Enjoy an extended stay in my beautiful home in Norfolk! Centrally located a short distance from the beach, this home is a comfortable place to stay. You have a private room with a full-size bed, personal work-station, dresser, Smart TV, and closet. I rent 2 separate rooms which guests share a dedicated personal bathroom. Shared common areas include a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a large back yard w/ a swim spa, barbecue area with table and chairs.

The space
You are renting a single room within a home. The home comes with dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry room. WIFI consists of high-speed fiber internet, a smart tv in each bedroom and one 85" smart tv in the living room.

Easy check in with keyless entry. However, you will also be provided with a key for added security.

Large fenced in backyard, with patio, furniture, gas grill and swim spa.

Parking for 3 vehicles

I rent 2 rooms, so all areas are available but may be shared. The bathroom is dedicated to guests. If only one room is rented, it will be private for the sole guest.

One room is locked, otherwise guests will have access to the entire home, Also, the shed in the backyard is not accessible to guests.

During your stay
You will be provided with my phone number for any issues you may encounter. Check in is pain free, but I am available 24 hours for any problems.

Other things to note
1. Smoking of any sort (including vaping) is not allowed inside A $500 fee applies if smoking inside to remove odor.
2. Drug use inside the property is absolutely prohibited.
3. Parties and excessively loud music are not allowed.
4. Additional guests - This property is listed for 4 overnight guests total. If you plan to have additional visitors, please share the details with me for approval. Non-disclosed guests will be charged $50/day.
5. The cancellation policy is available before booking. No exceptions will be made if the booking is on the non-refundable period. Airbnb offers a travel insurance policy during the booking period, offered by a 3rd party. We encourage you to get travel insurance for your trip.
6. Pets - only dogs are allowed, but please clean up after it. An additional $50 fee will apply if my cleaning service must pick up after the dog (feces, excessive hair, etc).

Please note we have 2 cameras on the exterior of the home only due to Norfolk city permit requirements. One at the front of the home and one in the backyard. The camera at the back of the home does not face the hot tub for your privacy. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels on the property and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does not record conversation, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!

30+ day stays require background check, lease, and deposit after booking. Booking will be canceled if not completed. All stays over 30 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.

I run a UVC air purifier 24/7 in the LR for your add protection. There is also an ozone air purifier in the LR that will remove smoke odor that may be on guess clothes.
The front porch light and rear porch light switches should remain on at all times since these are smart bulbs that will turn on and off automatically.
The HVAC temperature set to run on a weekly schedule.
