I recommend a Robe to walk to and from shower. Please check the photos of this space. The Bathroom with Toilet and Vanity are in a separate space than the shower and also shown in the photos. The Laundry Room is in a room at the back of the main house and is also shared by the camping guests between 10am & 10pm. There is a Gas Grill and a Fire Pit, Picnic Tables and Patio in the Common Area between the Campers. You will see dogs, cats and typical North Carolina insects as you are “camping” :-)

This 1949 Spartan Aircraft Trailer is a post-war slice of Americana. There’s just a feeling of connecting to the simpler things in life, and a connection to an era gone by. Detail and quality were at the forefront of manufacturing in the USA during this time at the dawn of the 50’s. It’s a surviving trailer, 80% original. Some modern upgrades and updating have been done but you are very much stepping straight into the past when you enter this Spartan and it’s rural residential surroundings.

The space
Individual use enclosed locking Toilet and Shower Facilities are outdoors, in shared spaces. The common area also includes a Fire Pit, Picnic Tables, Gas Grill, and Laundry Room. The Back Yard setting has strung lighting above and walking paths. The camper itself has running water at the kitchen sink. Please remember you’re camping. the camper is equipped with a dual hot plate, Convection Oven, and small Refrigerator. Some closets and cabinets are empty for guest to use. We are working on restoring this survivor in between guests so it’s not perfect yet, but already has great vibes :-)

I’m sorry to have to announce this, but no animals can be in this space. I am very allergic to cats and dogs. I’ve had years of extensive allergy shots and been allergic my whole life with swelling eyes, sinus infections and shortness of breath due to spaces where animals have been. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting my condition. I love animals despite not being able to enjoy them fully.

Second floor of recently-built garage apartment in a charming, peaceful Durham neighborhood. Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost.

I am renting a personal garage ( some of my items are still in the studio) studio near downtown Durham. The space is a WIP but has essential amenities. It features a sleeping area, a basic kitchenette with a mini fridge and countertop, and a compact bathroom with modern fixtures.

The bedroom and bathroom located on the second floor. The split unit AC is upstairs to keep bedroom cool.

The space
The Blue Garage Studio is a simple, functional space with all the essentials. It features a queen bed on the second floor, a loft bed, and a sleeping sofa, allowing up to four people to stay comfortably. While basic in design, the studio provides a cozy and practical setup for guests looking for a convenient place to stay.

Please note the main bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor. The stairs leading to the second floor have a partial curve in their design thus, perhaps if you find it difficult to use stairs, this is not the most suitable place for you.

The first floor has a sink, a sleeping sofa, and a loft bed.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me. I promise to respond to the best of my ability because I do not intend to make your stay unhappy and I rather have you book another place than mine if it does not suit your expectations.

It is connected to the main house and has a parking space. The property has free-roaming cats and chickens, and it's near a busy road. If you're considering bringing a dog, please check with me first.
