This is a detached guesthouse, fully separated from the 2Br/1Ba house, w your private entrance, private driveway, on the second floor above a storage space/previously a garage. Fully private entrance and own driveway.

The same property had a detached 2Br/1Ba furnished house with a separate driveway on another street, also leased out to working professionals.

Guest access
The entire unit is for your use, with your own driveway and everything seen in the photos. The only common space is the laundry room which is attached to the main house, only about 20 ft away from your entrance door.

The laundry is only accessible from the outside for both guests/units.

Accessibility:
The house entrance requires ascending all the steps towards the second floor, as seen in the listing photos. You enter into a small hallway downstairs, and you have the stairs to your left, a total of steps.

The property has a separate 2Br/1Ba house, detached, independent building, but on the same lot, with a driveway entrance on another street.

Our cozy bed and breakfast is located in the historic village of Yorktown. The inn is only two blocks from Yorktown Beach. This room has a small refrigerator and a Keurig machine. The Garden View Suite at the Marl Inn Bed and Breakfast is a ground level room with a private entrance to the outside. It has a king bed, private bathroom with shower, full kitchen, free wireless internet, private outside patio and individually controlled HVAC in the suite.

A full hot breakfast is available any morning of your stay for an additional $12.50/person, payable separately at the inn. Because of the full kitchen in the Garden View suite we make the breakfast option separate to give our customers the best value.
