A few comments for improvement - the front left kitchen stove burner doesn't work, we were supplied with 4 toilet paper rolls, not the advertised 1, and we didn't have enough bathroom hand soap for the week. The kitchen would also benefit from having a cutting board. Overall, wonderful cute place. If we're ever in the area again, we'd choose your apartment!"

You can see the ocean and hear the waves from the front porch. We LOVED that it was dog friendly which was our main reason for renting it in the first place. The kitchen has essentials (pots pans silverware glasses coffee mugs) but don’t expect extras, just plan to bring them. There are some nails that are starting to come up out of the wood in the front porch but it isn’t horrible. All in all, we had an amazing stay at this property, would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with pets who still wants beach front without paying a crazy amount of money. Loved it here! Good value for a nice rental."

- "I am giving this house 5 stars because of its location and views. We are not picky people and we barely spend any time in the house, so it was perfect for us. We had a really easy walk across the street to the beach; however, some people may have trouble accessing the house if they do not have a vehicle with 4WD or all wheel drive as everything is covered in sand. Thankfully, we had our truck so there weren't any issues. If you plan to cook a lot of meals in the house, you may want to bring some cooking utensils and a couple pots and pans. We ate out most of the time, but when we did cook we had to get a little creative with what was available. When we got there we noticed there was a coffee maker that was missing the pot. We reported the issue and a new coffee maker was delivered to us the next day. We also reported that the toaster did not work unless you stood there and manually held the lever down, but that was never replaced. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. The place seemed clean, the bathroom was large, it was pet friendly, close to the beach and it was perfect for what we needed."
