Come enjoy a stay in our cozy Oceanside Beach Studio, with community access (only 200 yards away) to the serene beach of Hatteras Village. Enjoy a fishing trip on one of the many charters out of Hatteras Marina, just down the road, or even some surf fishing on the beach. If fishing isn't your thing, come relax on the beautiful beach and watch the waves come and go. If you want outdoor activities try kite surfing, wind surfing or surfing in the OBX. There are also kayak tours and dolphin watching tours available nearby. Relax and enjoy the sand between your toes at e=msea2.

This elevated beach studio is about a mile from the Ocracoke Ferry in Hatteras Village. And is conveniently located near many restaurants and local shopping.

This cottage is offering up its studio apartment, for your enjoyment. The studio apartment has one queen bed and a sleeper sofa, newly renovated kitchen and updated designer bathroom. This unit sleeps 2 (or up to 4 using the sleeper sofa) and has a fully stocked kitchen, TV, DVD player, stereo, and access to a washer and dryer (on the property) as well as access to the large deck, with a hot tub and grill. We are also including wireless internet access and cable TV. Enjoy views of the Pamlico Sound from this cozy studio with your family or friends.

We try not to rent both houses when one is rented out. We strongly encourage you to get vacation insurance, during hurricane season, as road closures will be expected.

Big Pool, Two Marinas, Best Beach right across the road and the Orcacoke Ferry all right out of your doorstep. Hatteras Landing shops and restaurants all within in a very short walk. You can rent golf carts, bicycles, kayaks, SUPs or Charter a Boat for Fishing. Slash Creek Outfitters are recommended for rentals. . King Bed and Queen Sofa Sleeper with memory foam will sleep 4. Kitchen with New Appliances including a convection oven for all your cooking needs. New Carpet, Furniture, and Doors. First Floor poolside!!!

Our Villa is one of only 8 that has a first floor rear patio exit (most desired)..You can park right outside your door. New Passenger Ferry to Ocracoke so you may never even need your car during your visit unless you want to drive out on one of the many beach accesses. Public Beach Access and shower is right out the door across the road (one block) Free Laundry and Ice on site. Two Gas Grills by the pool. 50" LED TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Actual pictures of the unit so you know what you are getting. All are similar but owners do upgrades on their own. Our unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex.
No check in is required because there is a key pad.. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. Linens are included in all rentals. Just bring your beach gear. (some chairs and umbrellas may be on the back porch but I can't guarantee it)
Bikes, kayaks, etc. are available for rent in town. Pool/Grills are open April 1st to October 31st.

Great proximity to local restaurants and stores not to mention the ferry. Take a side trip to Ocracoke. Oh, and wait... short drive to Ramp 55, one of the best ocean beaches around, just a few minutes away. When you get back from the beach pop into the outdoor shower and rinse off in the open air. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and it was great to have a fridge/freezer/coffee maker/microwave. The clean towels were plentiful and the water was hot. The Reel Struggle here will be leaving! This quaint beach box has been renovated from top to bottom. The waterfront views are fantastic. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood perfect for biking, riding a bike, just taking a stroll. A short walk will get you to the private beach access as well.
Real Struggle is a classic 2 bedroom/2 bath beach cottage. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. New kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, and a custom live edge cedar bar/table. Laundry includes both full size washer and dryer. Living room has a large sectional sofa as well as a flat screen TV and Bose bluetooth sound bar. In the Sunroom we have a Queen sleeper sofa and amazing views! Primary bedroom has a King bed, while secondary bedroom has a tiered bunk with a Queen on the bottom and a full on the top. - "Great place! We will come back. " - "The unit is nice and decorated good. The bed was comfortable so that was a plus.We rent a cottage for a week every year and often go down for a couple of days. About 50 % of the time the beds and pillows are terrible. People pay a lot of money to go on vacation and should be able to rest in comfort.Only issue. The pillows are thick and hard. my wife slept with a couple of beach towels in a pillowcase and basically ended up throwing that on the floor. One of them was soft enough for for me. She doesn't complain at all and just lived with it. We would stay here again and should have brought our pillows like we usually do. "

Easy beach access, plenty of space. The only thing I could suggest is the comforters on the beds need replaced and the whole house had sand all over all the floors. - "This was one of the best maintained places we have rented in many years of going to OBX and with other companies. The house was as described. It was well-furnished and the dining area could hold all of us when the whole family gathered. Balconies are great with a good view toward the ocean and over the woods in the other direction. Beautiful sunsets! The porch and grill next the kitchen is very convenient. Easy access to beach and shopping. Though minor, it was annoying and perplexing to find the kitchen stripped bare of supplies upon arrival (no dish soap, sponge, paper towel, coffee filters, spices, ie, stuff at least usually left by prior renters), and no toilet paper in any bathroom. A bag left with small toilet paper rolls was not enough for the number of bathrooms. The need to run to the store after late arrival for basic essentials could easily be made unnecessary. Overall, we highly recommend the house."

- "This was a great stay for my family with a total of 6 adults and 3 kids 3 and under. The beach walkway was right beside the car port and was so easy to get to. The house was nice and clean. Very organized and easy to find everything. When there was an issue, we got immediate feedback and results. The maintenance staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The elevator was so convenient to get food and luggage up to the necessary floors. Overall, great place and recommend for larger groups!"

While the Outer Banks is a place overflowing with culture and history, this village - located after driving down the sometimes pencil-thin straights of Highway 12 - is at the very bottom of Hatteras Island, itself one of the south barrier islands of the OBX. This community is one of fisherman, of sea-frosted homes and independent methods for living life to the fullest, and, firmly nestled at the end of this community, resides the Villas of Hatteras Landing.

With a king bed and queen-sized sleeper sofa, this cozy little one-bedroom condo can accommodate up to four guests with ease. Throughout the interior, pictures of sea-life have been hung to remind vacationers of the nautical history that is prolific throughout the OBX and particularly prevalent in Hatteras. Welcome to Kim's Place where you can Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a mile away from the best restaurants on the island and beautiful beaches. The ferry to Ocracoke and marinas and just a little over a mile away. You are also a minute away from golf cart and kayak rentals, the grocery store and more.

Room 2 is a spacious room with a Queen bed. It is located on the second floor of the house where you will share a bathroom with room 1. There is also a shared sitting area with coffee maker and refrigerator on the first floor.

There are signs to show where to park. You have a private entrance at the back of the house where you will be parking. The door to the right of the steps will lead to the shared sitting area and the stairs to the rooms on the second floor.

Located in Hatteras Village in a quiet neighborhood where you are just a mile away from some of the best restaurants on the island and beautiful beaches. Also, right down the road from the grocery store, library, golf cart and kayak rentals. The ferry to the neighboring island of Ocracoke is just a little over a mile and also the Marinas where you can book a fishing, shelling or clamming charter for a fun day.

This room is spacious with a King bed. Located on the second floor of my home. You have a shared bathroom ,Also a common area with coffee maker, refrigerator and sitting area. There is a private entrance and packing in the back of the house.

The space
Island Time is a free-standing cottage on stilts with parking for one vehicle underneath. The cottage is small so we have tried to maximize the space in an efficient yet tasteful way. The bed has a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress with a gel mattress topper. It's comfy! Linens are provided.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and body boards are provided so you can immediately enjoy the warm sunshine on the beach. Bath towels are provided! Please bring your own beach towels.

The kitchen is well-stocked so you'll have what you need to prepare meals. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are provided on the grounds for those of you who grill-masters. Local restaurants are known for their great-tasting fresh seafood.

Wifi is provided so you can stream movies or TV shows from your favorite entertainment platforms.
