The home is located in a residential area while being centrally located near everything Wilmington has to offer: a 10-minute drive to downtown, a 15-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, Target, and Costco are five 5-minute drive & many restaurants are nearby. This location has a perfect commuter near the Wilmington Airport and easy access to hop on I-40.

My family and I live in the main home and will not disturb you during your stay.

The property is accessed from a quiet alley & includes covered parking beneath the unit. Two gracious bedrooms have large picture window views of a historic Azalea Festival garden & former coronation grounds. Bathroom has a double vanity & custom tile tub/shower. The space
The unit was designed and built by the owner/architect in 2020 and completed in March of 2021. It is nestled in the Country Club Pines neighborhood of Wilmington, on a site that hosted some of the first Azalea Festival garden tours beginning in the 1940's. Inside the unit, there is an open living room with big screen TV, and a cozy hanging chair by the corner picture windows for reading and relaxing. Some books and games are available in the unit for guest use. There are two private bedrooms, one with a King bed & the second with two twins.
A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Coffee and Tea are provided in the unit, as well as basic cooking essentials. A pack 'n play portable crib is available upon request.

Guests have access to the entire 2nd level apartment and two parking spaces. (one covered). More parking may be available upon request. There is also a small outdoor area with seating.

Taylor House Inn Bed and Breakfast; a full-service bed and breakfast in downtown Historic Wilmington on a quiet one-way brick paved street. Just minutes to the river walk, fine dining, art galleries, tourist spots and shopping.
We are a mere 9 miles to Wrightsville Beach, 14 miles to Carolina Beach and 19 miles to Kure Beach.
