The space
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. This is our guest home/mother in law suite so we do live on the property as well. You have a private entrance and separate property for complete privacy. Do note to get to second bedroom you must go through first bedroom.
Guest access
The guest have access to the full upstairs of the guest suite property. Note that 2nd bedroom is connected to first bedroom. As in you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other.

It's 3 miles to the Portsmouth Naval Hospital and 2 miles to the Naval shipyard.
