Our master suite is perfect because of the incredibly comfortable King size bed, attached bathroom, and large closet.
The space
You will love our incredibly comfortable King size bed with its tempur-pedic mattress! The attached bathroom has everything you need with dual vanity sinks, shower, and a garden tub. The closet is oversized with plenty of storage for long term stays. This master suite is attached to our home, but you will have a separate entrance off of our deck. Because it is attached to our home, expect to hear some foot traffic and family noise. There is a 43 inch TV that comes with Roku, Netflix, and Hulu. And of course, wifi is available, too. Coffee and breakfast bars will be provided for all our guests. Our deck, deck furniture and BBQ grill are shared spaces that our family will share with you. Our washer and dryer are available upon request for our longer staying guests. We believe in living in a non toxic environment as much as possible, so our guest room is cleaned with all organic, non-toxic products, and will not have any fragrances except for possibly diffused essential oils.
Other things to note
Because of the corona virus, we are taking extra efforts to clean all surfaces with disinfectant, and wash all sheets and towels in hot water. We also have a high quality HEPA air filter we will place in the room for several hours before each guest arrives. You can feel safe staying in your secluded part of our home! This is also a great place to "shelter in place" for a longer period of time! We have 20% discount for month long stays. We're happy to let you use our washer and dryer and anything else you need!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, private studio apartment. This stay is perfect for trips, medical professionals, college visits, etc. It is centrally located in the historic district of York Chester for travel to nearby activities as well as Charlotte without being in the big city. It’s a three minute drive to the FUSE District (Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment) and is south of Downtown Gastonia.

The space
This one large room studio is located above a detached garage. One flight up from deck stairs leads to the patio and entrance. The studio is comfortable for two with one queen sized bed. In a pinch, the sofa can convert to a queen sized bed as well. A maximum of 4 (2 people per bed) would be doable but tight space-wise with little privacy. Home cooked meals may be prepared in the well-stocked kitchenette and table extensions raised for dining. A wall mounted television is provided for entertainment.
Note: Driveway and carport limit vehicles to 7’3”H x 7’3”W. Parking is in backyard. There is no parking on street.

The craftsman style carriage house is self check-in with ample storage, washer/dryer, 3 closets, loveseat, queen bed, work desk, full kitchen, and shower/tub. The apartment is on the second story of the carriage house above the garage.

The space is carefully cleaned by the owner using only natural cleaning supplies made with Doterra essential oils.

However, I wanted to let you know that our backyard is a shared space. Don't be surprised if you catch a glimpse of us or our two adorable daughters having a blast outside. They like to be out there, playing, splashing around in the pool, or relaxing in our hot tub.

The space
You will fall in love with this place before you arrive!

The first thing you will notice is the gorgeous backyard with outdoor furniture and many spots to enjoy a hot coffee or a nice chat!

When you walk through the door you will find yourselves in an amazing space. The kitchenette, sitting and sleeping areas combined.

Prepare something delicious! The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and electric stove. Spacious breakfast bar to enjoy your creations and of course, a coffee machine waiting for you, with our custom blend from local roasters Enderly Coffee!!

Enjoy the big comfy couch and massive TV screen to watch your favorite shows. In the same space you have a cozy queen size bed to enjoy some quality sleep and of course air conditioning and heat so you never have worry about room temperature!

The decoration is modern. Relax while lying on the comfortable bed. Big wardrobe in the bedroom to store your luggage and organize your clothes, this space is designed to recharge your batteries after a full day!

Crystal clear bathroom with the beloved rain shower, offering all basic essentials and amenities to elevate your experience, relaxing your muscles completely after an adventurous day spent viewing the top sights of Charlotte.

Guests are welcome to the common areas in the back yard. Please keep to the walking trails. Please do use the rear access gate to dispose of rubbish.

Use of the main house, including the front and back porch, the front yard, gas and electric grills, fire pit, and storage shed are not intended for guest use.

* Stay on the stone path and avoid walking on grass or vegetation.
* This property is located in Charlotte, so expect typical city sounds (construction, pets, traffic, aircraft, yard work, etc.).
* The unit and main house have video doorbells and cameras on the walkways and driveway. The unit also has an alarm system and smart smoke/CO2 detector.
* There are 3 steps to access the cottage.
* Appliances and amenities are appropriately sized for a cozy cottage stay (small fridge, microwave, kitchenette, etc.) If a full amenity property better fits your needs we understand.
* We look forward to hosting individuals who appreciate the unique charm of the Yellow Cottage located in Charlotte's Historic Dilworth Neighborhood surrounded by parks, restaurants, shopping and Uptown.

Experience luxury at our Scandinavian-style tiny home in the heart of NODA, Charlotte's Arts & Entertainment District. Just steps from the Lynx Blue Line, breweries, and top restaurants, this stylish retreat offers memory foam Queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, smart TVs with Roku, and an outdoor dining area with a grill. Under new Superhost management! The guesthouse and driveway are located to the left of the main house for added privacy.

The space
The 1st floor includes the living room, kitchen, laundry, bedroom with queen bed, & full bath. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, & one full bath. Smart TV's w/Roku (sign in to your personal accounts to stream Netflix/Hulu/etc) are located in the living room, & the downstairs bedroom
The deck includes a dining area and grill, and is next to the Main house deck. The decks/grills are not shared. The Tiny House & Main house are located close together, but you have your own space
A short walk to the Lynx Blue Line (36th St. Station), Optimist Hall, minutes to Uptown, the South End, & all that Charlotte has to offer! Located in NoDA, enjoy local breweries, restaurants, & shopping.

Guest access
Keyless entry for self check-in/check-out. Your door code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.

Other things to note
Parking for the Guesthouse is allowed in the driveway to the left of the main home, and street parking is available. Please do NOT park in the designated 3 spots in front of the main home.
The MAIN house located in front of the Guesthouse has it's own listing and accommodations. Each house has its own private entrance and private back deck/patio. You could potentially see other guests outside, but everything you rent is yours. ASK US ABOUT RENTING BOTH HOMES!!!! If the calendar allows, you can rent both!
