K-Town Kottage is a detached and private guest house that was built in 2020. The guest house is located in a good, safe neighborhood, within the city limits.
The space
The guest house consists of a living room/kitchen combination, 1-bedroom and 1-full bath (see attached sketch in photos). The interior has LVP flooring, granite kitchen & bath countertops, full size built-in appliances and a walk-in shower. There is an 8x16 covered porch on the front side of the guest house. The living area is approximately 400 sq. ft. There is a dedicated and convenient concrete parking space for the guest, located adjacent to the unit.
The guest house is within one mile of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, parks, numerous churches and the local hospital. The downtown area is approximately two miles away.

You may see or encounter wildlife during your stay, including but not limited to deer, fox, possums, raccoons, mice, spiders, bees, wasps, ants, and other bugs. These creature reside in nature and we have no control over where they go, therefore we do not refund if you choose not to stay because of them. The property is regularly sprayed for insects, but some will occasionally sneak in. No pesticides, herbicides, traps, or poisons are permitted.

Here at Four Seasons your privacy and security are paramount to us. For that reason I require 24 hour access to all common areas of the house ie; The foyer, den, hallways, kitchen, utility facilities, back and front yards, and all closets to ensure proper security, maintenance, and guest services. I'm an on-site host who stays in my upstairs private apartment/pool house on the property. My visibility as your host will be minimized as much as possible. If I'm not here in person I will always be a phone call or text away.
