- "When we arrived the whole resort area road and parking areas next to cabins except parking lot by pool, office, and marina were torn up Construction crew was behind schedule. It was Friday afternoon and they were not working. The road to our cabin was a muddy mess, we couldn’t reach our cabin or our car would have gotten stuck, we would have been ankle deep if mud to walk to it. At first staff said they could not give us another cabin. They did not have another studio available. They said there would be an up charge to move to a 1 or 2 bedroom which was available.I declined stating it was their fault. Management was called and staff agreed with me even though management was reluctant. Eventually I was given a 2 bedroom that did have a semi graveled parking space. My car was a muddy mess after getting to the cabin. Once they get things together this will be a great place to stay on Lake Wylie. "

- "Cabins are down a long dirt road with lots of holes. Beautiful views. To get to small beach from cabins you walk down dirt path with lots of broken tree roots. Tiny cabins were cute but compacted so we bumped our toes & feet a lot. Pool closed Fri. Opened Sat. but they didn’t give us white wristbands for the pool during check-in so we had to go back & get it. Slow internet on tv. Password doesn’t work. Watched Netflix some when it worked. Place has metal chairs at small table & trashcan for trash. Porch dirty. Barely any parking places. Shells & rocks in beach water. Can hurt! Bed a little comfy. Wooden floor hurt my son’s feet every time he walked in it. Hotels & another site advertised this cabin but it says board games, Starbucks coffee, game room, & hot cocoa...but you get none of those! - "The cabins are very quaint and super charming. They are super clean which I appreciated. The in-room a/c unit was noisy but once we stopped the rotation of the fan unit, the noise stopped. The wifi was not working. We happened to have a coveted shared patio area which was lovely. My concern would be that, since it is one of the only patio areas for the site, it could easily be overcrowded and noisy. The cabins are quite close together which would be another concern I would have should the area be full. The pool was under repair- hopefully that will be finished by the summer. The beach area needs a lot of work. Not particularly inviting nor easy to access. Definitely not wheelchair accessible. Very steep. The dock area which is undergoing repair would be a potential hazard for kids. Not sure it's blocked off enough for curious kids (we got thru). Would be an amazing place for 3-5 families if you have access to water devices (boats, jet skis, etc). "

- "Horrible experience. My family and I stayed here for a family vacation to celebrate the 4th. Upon arriving to the property we were put in a house that had the AC broken knowing that we had three small children and this was not an option for us. They did make accommodations and move us into another house which is the only good thing I have to say about this trip. A few hours after arriving to the property my family and I went out to eat, only to come back to our other vehicle being missing as the property had it towed. The pass provided was in the windshield and we have time stamped photos proving it was there yet no accommodations were made to right the situation. The vehicle was towed at the request of the property not at random from tow company. Lastly, on the night of the 4th we were unable to sleep as there were several officers and paramedics out to the property past midnight for several disturbances that they were unable to get under control. Overall we had a terrible experience from beginning to end and will not be back. "

Firepit, little beach for kids to play supervised by adults at picnic tables, grills, beautiful views. Room was nice but grounds surrounding houses are in renovation. Private Road to get to houses was rough and needs some work but overall stay was nice and we will probably do this again. We live in Charlotte so it’s a quick getaway not far from home. Our cabin, Overlook, rests on the main channel of Lake Wylie, yet is tucked inside a sheltered bay. It is the closest proximity to Charlotte of any lake in NC. In 20 minutes you can be downtown and 15 minutes to the airport! There are fabulous restaurants, shopping and other amenities within a 10 minute drive. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware wine glasses etc that you will need for your stay. The 180 degree lake view oriented due west provides some exquisitely dramatic sunsets. You can relax and unwind while you watch amazing scenery from the patio, the covered porch, hammock or dock.

The house has tongue and grove wood paneling throughout, even on the ceilings of the den and dining room. It has recently been updated, but the original "lake cabin" feel has been kept. It has the feel of privacy and seclusion.

You will love the beach! It is perfect for the kids to run around and play in the sand while you watch from the patio or dock. The "bay" offers a safe swimming environment, being indented into the shoreline, feel comfortable and confident that your loved ones are safe from boat traffic. You will have access to a canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board to launch out on an adventure from the beach.

Upon entering, you will find the cabin to be clean and well kept. We take great pride in this! You will have clean sheets, clean kitchen, and house so you won't need to worry about bringing anything but yourself!

"This is a 2-bedroom lakefront tiny house cabin with 2 full size queen bedrooms.

Every cabin is specially equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time at the lake. This tiny house cabin boasts 2 queen size memory foam beds in private bedrooms. The living room has tiny-house couch. The carpeted ""fort style"" loft has a twin-size floor mattress for the kids. Bring the sleeping-bags to create the full effect of camping out. There is a full kitchen, dining room that seats four, and everything you need to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning.
