy relaxing in the clean and comfortable living space or having dinner on the back deck. Eating in is easy in the well appointed kitchen or you can easily walk, drive or uber to the many restaurants that are close by. A dedicated work space makes it easy to work remotely.

A wonderful outdoor shower is available in addition to tile shower in the newly renovated bathroom.

ALL GUESTS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN A DIRECT MESSAGE TO ME FOR ALL INQUIRIES & BOOKINGS:

1) How many guests will be joining you, and list their ages. Must be 25 years old to book unless I approve under special circumstances.

2) If bringing a dog, please provide information regarding their age, size, breed, how many, can barking be controlled and are they house trained. 1st dog is $25.00 and each additional dog is $50.00 (total, not per night). You are required to clean up droppings in the yard (bring you own pooh bags or scooper, and do not throw pooh directly into garbage bin without a bag). Please help with dog hair inside. If they mess inside, you must clean it up and inform us so we can follow-up.

3) Will you be:
- Bringing your own linens (bedding, comforters and towels),
- Laundering and folding them yourself and replacing them in their respective places (no charge),
- Or, paying for linen/laundry service? $10.00 per load. First one is on me and free of charge, but it will include the couch covers that must be used during your stay. Average cost is usually between $10-$30 for most stays.
- The house is fully stocked with everything you need whether you request linens or not. Please do not mix up the linens. Each set of linens is stored in that respective room's closet.

DISCOUNTS: All returning guests will get a discount so long as they keep the place tidy. For guests with dogs, I will either discount or not charge a pet fee for returning guests, so long as droppings are picked up outside (required), and you help with pet hair inside before departure.

The Home:

• Located right across the street from the beach near Mile Post 14. This is for Unit C located furthest from the lot entrance near the field.

• This a 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom House (1-King Bed, 1-Queen Bed and a Full Over Full Bunk). Master has full bath while the other two share a bathroom.

• This is a cottage court with three beach cottages on the same lot with a big field at the end of it. Each has its own space and more separation between the houses than you would find at most OBX Homes (about 20 ft between homes). Units A and B have fences around the yards. Ask me if you'd like to rent multiple units.

• Covered Deck, Outside Shower (left of the house), New Gel Memory Foam Mattresses, High Speed Wifi, a Smart TV in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, Washer and Dryer located in the storage room under the house. The code is the same as the upstairs lock.

• Open Concept Living Room leading to an updated Kitchen with Stainless Appliances.

• Coffee maker (bring filters just in case), blender, cookware, dinnerware etc. I've even had guests make Thanksgiving Dinner here.

• Plenty of room for the kids to play on the concrete slab under the house if it is raining.

• The large driveway has more than enough parking for all guests but also has some overflow parking on the grass by the fence. Try to keep it to 2 cars but 3 is ok with advanced notice.

• Beach Access: Accesses to the north and south of the Holiday Inn which is a 2 min walk. The quickest Beach Access is to the left (north) of the Holiday Inn on Small Street. However, it is just a pedestrian access. There is a parking lot across the street. To the Right (South) of the Holiday Inn, there is a larger beach access with Parking, an Outdoor Shower and Port-A-Potty on Enterprise St.

• Bring your own Toilet paper and Paper towels. Limited shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel roll are provided, but sometimes may not be available. This is not a hotel but a home away from home and I can't grocery shop for guests. Sorry.

• Beds will not be made. You will arrive with them folded either on the bed or placed in the closets and in the bins. This is done so that if guests elect to bring their own linens, my cleaners don't have to make a separate trip for each guest to make beds. Most guests elect to bring their own.

• Checkin is at 4 PM and Checkout is at 10 AM. Do not ask for late checkouts or early checkins until the night before or morning of. I usually have same day checkouts and checkins, and my cleaners need time to get the places ready.

• Trash goes out Mondays and Fridays (Take trash to the curb the night before since they come early

Essentially the rules are, If you break it you replace it. If you have a dog then I hope you invest a little more cleanup time to pickup after the dog for offering such a unique service. Have fun. I'm much more laid back than you realize and there are regulations to prevent damage to my home so that others can enjoy it for years to come.

We provide Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Dish Soap and Cleaning Supplies. Do not take the containers please.

Things We Recommend You Bring Along:

Bring your own toilet paper and consumables. We provide enough so you are equipped upon arrival, but the host cannot be expected to grocery shop for an entire house with several people.

Items such as beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys will not be provided. Also, child-safety items such as outlet covers and baby gates are not provided. Make sure to bring these items with you! Bring your coffee, food, beverage and hygiene supplies.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cottage by the Sea is located in South Nags Head, in a quiet, family-oriented cottage court. The delightful sound of waves breaking on the beach is the background noise. A screened porch and sun-deck is on the oceanside for enjoying the sea and sun.

The space
Cottage By The Sea is about 800 square feet in size, and sits on the dune-line at the seashore. Inside are juniper walls, central heat and air, and wireless internet. There are three bedrooms; the Captain's Room has a queen bed, twin bed, and half-bath; the 'Shell' bedroom with queen bed and child's bed; and the "Lighthouse" room has one queen bed. In the hallway is a full bath and high efficiency washer and dryer. The living room has a Lazy Boy recliner, cable tv with sports channels, and dvd player. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, cookware, and appliances. Underneath the cottage is room for parking and an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. The cottage is elevated on the dune-line, but only 10 steps up. Near the steps is a park-style BBQ grill.

The property has stairs, which requires you to use, in order to access the cottage. Please note, there is sand underneath the house as well as sand on walking paths, streets, deck and patio.

Walking distance to a coffee shop, ice cream, surf shops, Dowdy Park, and the YMCA

The space
Located in a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on a dead-end street on the west side of the "bypass" in Nags Head convenient to driving to attractions in Manteo and Hatteras and Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head. The cottage has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a single over double bunkbed and is located on the ground floor adjacent to the living room and bathroom. The second bedroom is an open "loft" overlooking the living area with a queen-size bed and futon sitting area. The basic but functional galley-style kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, and glassware. The living area features an electric fireplace (not available for use June- August). There is lots of deck space to enjoy the outdoors with Nags Head Hammock's swing and chair, an outdoor dining table and chairs with an umbrella, and a park-style charcoal grill.

Guest access
You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The closest beach access does have a lifeguard stand. There is also Barne's Street park on the soundside with walking trails through the woods that lead to the sound. (Perfect light hike for those with kids!)

Other things to note
We provide the first roll of toilet paper and paper towels but additional needs are guests' responsibility.

Beds will be freshly made and one set of bath towels per person (based on the occupancy you indicated) will be provided. Guests must bring their own beach towels.

Small dogs (under 30 lbs.) and non-shedding breeds accepted with prior approval ONLY. Guests must agree to only allow them on the ground level of the house and to not leave at the house unattended or uncrated. Crate should be placed on the provided floor mat. Pet fee is $50 per day or $150 per week.

While extremely rare, we are not responsible for power outages or other weather-related issues beyond our control.

You will be required to provide a copy of your ID and sign a rental agreement as a condition of booking. No one under 25 and no party groups. Occupancy of more than the allowed guests is grounds for immediate eviction.

Bungalow in the heart of Nags Head. 1 block to 2 public beach accesses. Walking or biking distance to popular restaurants (Tortugas Lie, Bootie Treats Ice Cream, Red Drum, and Kill Devil Grill) + night life (Lucky 12, Swellsa Brewing). Close to Jockeys Ridge.

4 bikes (various sizes). Linens (beach towels, sheets + blankets), beach gear (umbrella, toys, boogie boards, chairs, surf boards + fishing rods)+ activities (board/card games, dvr).

Its a great location but a small house, bedrooms don't have closets but all rooms have small dressers. Suitcase stands are available in all rooms and several hooks on the back of all the bedroom doors.
