Fabulous house for entertaining family and friends and location, location, location - historic Plaza Midwood near central Charlotte.

Before reading further please keep in mind:
- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am on weekends and 9pm-8am on weekdays.
- We live nearby so we are available, if needed!
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.
- Minimum age requirement to book our home is 25+ years old.

While this may feel restrictive, these guidelines are in place to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the area. We want you enjoy time with your own guests staying at the house. We kindly ask to keep music or loud talking to a peaceful noise level to respect our neighbors.

Spacious, bright and luxurious three-level home including a kitchen that is a chef's dream with a large quartz island, entertaining space indoor and outdoor with surround sound, large family/dining area, back porch with 75' Smart TV, grill and fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs. All bedrooms other than the primary (only USB ports) include nightstands with charging function - arranged with 2 Standard AC Outlets and 2 USB ports. All bedrooms have luggage racks and ceiling fans.

All bathrooms include hair dryers/diffusers, Ginger Lily products for hair and body (animal cruelty free), and little extras for those products you may have forgotten.

Please do not drive over the back lawn or park on it. $500 fine for breaking this rule to reseed and fix the garden.

This is a non-smoking house, including vapes. Guests can smoke outdoors (not on the porches) but must properly dispose of any cigarette butts or cigars. $500 dollar fine for smoking indoors.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.

Access to the Home:
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets:
Unfortunately we DO NOT ALLOW any pets. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine.

Parking:
Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.

Smoking:
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages:
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.

Internet Usage:
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Trash:
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.

Interaction with Guests:

Bungalow 1325 is just 3 miles from Uptown Charlotte and situated in the very heart of PLAZA MIDWOOD!

You will also have a private drive (hard to come by near the city!) on site with space for 2 cars which is getting rarer near Uptown! (and on street parking is an option as well.

Just next door is a wonderful wine bar (BOHEMIAN) and a luxe nail salon with many other restaurants/shops/pubs all within walking distance.

A Truly a classic 110 year old historic bungalow situated in the historic Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte NC neighborhood.

- "The home was in walking distance to alot of things. It was a cute little home." - "The bungalow was even better than we expected. Every space was beautifully curated. The beds & linens incredibly comfy. Close to so many things to do & places to eat. (You can hear noise from nearby businesses on weekends but not to where you can’t sleep & it didn’t bother us at all.) We even ubered to other areas & was not expensive nor far. Check-in was seamless as was the entire stay. We were pretty busy while in Charlotte I didn’t have time to reach out to Cass but glad I really didn’t have to. I just couldn’t find the check out process & to let them know one of the other guests burnt the popcorn & it made the bungalow smell funky for a bit. I’d definitely stay here again."

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, they may submit the ID of any guest who will be staying at the property. If no guest meets the age requirement, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a refundable* $1000 security deposit. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.

*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

MyTripify uses a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities.

Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

No third party bookings. The booking guest is required to be staying at the property otherwise MyTripify will cancel the reservation without refund.

Check in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property, so please respect the neighbors’ peace. Only booked guests are allowed on-site, and no parties are permitted. Disturbances will incur a $400 fine and may lead to termination of your stay without a refund.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owners closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.

To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. We do NOT allow cats. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.

Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, MyTripify requires guests to purchase travel insurance.

Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.

Parking
Parking is available for up to six cars in the driveway, garage, and on the street. No garage remotes are provided; access the garage via the wall remote inside. Please close the garage door and lock the door to the house when leaving.

Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.

Excessive Trash
All trash, including unused food, must be removed from the refrigerator, cabinets, and indoor bins, then placed in the outdoor receptacles. Trash exceeding the receptacle space should be disposed of by guests before checkout; excess trash will incur a $75 fee per bag.

Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any MyTripify property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.

MyTripify is not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally, you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless MyTripify for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Checkout Instructions

Guests are responsible for all of the following: Please understand any violation of the checkout procedures will result in increased cleaning costs and will result in fine.

-Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
-Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure, Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
-Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters, use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels
-Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris, Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer
-All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles.
-Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure

Interaction with Guests:

- "The best thing was the very comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with essential cookware, spices and seasoning. It was in a convenient location and felt safe. It is a little hard to get in and out from the property onto the main road as there is no light and it is across busy traffic. It had mostly everything we needed. There were no shower toiletries provided and the downstairs bathroom was missing hand soap. It was cute and clean but definitely a bit of general grunge and old age showing. Overall, worth it for the price and I would stay again."

We honestly fell in love with the neighborhood and the home was so nice my daughter ended up staying here with us all weekend as well. Beautiful kitchen and open floor plan and the loft bedrooms upstairs give plenty of privacy. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Charlotte."
